If Eleven can't reach him but Daejor can, it will do so and feed Kerthak one of its own potion of healing. Daejor would still have 2 of these left after the fact (Since Leej never got the chance to feed Angiro a potion earlier...).
"Status: Severe injuries. Unit almost incapacited. Status update: This unit can move now, and conduct basic tasks. Efficiency in combat reduced to ten point 2 percent. Statement. This unit is grateful for the help. " he stands and recover his weapon "Statement: This unit do not see any enemies bodies. Question: Has the enemy fled the battle? "
The sky coach backs away, everyone on top deck as a potion is applied to the warforged's internal systems, causing it to resuscitate.
"Okay, what the HELL just happened?" Charl asks. The frostbitten deck cracking under the aftereffects of the Cone of Cold. As it lowers slightly, the lightning rail comes rushing towards the party's position, flanked by three sky coaches. However, ahead the group can see that the lightning motes used to propel the rail were broken during that quake.
Weasel tells her snake to head back to her, changing it back to her staff. "No time for explanations, the track ahead is broken! Come on we gotta go repair it!"
Coming down off his rage rush, Mutt (Eleven) drops back into a seat on the coach and grasps something hard, his eyes angling toward the sky again in an effort to ignore the height. "Fix the rail? I'm good at a lot of things, but that is not one of them!" the dragonborn disguised as a minotaur admits.
"Statement: This unit were designed to destroy things and enemies, not to repair damaged property. Conclusion: This unit will help but doesn't have useful skills. " he looks to the apporaching train " Assumpsion: Without the use of magic there will be not enougth time to make proper repairs."
Daejor will go to Angiro, quickly reach into his pockets, bring out one of the Cleric’s own potions of healing, and administer it to him, the last party member who was down (everyone else is up, correct?)
Okay, so a few things thinking out loud here, I have dispel magic as my last spell slot... If I could cast it on the train would the train likely stop in enough time to avoid going over the section without rails. Could I roll an Arcana check to discover the spell level of the magic powering the train?

The train would be working under a magic item for rules, rather than a spell. Dispel Magic, while it can target objects only removes any levelled spells on them. This sort of casting is meant for if the item is being used as a focus (like Nystul's Magic Aura).
Daejor grabs a food morsel from his pocket after going around healing his companion: "I'm all out of gas here fellas... Not much I can do about this train but try to derail it further... I hope our friends inside it are fairing better."
Is there any remaining iron or part of the superestrucutre that we could lift and put on the broken rail, trying to give the train at least a surface where to cross?
" Statment: The lost of innocent lifes will be high. Suggestion: This unit suggest to fly directly to the pilot of the train and warn him so they can stop."
So the lightning rail, even on this long and narrow curving path, is going at quite high speeds (so that the sky coaches following can barely keep up at full throttle). If you are attempting to fly to the engine room, you'll have to be extremely careful to not be like a bug on a windshield.
We can effectively "drop out" of initiative rounds for the time being, but someone may need to get to Kerthak ASAP to stop him from dying.

Can Eleven reach him? He has a potion of healing.

The warforged looks at the broken rail.

(I’ll leave the rolling of the dice to him.)

Might as well get a second wind: 4

Mutt (Eleven) points at the warforged. "That! We should do that!"
"You heard the tin box, Charl! Fly us next to the train engineer," Daejor agrees.

(I am joining the two groups back together here.)
