You continue down the trail for another 10 minutes, batting away the encroaching branches and leaves. Suddenly Riverwing cries out from the back "Anton, wai...", a moment too late. Anton's left foot finds nothing but air. Acting entirely on his fighter's instinct, Anton pushes off his right foot hard, propelling his body forward. He manages to clear the well disguised pit trap, landing on the other side with his feet dangling over air behind him. Sulvarax manages to stop just in time, catching his balance just before he fell in.
As Anton brushes himself off, the group jumps over the trap and sees a clearing of the brush up ahead. They can see a calm stream of water, about 4 feet across, entering into an opening in a rock face about 10x10 feet. They can also see an opening in the vegetation cover just to the left of the cave.
Whoever has setup camp here has gone to some length to keep themselves hidden and protected. Having defeated the Goblin ambush and found their hideout, you each gain 75 xp
"That was a close one! Tricky bastards," Anton says after catching his breath, a note of respect for the goblins' ingenuity in his voice. "Well I think we're in the right place," he continues, remembering to lower his voice this time. "Looks like they might have a secret entrance over there," he says, pointing to the opening in the vegetation. "Probably a better choice than announcing ourselves at the front door, though I'm afraid I'm not terribly quiet in my armor. Shall we?"
Stealth: 9
OoC: Realizing I may have misinterpreted the first opening to be the main cave mouth. On rereading, thinking maybe that's not "the front door" but just a hole where the water flows in.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gilmys might not have shown it a lot, but he was really excited about being there, that was an actual adventure, one he could write about, one he participated himself on, but he had to keep it quiet if he wanted to continue.
Recognizing that he is making quite a bit more noise than the others, Anton lets River take the lead into the cave, hanging back a bit and lighting a torch so those without darkvision can see where they're going. But then realizing he'd better have his weapon in hand in case they were attacked, he asks if Sulvarax or Delta wouldn't mind carrying the torch...
OoC: Oh, so they are two different entrances? Anton's suggestion to go in the thickets stands, then. And maybe the torch is premature; sounds like River wants to do some scouting first, which seems like a great idea.
River and Glimys slink over to thickets, like ghosts. As they get close to the entrance they hear "splash splash CLINK". Looking back they see Anton just on the edge of the stream shrugging, as if to say "What do you want, I'm wearing mail?"
Two goblins rush out from the opening to investigate but are stunned to see River and Gilmys and fall over each other in surprise.

OoC: It looks like the initiative rolls don't have the initiative bonuses in them. I don't think it changes the order this time (assuming goblins have +2 for dex) , but looks like the values (sorted) should be:
Seeing the goblins emerge from the vegetation, Anton rushes in to defend his new friends, positioning himself between Gilmys and the closest goblin [north of Gimlys, west of G1] and attempting to strike the prone creature with his flail.
Spoilered so the outcome doesn't influence Sulvarax:
Attack: 12 Damage: 13
If either of the goblins tries to leave melee range, or tries to attack one of the other PCs:
As the goblin makes a move toward his allies, Anton reacts quickly, taking another swing at it with his flail.

Sulvarax lets out a low grumble and turns to face the goblins. He will cas Magic Missile. He fires the missiles at the goblins. Two at G1 and one at G2
Damage: 3
(Magic Missile always hits)

OoC: I guess I'm kind of being obnoxious rules-guy, but I think with magic missile you're supposed to roll separate damage for each missile? Sorry, apparently I was wrong about that! link
Ooc: On page 196 of the players handbook it specifies, "If a spell or other effect deals damage to more than one target at the same time, roll damage once for all of them"

Yep, gimme 5 minutes
Map: (10x10 foot squares). Creating a 10x10 template before I started was totes the best idea. Takes no time at all to make these
