Before you all leave the room, the detective arms himself with a club, and gives sirrus one. "Be sure to keep your identity hidden, we dont want anyone figuring out who we are." He turns to Apa and Peyton. "Our story will be that Sirrus is still questioning me,". Detective Iorvensiav opens the door, leading into the room with the coffins. As the door creeks open, and you all take your first few steps out of the room, the cloaked figure stands up, and begins slowly walking towards the door leading out of this room, obscured by shadows. A certain stench surrounds him, and Peyton and Apa feel a sense of unease with each slow step.

The figure draws its sword, and you see it has a wooden sheild. As the one you know as corpse steps into the dim light coming from the doorway, you see it's jawbone. You see it's missing eye. You see it's skeletal arm and the bits of flesh and tendons holding it together. It's single eye does not hold the hollow hunger that a zombie has, it's eye is filled with a sort of hate. This creature's remaining skin shows green under the scraps of armor it has. It points it's blade at you. It will not let you leave withought a fight.
It missed. Sirrus will forcefully push his hands out toward the creature, sending a thick beam of electricity at it. (Eldritch Blast) 14 to hit, 8 force damage.
The monster raises its sheild, blocking the beam. A mark is left on the wooden sheild, and it continues to glare at you with its unblinking eye. It cannot make a sound, due to to its throat being in shreds, but if it could, it would be growling, withought a doubt.
Apa steps in front of her companions and puts the figure in melee range with her instead of the others. She takes her longsword and strikes out at the figure
Longsword Attack: 22 Damage: 4
On hit creature has disadvantage on next attack Also If hits Fire Damage due to Fire's Burn (Fire Giant) 3 Also If Hits I'd like to use bonus action Divine Smite which is 2d8 w an extra 1d8 if the figure is a fiend or undead....Will roll this if the original attack hits and you let me know if it's a fiend or undead.
Also, the attack does hit, and the monster is undead. Your sword slices across its chest, burning with flame and divinity.
The detective will stand close enough to the monster, raising his bat, he will take the Help action and assist Apa with her next melee attack. (Help gives advantage)
Roll your d8's before I proceed with the monsters turn.

Your combined attacks nearly bring down the monster. One good hit may well kill it. It's heat rolls back, as the divinity burns its body. It's lone eye rolls towards Apa. It's sword glows a sickly green. It strikes at Apa, with disadvantage.
Sirrus looks at his two companions and allows a slight smile.
"I'm thinking I'll have to be the second goon."
He'll don the goons outfit, packing away his robe, and follow the detective.
Apa nods unsure she would fit into their tiny human clothing
