The Hobgoblin corpses in that ambushed us in foyer(?) had dropped shields and had plate you could grab Hyakujuo. Unless Ordrin is looking for particular ones?
Lokk comes to realize no immediate danger is around, so lowers his weapon with a grunt. "Have the lot of you seen Tharden and Nundro? Or at least heard anything? 'fraid I was only in town last long enough to pick up your trail leading here." After hearing an answer Lokk moves to stand about 15ft from the eastern door, and keep a crossbow trained on it alongside Pip. At least until the others were ready.

Mixum shakes his head at the question. "Really, I thought the castle would be an interesting place to explore," realizing as he says it what a bad idea it was to come out here alone. Mixum readies his crossbow for whatever Pip and Lokk are aiming at on the Eastern door.
OoC: Thanks, Ranmilo. I don't remember shields. Can you confirm, CK? Ordrin has splint mail so he's good there. But a hammer or axe would be nice.
Combing through the weapons you don't see an axe or hammer. You do see a a fancy quarterstaff engraved with stylish feathers (worth 10 gp). The Hobs did not have shields but they did have useable plate
This chamber occupies the northern tower of the castle. A stone altar stands in the middle of the room, covered with bloodstained black cloth. Golden ritual implements — a chalice, a knife, and a censer — are carefully arranged on top of the altar. 3 goblins in tattered robes stand by the alter.
Two archways to the south are covered with heavy curtains.
On seeing the evil tableau through the eastern doorway, Ordrin is filled with the fire if Moradin's forge. He abandons the pile of grimy gear he was looking through and strides through the door toward the altar, pushing his way past Anton. As he does he casts Thaumaturgy, amplifying his voice to a deafening level. "What evil is this?" he booms, coming with twenty feet of the goblins. "You wretched creatures don't know the peril of your soul. Your master flees from his doom and ye now have a choice. Begone and repent or Moradin will cleanse your bodies of their infestation!" Ordrin thrusts a pointing finger toward the opposite door, gripping his relic with the other hand.
The middle goblin sees Ordin and blinks once. His face appears in a way you can only describe as fanatical. "Maglubiyet no like stinky Drawfs. He speaks to Lhupo and tells Lhupo so!" He then proceeds to make a series of very loud clicking sounds and smashes a tiny gong sitting on the alter. Almost immediately, a humanoid sized, nightmare fuel worm slithers in through the red curtain to the south. It's front end retracts into 4 tentacle like surfaces, revealing a beak like maw. It looks hungry.
The wounded Hobgoblin pulls the bolt out of his neck and sneers at Pip, firing his Longbow at him, then dropping the bow and charging him (moving to B3):
Attack: 16 Damage: 4
Similarly, the other southern Hobgoblin fires an arrow at Lokk, seeing his comrade fall, and charges to B3 with his ally
Attack: 18 Damage: 6
The remaining northern Hobgoblin drops his shield and takes a vicious 2 handed swipe at Anton:
Attack: Attack: 14 Damage: 3
Or was that typo? It is why I mentioned it before.
Also For When Lokk's Turn Comes Up:
"You have quite the way with words, my friend."Lokk says sarcastically while lining up a shot on the beaked horror. He retreats after to cover in hopes of preparing for another shot. Even if it means heading back into the other room to have it.
Anton winces as the horrifying creature emerges, but cognizant of his duty to shield his companions from harm he charges forward (to the upper right of E4) and, attempting to turn his own fear back onto the worm, slashes at it with a growl and a narrowing of his eyes (if the attack hits, he uses menacing attack to attempt to frighten the worm until the end of Anton's next turn (DC 13 Wisdom Save)).
Attack: 22 Damage: 18
OoC: That damage roll is wrong; it includes the +6 twice for some reason (presumably I entered it in the dice field instead of the modifier field or something). Should just be 12 damage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Mixum gulps and squeaks a little bit when he sees the beaked monstrosity. Fortunately he has a bolt readied. He takes a shot at it and then moves through the door he just entered from to gain some cover.
