"Think she's gone up there to pay off the captain?" Folzi whispers back to Nick as he pokes some around the cell without Marion to interfere. "Speaking of getting out of here... Check this out," he says pushing on those board with his foot.
Folzi leans in closer to the wall and taps on the board. "Psst!" he calls to the next cell.
Nicknack glances over quickly, then grins and steps in front of his kinsman, blocking any nosy eyes and gazing out of the bars at the game.

Hrain stands up from the table "I hope we get to discuss this they way they do in the taverns I grew up around and you don't try and lie your way out of it." Fists balled Hrain makes it clear how he would like the discussion to go.

"I'm not a cheat," Turner exclaims looking at Evers. Deception 25. "How dare you challenge my honor," he growls drawing his sword and pointing at Hrian. "I demand an apology," he exclaims. "You filthy sellsword," he adds grimacing. Intimdation 15
OOC: I'd say he's reasonably intimdating Phade.
Evers stands up as well drawing her own blade.
"I'm sorry Turner I thought they'd be deverting company," Evers says holding her blade as well glowering at Hrain. "You're a sore loser," she adds shaking her head at Hrain.

He spits in front of Turner as he draws his own sword, smiling at the opportunity to offload "You are an embarrassment to the Oaths you swear."
OOC - If you want me to roll on the Intimidation then OK, but Hrain has been itching for a fight, is fully armed and armoured and called him out knowing he'd react, I don't think he is going to be scared.
Also can I use
Know Your Enemy (1 Minute)
If you spend at least 1 minute observing or interacting with another creature outside combat, you can learn information about its capabilities compared to your own: Strength score, Dexterity score, Constitution score, Armor Class, current HP, total class levels (if any), fighter class levels (if any)
to find out the Class Level total and HP please.

OOC: I replace Turner's 19 Deception roll with my lowest Portent roll, so it's a 13 instead of a 19
OOC: You can't see Turner. He can't see y'all. It does not apply.
"You can replace any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by you or a creature that you can see with one of these foretelling rolls. You must choose to do so before the roll, and you can replace a roll in this way only once per turn."
I'd also add Nick isn't paying attention to what's going on with the game table. Raised voices yes but not what they're about.
Phade you learn 2 things NOT all the things.
"The DM tells you if the creature is your equal, superior, or inferior in regard to two of the following characteristics of your choice:
• Strength score • Dexterity score • Constitution score • Armor Class • Current hit points • Total class levels, if any • Fighter class levels, if any"
Nicknack glances over quickly, then grins and steps in front of his kinsman, blocking any nosy eyes and gazing out of the bars at the game.
OOC: As there was no DM response to this post, I was operating under the idea that it happened as I described it. Am I missing something about the arrangement of the cells? I thought we could see the guards and the guards could see us.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Using the commotion as cover, Folzi pushes and pulls on the loose board. "You interested in maybe getting out of here?"he calls back to the voice on the other side. "Someone give me a hand here.."
Following post #2400 Pat looks at his cards again and says “I fold!”
Subsequent to this and following Hrain calling Turner out he stands next to Hrain with his sword drawn. As he stands up he pushes Evers’ money back to her and says loud enough for everybody else to hear ”sorry to say it Ma’am but it looks like your colleague is a cheat!”
OOC: I missed the request at the bottom of the block of text. Apologies. It's a new ability hence the posting of the rules as bullet points for me as much as for you to know ALL the things! As for the cells I already described them multiple times as 'stalls' for horses quickly haphazardly modified into cells with metal bars over the opening. So, no you can not see them and they can not see you. It's pretty much setting up y'alls ability to escape or move to the cell adjacent depending on how loud you're going to me. You can not see the players at the table so honestly besides paying attention to context clues wouldn't even know they were playing cards. Not even Folzi who made the comment about the game could have really known they were playing cards but I didn't point it out but I did describe the cells/stalls well enough. There is NO line of sight between y'all and the PCs/NPCs at the card table. I said they were in the very front on the side beside the first cell/stall and y'all are in the middle.
Turner is level 8; 76 HP
Roll initiative, please!
Turner 20
Evers 4
OOC: What's Pat doing? He's just folding and sitting there in the middle of a fight?
Folzi can not budge the board.
"Go away! We don't want no trouble," an older voice says as a boot tip kicks at Folzi's hands dealing no damage but it does smart!!
OOC: Pat doesn't think Turner's lying/cheat with a roll of 25. I get it he'd back his brother at arms play but a 25 pretty much makes it true to all who hear it.
"Do either of you fly by chance," Turner snarls as Evers toughens her expression leveling a malevolent gaze at the both of you now. "I told you about trying to make friends with this class of people," he adds next spitting on the ground. "As for representing all the is great about whom? You? Some low life who sells his sword to the highest bidder is trying to school me about honor," he scoffs loudly.
"Put down your weapons," Evers demands as she grips her sword now and glaring. "If you want to remain out here among us and not in one of those cells," she adds grimacing.
OOC: You said ypu folded so it's ok Phade.
Turner howls with laughter and pulls his winnings forward.
"Again." Evers says shuffling then dealing more cards.
More copper is pushed into the center by the Sunites.
Turner 6; 6; 3; 1
Evers 3; 4; 3; 1
