As you continue down the corridor you notice 4 other traps hidden in the floor, between the red tiles and the wall. As you arrive at the end you immediately notice two things. On the wall before you is a green relief sculpture of a devil face formed of mosaic tiles. The face has a huge O of a mouth, inside of which the space is dead black. On the left there is a stone archway. It is filled with a veil of thick vapors. The stones on either side of the base and the keystone protrude slightly from the stones around them. As you move to within touching distance, the left-hand base stone begins to glow yellow, the right-hand base stone orange, and the keystone seven feet above blue .
Other than that the corridor appears to be a dead end.
Ubogri levels a stony gaze at Lumiere, then continues moving as the others do, again, staying 80 feet behind the leader, and watching out for the pit that was pointed out to him. He grumbles in Orc, not bothering to conceal his words for those who understand the language.
In Orc:
"Stupid human female. Going to get us all killed. She's as dumb as my brother. Where is that [crude Orcish insult that has no Common translation]? He was supposed to meet us here hours ago. Probably got trampled by a horse."
@TheVinter:
Underdark was the closest option to tomb raiding available when I was putting him together (besides mountain, which I thought might would also work). Is underground an option for favored terrain?
If possible, Falmo will mark the traps for those following behind. He will examine the area around the arch for any mosaics that correspond to the colors: 22 or 17
Was there anything in the chest corresponding to those colors?

The chest was empty except for the gray lever. A few seconds after you arrive at the arch the stones cease to shine and they're now silent.
You check the area around the arch and you notice that the red trail of tiles ends just under the construction. Examining it closely you notice that there's something written there but you can't make any sense of it. Soon you understand that to read it properly you need to start from the beginning of the tomb. If you actually decide to do so that's what is written there.
Acererak congratulates you on your powers of observation, so make of this whatever you wish, for you will be mine in the end no matter what!
Go back to the tormentor or through the arch, and the second great hall you'll discover.
Shun green if you can, but night's good color is for those of great valor.
If shades of red stand for blood, the wise will not need sacrifice aught but a loop of magical metal- you're well along your march.
Two pits along the way will be found to lead to a fortuitous fall, so check the wall.
These keys and those are most important of all, and beware of trembling hands and what will maul.
If you find the false you find the true, and into the columned hall you'll come, and there the throne that's key and keyed.
The iron men of visage grim do more than meets the viewer's eye. You've left and left and found my tomb, and now your souls will die.
DirtyDogP: Yes, underground is an option for favored terrain.
When Ubogri realizes the group has reached a dead end, he warily closes the gap to see what they've encountered. He takes in the devil face with its open mouth and the archway with its veil of thick vapor and glowing stones. He begins feeling and looking about the floor, walls and ceiling to see if he notices anything else of note. "Shine that lantern of yours in that hole," he says distractedly.
Perception: 15 (+8 if we can change underdark to underground as one of Ubogri's favored terrains)

Checking the walls you notice something just in front of the first pit, at the beginning of the hallway. This portion of the fresco illustrates an iron door that evidently confines some sort of a horrid creature (its clawed and scaled hands grasp the bars of its small window) that can be loosed to torment prisoners and the fresco, in this place, seems to be a bit thicker than the rest of the hallway protruding a bit from the wall.
Ubogri doesn't find anything of relevance, the light of the lantern (the non magical one) seems to cease as soon as it reaches the mouth of the devil so it's impossible to see inside, but the entrance looks big enough to crawl inside. The arch on the other hand is filled with mist and the light passes trough it but it's impossible for you to see what's behind it.
I edited my arch and devil description up above because I forgot something. You'd better re-read it.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC: Holy cow, that's what I get for going to bed...
For future reference, if the group is not sure about touching or probing or lock picking from a safe distance Jerigg will use mage hand. I'm calling this action in case the group proceeds without my input =)
I give Falmo my paint kit so he can mark things of interest.
I examine the devil face using the light from my torch.
The pit is closed shut. It looks like it might be opened with enough force. The wall seems a bit different from the rest of the hallway, like it's been repainted with a thick layer of paint.
Jerigg examines the devil's face using his torch. The light illuminates the green metal but fails to shine on the inside. Something is preventing the light from going further inside.
You cast the spell and mystical being made of raw power materialises in front of you. He goes trough the portal and you wait. 5 seconds, 10 seconds, a minute. But he doesn't come back.

Ubogri pulls a crowbar out of his pack and sticks a few inches of it into the devil's mouth, not getting his hand too close to the darkness, and then pulls it out to inspect the tool.
If nothing appears to be wrong with the crowbar, he'll stick it in again, but this time at angles to probe the top, bottom and sides of the hole with the end of the crowbar. Again, not letting his hand touch the darkness.
You stick your crowbar into the darkness. It goes inside easily enough and disappears from your sight, but when you start pulling it out you notice that the part of the crowbar that was inside the darkness is now gone leaving you with only a small piece of metal in your hand.

That revelation was annoying. Such a simple thing but deadly. I pull one of the long brown patches off my robe and hand the resulting 10 foot pole to Ubogri if he wishes to have a new probe. I recognize his ability to notice things is far greater than mine.

The half-orc looks at the proffered pole and at the dragonborn, his eyes squinting suspiciously. Slowly, he accepts the pole. Turning on the spot, he sticks one foot of the pole through the veil of vapors and removes it, inspecting the end as he did with the crowbar.
This time you don't even have time to observe the pole as, when it touches the mist it simply disappears without trace. One second before it was in your hand, now it's gone. Jerigg helps Falmo instead. With a crowbar he forces the lid of the first trap and the stone opens in front of him. Inside there is a 10 feet fall with some rusted spikes in the end. Not somewhere you'd like to fall.
