The group then makes their way from the Market and Trade District, along the Trade Districts, and to the Skywalk that will escort them to the Guildmaster’s District, wherein the Highward College resides. The trip is once again pleasantly calm, albeit a bit more crowded than before as their are some other commuters traveling in the cube with you. The hustle and bustle of busy merchants grows fainter in the distance as you grow closer to the growing sounds of industry. The Guildmaster’s District is primarily divided into three separate areas. The first is the district proper, filled with the song of innovation and hard work. The second is the serene Highward College, where scholars of all kinds come to seek the knowledge amassed in the city of Everywhere. Students move along the pathways throughout their classes. However, the third and most notable area is the absolutely massive artificial bay that exists in the middle of the district. Ships, water wheels, and various other aquatic objects float amid a glistening sea. In fact, you even see natural life swimming amidst the water. A truly intriguing place to be sure. However, only one of these areas is your goal! The Skywalk eventually docks near the college and allows for you all to exit before it dematerializes.
The college itself is quite large as the campus stretches far and wide. Various buildings and maps line the pathways and greens, allowing for easy access to anywhere that visitors may need to enter. The Icharr Arcanum seems to be a popular area. However, at the same time, the actual Visitor Center is quite busy as well. There are also various other lecture halls and other such areas available.

Sunny sniffs the air for a moment. While he doesn’t sniff anyone quite like Melvin, due to the campus being full of various different people, he does sniff the unmistakable smell of shenanigans! This is confirmed mere moments after as a small explosion detonates one of the stained glass windows of a nearby lecture hall! Rising from the smoke into the air is the misshapen form of a tentacled monstrosity! A flying blob of orange and red leather, fatty tissue, and muscle with several eyestalks extending outward from its body and one singular, foreboding eye moving about wildly! It’s fanged maw cackles madly as it shouts into the sky, “Grah! YIGG MOG NYEP NYEP YURTH!” As the smoke clears fully, you see the hideous form of the beast in all! IT IS NONE OTHER THAN A BEHO-
Durrrr... That’s not a beholder. You aren’t sure what that is, but it is definitely not a beholder. Quite frankly, it’s somewhat of a relief. However, you do notice several (three to be exact) smaller NotHolders orbiting around this creature, also cackling in seeming imitation of the larger aberration!
The scene sets about into chaos as students take cover from the ensuing barrage of eye beams! Benches are set ablaze, students are tossed telepathically, while various scrolls and books are consumed by the boisterous red terror. You barely have a moment to react before you realize that it’s coming straight toward you! What’s everyone doing?
Sunstripe's hapless, sunny demeanor is dropped in an instant. His fur and his glaive are coated once again in that syrupy golden light. He launches himself at the creature, swinging his glaive in a wide arc at the large central aberration!
Alijurn grabs his mace as soon as the ruckus starts to develop further. Seeing the ball of leathery death he quickly points his mace at the alien creature and casts Command (DC 12 wis), "You are disturbing the peace, stop it or face the consequences!" No matte the spell takes hold or not he runs up towards it mace and shield raised for combat.

Childish and maniacal, the small aberrations cackle with an uncomfortably deep voice as they shoot various rays at those around them... which happen to be you all! Alijurn and Sunny are the most notable as they aren’t hiding. The first (2 and 2, 4) fires a yellow and a purple ray toward Alijurn! The second, (2 and 3) fires a yellow and a blue ray at Sunny! The third and final, (1 and 4) fires a pink ray and a purple ray. The pink streaks toward Alijurn and the purple toward Sunny.
The rays strike both Sunny and Alijurn. Suddenly, Sunny is overwhelmed by an intense fear of this small aberration. The world goes dark as all he can focus on is the horrific laugh of this little terror! SMALL THINGS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE CUTE! Sunny is frightened! Sunny turns his head in fear to look to Alijurn.
Meanwhile, the rays strike Alijurn, who then blinks. He is completely and totally unaffected.

Ashe dives for cover and racks her brain for information on this creature. She recalls something by the name of a Gauth in her “Interdimensional Guard Dogs and What Not to Do in Conjuration” book. It was quite entertaining, if not a bit bare bones. Gauth are essentially bullies that cut in line during the process of summoning a Spectator, they push themselves through the summoning rather than the intended target.
Alijurn shouts at the creature (10)! The Gauth stops, blinks its large eye, and looks incredibly passive, “Mug.”
The Gauth spends its turn “Stopping it.” However, after that, it’s leathery brow furrows as it rises, “SHUB NA LAGRA!”
Sunny, despite his fear, then hucks a javelin into the fleshy exterior of the beast! The blade explodes into a flash of light! The Gauth looks down at him, understandably peeved.
Meanwhile, the Babyholders once again let loose another volley toward the group! The first (4 and 3) fires purple ray at Ashe and a blue ray at Dahme’dre! The second (3 and 4) fires a blue ray at Ashe and a purple ray at Dahme’dre! Finally, the third (4 and 3) fires a purple ray at Sunny and a blue ray at Alijurn!
