Okay, we'll still need the three stealth checks. We'll do group checks for these, so if at least half the party makes it than it's a success for that specific roll.
So, three stealth checks from everyone please. Traeth has disadvantage on the first one as he has to get out of the pile of kindling.
The party slowly, step by step, inch by inch, makes their way to what remains of the keep. Though it seems to take an eternity, they manage to make it through the hundreds of men with no hassle. You guys end up at the back of the ruins, hiding among the massive piles of fallen bricks and boulders. Well it's hard to tell just from the rubble, it's easy to see that this tower was massive. 20 floors at least. And for you, that's a good thing. That 20 floors worth of stone now provides plenty of hiding spots.
Kaelen studies the window on the second floor thoughtfully, glancing at Vaelen. "Perhaps we can use the Queen's blessing to get up there, then lower a rope for the others?"
Vaelen runs a steady hand along the rough stones, gauging the distance to the second-floor window.
He nods at Kaelen’s suggestion, voice hushed but certain. "A wonderful idea. I’ll find a foothold in the shadows. Once I’m there, I’ll lower a rope so the rest of you can follow.”
Drawing a slow breath, Vaelen focuses on the dim patch of space near the window. In a brief flicker, wisps of smoky darkness curl around him. With a soundless step, he vanishes—only to reappear within the tower’s second-floor opening in a translucent smoky form, knees bent to brace for balance on the narrow ledge. He quickly surveys the area inside, ensuring no immediate threats lurk just beyond. He wedges himself in place and secures a length of rope to any sturdy anchorage he can find. Leaning out, Vaelen signals down to his companions, quietly readying himself to help them climb.
Perception to look for any possible immediate danger: 19
The moment Vaelen appears, there are a number of startled grunts and five men that were sitting at a small table leap up, weapons instantly in hand. Everyone please roll initiative, hough on second thought, maybe we shouldn't start a combat right before I leave.

Kaelen gives a small relieved sigh as they reach the tower undetected. He will approach and examine the entrance for locks or traps.

The front door, which is either still intact or has been replaced, is being guarded by 5 men.
No traps detected outside.
Kaelen retreats back to the others. "Five guards around the door. Should we fight them or try something else?"
Is there a window or other opening on a second floor?

There are some windows that potentially could be fit through on the second and third floor, though it would be a tight squeeze.
