Lyra feels weirdly downcast and a little discourged by the elfs response. She's never met someone of her kind before, but she always pictured in a somewhat happier mood. In hope of leading Lebensha to a more stable state of mind, or rather more positive thinking, she holds up the weird symbol.
"Uhm, i guess it is a long shot, but do you happen to know what this is? Feels rather strange to find something like this down here. It doesn't appear to be connected to the goddesses."
Without turning her back on the other women, she then yells back to whoever was complaining from one of the other cells in a slightly sarcastic, annoyed tone. "Wait. Are you serious? Noone's told you yet? Peace ain't on the menu out here. So, welcome to the party. Who's trying to ruin our heartwarming little get together?"
Hrain in the chaos and smoke it isn't clear if the people approaching are friend or foe but if you choose to linger there will be another fight regardless and you know it!
Then through the smoke and haze a voice calls out.
"There....there's the temple," Bhalla's voice rings out as she shuffles into veiw. Her white robes are burnt and stained with blood as she helps a very injured Commander held up by another Sister. She is a hearty looking young human with white blonde hair and oddly ivory almost translucent skin. The Commander is propt up between them. "Help us! Please," Sister Bhalla shouts as they hobble forward with impeded speed supporting the full-plate wearing paladin clinging to life. "They're right behind us," she add her tone panic stricken just then as a crackle of lightning strikes the Temple near the doors scorching it but injuring no one.
"This is our camp now dwarf," a eerily calm voice calls from the shifting smoke and calamity. "Kill them, kill them all," it screams next as four new Casters appear. One, a very young human with red scales on her face and neck, pointedly is leading the pack flanked by three others who rush forward.
OOC: Dashing into the temple you'll avoid this fight. Helping the others you most certainly won't. Choices, choices.

"Names? Who uses names anymore," the gruff voice says. "Been here for days, well can't even say I'm sure of that actually. Weeks maybe?" The voice says oddly jovial. "They catch you with whatever it is your asking your friend about little lady and you best believe both of you'll end up in the Waste. It's definitely more trouble than you're in now," they add with a wry chuckle.
Glancing into the smoke to see the approaching commanders, Thomas quickly touches the "savage" mercenary on the shoulder before moving twenty feet away from the door to aid the stragglers. He spares no glance at the Sunite captain, already certain of his decision.

It was never a choice, without a pause the young captain moves towards the injured group, a moment of calm seems to come over him. His blade held low out to the side as he strides forward, the shield bearing Sune's emblem blazing in the light as it cuts through the smoke. Hrain takes a small smile as he hears the footsteps of the cleric, a man he has admired through his service in the camp as he joins him in the face of danger. A part of him hopes the young mercenary will have the sense to take shelter in the temple but he also knows how formidable he can be in battle and how necessary that might be about to be.

Thomas, Hrain, and Haldur ready for a new fight as Bhalla, the Commander, and the Sister of Mystra bring him forward 20ft from the door but the Commander is barely conscious. Bhalla and the Sister of Mystra look pretty harried as well but are still on their feet.
"Please someone take him inside! I...can not longer heal him Chauntea's powers to heal within me have been exhausted by the fray," Bhalla exclaims. "I can fight," she the says her tone and expression desperate but resolved.
OOC: Map to follow but basically the other Casters are about 40ft from the Temple doors but Bhalla, the Commander, and the Sister of Mystra are about 20ft away from the temple door

Folzi grunts at the words from the other cell. "If you want to die don't let me keep you from it." He let's his forehead bang on the bars of the cell with a thud and sighs. "It's this damn stone sapping our magics. They're carved from the Weave Waste." He tips over the bucket in a corner and slides it over near the door. "And it will likely kill you the longer you stay in contact," taking his own advice, he steps up on the bucket to reduce his contact with the stone.
OOC: Yes, Knight. Thomas and Hrain are close hence why Bhalla asked them to take the Commander. Roll history, there's a lot of Sisters of Mystra. Shepherds and Sisters don't work in tandem so it's rare to know them beyond nodding aquaintance.

"It's better here I said and for good reason. They turn you out into the Waste to die so they don't have to bury your stinking corpse," the voice says jovially still to Lyra. "As for the stones," the voice pauses to chuckle darkly, "you're right. They'll kill you faster than the rations down here," they added.
Leb the pendant is small but very detailed. It has five bent spokes with na inset as if a stone was meant to sit there but there is none! It's made of a very hard metal your sure is adamantine which you know is mined nearby but as for the symbol itself, it's nothing you've seen before!

The young sellsword's breath caught in his throat as he watched the newly developing scene come fully into focus, and he set his mouth into a grim line of determination. It appeared that things would only continue to get darker before the dawn, and with each life that ended and each new wave of antagonists pressing against them, that dawn seemed further and further away. Haldur gritted his teeth and whispered a small, quiet prayer to Chauntea.
"Great Mother, you children beg you to turn your benevolent gaze to them in their time of need. Be with us, Mother of us all."
With that, the mercenary took a deep, steady breath and both physically and mentally braced himself for his course of action.
Bonus Action; Second Wind:11
Haldur sprang forward, moving to approach the stricken Commander and the Sisters that aided him at H6. He glanced toward the one that had first spoken and called for aid, and the young warrior made to relieve her of her burden. "Let me take him." Haldur spoke calmly but intently, hoping his steadiness in the face of peril would encourage the Sister to relinquish her charge to him. "I swear by the Great Mother, I will get him to the Temple. Please, give him to me, and give aid to my comrades out here."
Haldur will then Ready an Action with the trigger being if the Sister allows him to support and take the Commander. If this happens, he will then use the rest of his movement as well as a Dash Action to try and bring the Commander within the Temple gate and presumably H3/2. If she does not allow him to take the Commander, then that is the end of his turn.
As Haldur attempts to take the commander back to the temple Hrain charges forward, sword raised a prayer to Sune on his lips. Drawing a small spark of energy to him he summons Divine strength as he runs, his blade flickering with radiant power. As he approaches the closest of the foes he roars the name of his goddess as he strikes at the caster.
