This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Apa watches, who she assumes was the drunk thug from the other room, stagger over and swing his mace at her. She deflects his attacks, smiles and returns the favor while shouting "Drunk Fools! Perhaps it's time for a new boss, hmm goblin? One that values your leadership"
Attack: 18 Damage: 7
If the thug is hit Thug 3 will have disadvantage on next attack
Sirrus was not hit by either attacks. (If I remember correctly we are playing you have to roll higher than the DC/AC?)
Turning his attention to Thug2, he switches tactic and pulls from his past long ago, when he started dealing with spells and potions and casts witch bolt.
No problem, and you fire a bolt of energy at the thug. He barely manages to dodge it, with his armor saving him from getting hit.
The Goblin rushes upward, sword flashing. "Until I get one, I have my orders, same as you." The Goblin goes at Sirrus, cutting at his legs. 14 to hit, with 4 damage if that hits. The detective uses the help action with Apa, seeing as she has the sword.
(So player knowledge moment, the 'strange device' is a gun I presume? Just want to make sure I have the right image in my head. I can't see it being anything else, but you never know.)
The drunken thug mumbles something at Apa, begining with 'you', and ending in 'void panini'. He swings at you twice, with disadvantage. Attack: 16 Damage: 9, and 20 Damage: 7.
Peyton, the boss notices you heal from the wound. "why in the 9 hells wont you die?!" he aims his device at you. "Peyton, look out!'" the detective warns, as Geffano fires his weapon (disadvantage from using a ranged weapon within 5 ft.). He fires the device 3 times: 14 Damage: 13, 9 Damage: 8, 6 Damage: 13.
Sirrus, thug 2 swings at you again, saying "die, jeremy, die". (btw I noticed that one of the thug's attack rolls matched your AC, which results in a hit, so I added the damage) Attack: 6 Damage: 9, and 9 Damage: 6.
The battle is fraught with danger, you may need to pull out all the stops for this one.
Your blade burns across the boss's chest, leaving a deep gash wound. He screams in agony, with worried drunken mumbles from his subordinates. "He's still conscious!", yells the detective, and he is correct. Geffano is still standing.
But he only has 6 hp left.
A drunken thug(1) stumbles towards Apa, roused out of his stupor.
Sirrus, in the moment nearly killed the Boss, but at the last moment, he switched his aim to the goon now on the ground, casting eldritch blast on him.
I'm just going to post the rolls here from a dice roller tab on Google since dnd beyond won't let me roll,
Thug3: 17, 9
Geffano: 15
Thug2: 10, 11
Again, I'm sorry the dice rolling was such a hassle, but apa, continue with your turn please.

13 to hit, 4 lightning damage. -.-
Roll has to either match AC or surpass it.
Also witchbolt would hit, but I thought you used both spellslots for the earlier witchbolt and charm person on the thug?
Oh shoot, I must not've marked it off one of those times. You're completely right.
Instead he'll use eldritch blast again.
11 to hit, 14 force damage.

(Apa was in melee with the boss before the thug...I am guessing she is in melee range with the thug and the boss now?)
(Yep, she is within melee range of both)
(cool thanks...Who's turn is it? Apa? If so I will do it tomorrow...I am headed to bed)
(Yeah sorry i didn't remember if we were playing meet it to beat it or beat it to beat it. I think I asked yesterday, but maybe not. My bad.)
Apa getting angrier by the second turns her attention to the boss

But he falls prone on the ground.
