Zim winces as Deadeye's dagger plunges into his arm, the sharp pain nearly buckling his knees. Blood trickles from the wound, but his grip on his morningstar tightens as he watches Deadeye make his move.

With a surge of adrenaline, Zim seizes the opening and swings his weapon in a swift arc.

Zim targets Deadeye, morningstar Attack: 7 Damage: 10

As the captain turns to leave for his treacherous former crew member he, hopefully, feels another sting to his neck.

Attack of opportunity: Stinger: 14 Piercing: 9 Poison: 7

Mal then uses his readied action to turn invisible once more.

Sarris runs up the stairs to the second floor in time to see Zim stabbed by a large, bleeding human.   No time for his bow and not ready to leap into sword range, Sarris stops, takes a deep breath and sends a Starry Wisp at the figure lumbering toward a woman.

Seeing Akron down on the ground Gorin decides to move to him, if possible without any AoO and casts cure wounds healing for 15.

(Val is up, did mean to post that the half-orc killed the last of the pirate crew, leaving only the captain Deadeye.)

The half-orc lets out a laugh as the bandit before him crumples under his blow. "Easier than catching rats."

"You're a tenacious one, I'll give you that, but you should know when you are beaten." The young red-haired lady says with a scoff, calling upon her eldritch powers to unleash a hellish red beam of eldritch crackling force towards the reeling captain. 

Inspired Eldritch Blast: 23 Force: 6 Necrotic: 3

She then prudently backs away to let the half-orc find out if facing the captain is easier than catching rats.

Mal flutters invisibly after the captain, hovering right above him, again ready to turn invisible as soon as he turns visble.

Zim rushes to j5 and attacks Deadeye with his morningstar

Arkon's eyes flutter open, his vision blurry for a moment as Gorin's healing magic courses through him, knitting his wounds. He groans, pushing himself up, the memory of Deadeye’s strike flashing vividly in his mind. The sharp pain in his chest has dulled, replaced by a burning resolve.

With a grim frown, he grips his greatsword, the familiar weight grounding him as he rises to his feet. “Not done yet,” he mutters, his voice a low growl. Fixing his gaze on Deadeye, his expression hardens, the frustration and determination clear.

Hefting the blade with both hands, Arkon steps forward with purpose, swinging the massive sword at Deadeye.

Action: greatsword to hit nat 1 + 7 -.-;; but graze for 5 slashing damage 

Critical Fail Consequence - 4

1. Character will fall prone and drop weapon
2. Enemies will have advantage on melee/ranged attacks on him (Will flip a coin)
3. Character drops weapon
4. Nothing happens

Durak moves to 4 H and then fires another fire bolt

The half orc takes a step forward and swings at Deadeye.

Attack: 14 Damage: 3
Attack: 12 Damage: 3

A volley of magic is hurled at Deadeye, each one hitting the pirate. Yet the pirate remains focused as he weaves between the swings of the half orc and Zim. Arkon's swing arcs too high as it's caught by the tavern's roof. It makes him falter for a second but not enough to make him an easy target. "I'll be beaten when I'm dead!" He lashes back out at those surrounding him.

Attack: 25 Damage: 16 at Zim
Attack: 8 Damage: 7 at Half-orc
Attack: 11 Damage: 7 at Arkon

The young red-haired lady shakes her head in disbelief and backs away from the still struggling brute of a captain. How much beating could the man withstand? They had to put an end to this, now.

Use action to allow Mal to attack. The imp then immediately uses his readied action to turn invisible once more.

Mal then readies a new action to turn invisible as soon as he becomes visble. 

This Deadeye is a worthy combatant for sure. Arkon gathers his strength for another strike, hoping to get the honor of finishing him off.

Action: Greatsword to hit Nat 20! + 7, damage 21 slashing 

Gorin sees Zim going down, but feels his magic has left. However seeing an amazing strike by Arkon he rushes to Zim's aid to try and stablize him.

Medicine check: 16

In the event deadeye still lives 

Durak will cast fire bolt once more

 22 to hit 4 fire damage 

Sarris sees people on the floor but being helped and the bloodied pirate still moving forward.   Grabbing his dagger, he takes aim and lets fly.

Seeing his dagger dig deep, Sarris moves to get away from the stairway and still have a full view of the room (L8).
