Kaelen, feeling that something is wrong when Vaelen doesn't immediately lower the rope, uses the Raven Queen's blessing to get up to the window and climb inside as well. He immediately attacks upon seeing the enemies.
Bonus Action: Blessing of the Raven Queen to teleport, plus he has resistance to all damage until his next turn.
Action: longbow on thug 2 to hit 11, damage 5 and mark it as Favored Foe. With Dread Ambusher he gets an extra attack on his first turn of each combat and can add 1d8 damage if the extra attack hits. Longbow to hit 12, damage 13.
Thug2 yanks a horn of his belt and lets out a few short blasts before rushing at Vaelen with a mace. 23 to hit, 7 bludgeoning damage. Second attack: 10 to hit, 5 bludgeoning damage.
Thug3 goes at Vaelen from the side, gaining advantage on hist attacks from pack tactics. 12 to hit, 8 bludgeoning. 23 to hit, 8 bludgeoning damage.
Vaelen is up, with Owen and Traeth on deck. (I put Owen before Traeth, but you both got fives so if you want to have Traeth go first that's fine, I really don't care.)
Vaelen staggers under the sudden flurry of blows, wisps of magical force still fading from his outstretched hand where he cast Shield. A faint wince crosses his features as he checks the sting of fresh wounds. His composure remains intact, though his voice is taut with urgency,
“Night’s veil, grant me safe passage from this fray.”
With one measured gesture, Vaelen channels necromantic energy around himself, the air tinged with a dark shimmer. The spell settles over him like a ghostly armor—False Life—bolstering his vitality for this crucial moment. Still pressed against the ledge, he prepares to endure whatever comes next.
Owen looks up, and with a slight bend to his legs and a little grunt he leaps through the window. Once there he throws a rope down to help the others up. He hangs on to the other end looking for something to tie to, but will hang on to it for now.
OOC: going to presume that dropping the rope down takes up his action?

Traeth runs to the rope and scrambles up as quickly as possible. If he can't make it to the top, he'll take the dash action to move further. If he can, then Traeth will cast Bless on Vaelen, Owen, and Kaelen. (add 1d4 to each attack role and/or saving throw, lasts for a minute)
If (and only if) he manages to cast Bless:
As Traeth hoists himself to the top of the rope, his eyes dart around the room, searching for signs of immediate danger. He then steps forwards and brandishes his shield, a golden light flowing from the holy symbol upon it. His companions (Kaelen, Owen, Vaelen) feel a burst of energy and feel warmth deep into their bones.
Traeth make it halfway up the rope before falling two the rocks below. (No damage, just didn't make it up. Next time you climb, make another athletics/acrobatics check.) There are an unknown amount of enemies coming up the steps, who will join next round.
Kaelen's up with thugs on deck.

That's the initiative order. Remind that Vaelen is the only one actually in the tower.

((Kaelen/I immediately forgot about lowering the rope *facepalm*))
(Sorry, i completely forgot to take care of this while I had time. I'll make sure to post here tomorrow!)
OOC: No worries, Owen can jump up there and do it.

((Ouch. Fortunately Vaelen also has resistance to all that from the Queen's blessing.))
Right. Yeah I forgot to say i did not account for any resistances.

It's Owen's turn, after that Traeth.

Yes, it takes his action.
It's Traeth's turn now.
(I'll be skipping Traeth if we don't get a response tomorrow, in two days at most.)
ohhhh my bad it's my turn.

No problem lol. Happened to me several times.
