"Yeah, I'm Caspian, and this is Laeris. Nice to meet you Daejor." Caspian is going to scoop Laeris up from one of the tables where he has amassed several small metal objects like coins and nails. Laeris is going to grumble until Caspian hands him a gold coin, which Laeris begins to joyfully gnaw on. "We're both new here, so I don't really know anyone." For a moment it looks like Caspian wants to say more, but he glances away for a second and changes the subject, "So uh ferret. I mean Weasel. Weasel is what I meant. Because that's your name. Where was I going with this? Oh, wait, you said that you had a tribe right? Where are you from?"
I had the idea of checking out the vendor/merchant selling the featherfall tokens to see if any could be stolen by Eleven. I know you're trying to get past the shopping, so we can make this as short as it needs to be. I will be on quite regularly this weekend, but, again, we can make this short. If there's no way that could happen, just say so. If there are some rolls that could be made, let me know that. I'm thinking maybe Majin acts as a distraction. What do you think? Eleven wouldn't tell Majin what's going on. He would just take the opportunity if it presents itself. He might say, "Go distract him," with no further explanation, but that's it. Just let me know if there's no way (and Eleven will just need to pay), or if there is a chance and what to roll.
"If I'm Gremmur's sibling, then I'm everyone's.. hihhihi" Daejor says to Weasel, coyly. Then, turning back to Caspian. "Oh, I have one of those too, but mine is a little annoying sprite named Leej who won't stop telling me to do things like 'answering my calling' and 'going to sleep'. Nonsense. But I showed him... hihihi. Left him with some random cabbies Eldin and I hired for the heist. That will keep'im busy and away from me for now."
You can go to a fashion place to get the costumes, spending some time to find the correct ones so it'll be a couple of hours of clothes shopping.
To get them made into a shiftweave, I'll use the Crafting Magic Items creation time from the Dungeon Master's Guide. It equates to 8 hours of work per 25 gp cost. Since it is 25 gp to turn the costumes into Shiftweave, it'll be the following day when you can pick it up, and there'll be a 5 gp addition to the cost (Total: 62 GP) to get it for the following afternoon.
@Edrick
You head off to look at some public plans of the Lightning Rail. There are plenty of spots that look like good points for extraction and jumping on, but the plans don't have things like House Deneith sentinel points. If you want to try Investigation to try and piece together bits of info between different excepts, you might get some additional info.
@Eldin & Gremmur
You've paid off a couple of Sky Coach drivers; a couple of guys who give you the names Biff and Charl. They set up a rendezvous with you for 8pm tomorrow.
@Eleven & @Majin
If one of you wants to make a Sleight of Hand with advantage to see how your ploy to try and steal a Feather Token from the vendor, choose one of you to do so while the other is helping by being a distraction.
@Ith
You are given the "care package" since you are there. It is a satchel with a few items for the heist. These are items with artificer spells infused in them:
A bangle which has a charge to cast Feather Fall. (Yes I know it's not on the Artificer spell list, but it seems better than fly for this job so for ease of convenience)
Each charge is one-and-done, so once cast it'll become a mundane piece of junk. You don't want to leave them behind, as they could be used as evidence if things go wrong.
Cross referencing a couple of maps you spot a couple of points which would go under a couple of "smaller" bridges (ones that are less used, but still pretty big). With the lightning rail coming in at night, it could be a place to drop off onto the lightning rail, assuming that you take a running jump you should be okay.. Should be...
Beyond that, checking against some old papers about different reports in newspapers about prior crimes, there are a few places you scratch off as places more likely to be spotted and where sentinels may be potentially posted. Effectively you've narrowed down the two best places to perhaps get onto the lightning rail, one of which may give you a minute or two more on the train for the job.

Boo smiles at the shiftweave vendor/crafter, "thank you very much, I can see that you do wonderful work. I do appreciate fine craftsmanship at a reasonable price!"She pays the 62 GP in full plus an additional 2 GP on top of that as a tip, "I'll pop by then tomorrow to pick it up and will be sure to recommend your shop to my friends." After making payment Boo takes her receipt and pick-up ticket and gives the vendor a quick friendly smile and exits the shop... back out into the bazaar.
Outside Boo casually looks about at whatever happens to catch her eye as she strolls through the bazaar, more or less heading back towards the hideout. As she makes her way on foot she stays well aware (--vigilant--) of her surroundings and the people about. She remembers that some of the others in the group, like Angiro, mentioned that they were also looking to go shopping here so she will keep an eye out for them and if she sees anyone see if they want some company.
So either alone or if she runs into anyone else she will stop along the way to purchase a variety of prepared food items from various vendors as a surprise for the others in the group budgeting 15 GP for food so looking to balance quality with quantity wanting to be sure to get enough for everyone. Someone had mentioned cooking so mostly she is just looking for appetizers and snacks, unsure what is to be prepared and what is needed she does not concern herself (unless she runs into the would-be cook) then will help out with the chore/task.
Boo's plan is once she has the food, she will head on to the hideout to report her findings regarding the shards and catch up with the others, grab a bite together.
@pokepaladdy I deducted the 64 GP from Boo's character sheet for the shiftweave and went ahead and added the item to her equipment list with some notes. I also deducted the 15 GP for the food. So if all goes well Boo will be back the hideout... not wanting to hold anyone up. Boo Perception Roll 25 while shopping to be on the outlook for any others from the group, and vigilant/wary of possible dangers or problems, etc.
After some inquiry and some sneaky skills, Eleven manages to slip another of the Feather Tokens out of the container. Taking more than one would be too obvious, so taking more would definitely tip them off as soon as they look back to the pot with them in.
Edrick returns to the hideout, having gained a decent amount of information. He will also share his knowledge of these locations with his partners-in-crime, hopefully so that they could finally select a starting point. after that he begins practice-wrapping his face and horns.

As Edric is going over the details of places where we can get on board, Caspian is going to glance over at Weasel and start discussing what they managed to find, marking it off on a map on the table."So, we have an exit point here where we can stash the sky taxi's and a vacant room that we can use as a lookout point.
