Copper's patience is clearly nearing its end as he waits for the plan to come to fruition. As soon as the guard runs past him, the shifter bursts forward, slashing with his axe across the guard's back. Copper stops with a wicked grin, ready for more carnage.
Cap sees that there are a few men moving into the small dock. They seem to be followed by an important looking bald man. There doesn't seem to be a great way to sneak into the warehouse from here.
Copper leaps out and completely annihilates guard A, who was about to run past him toward the pair in the garbage.

@Cap - You have no problems finding a great spot on the roof and manage to go undetected as you survey the scene.
The main docking area of the warehouse is just a little over 100 feet wide. The skycoach the goons got away in is in the center of the chamber, its main deck at ground level to the main area, accessed by a gangplank walkway. There is an opening on the floor where the skycoach is docked that gives way to a lower level where the lower body of the skycoach floats. The four ballistae used against you are located on rotating platforms at various locations around docking bay and warehouse. There is a metal table twenty feet away from you, next to the skycoach. The stolen schema is on the table.
Of course, it wouldn't be as easy as a grab and glide... There are about 5 men around that table talking. One of them is a bald noble-looking guy with what you know to be a dragonmark of some kind on his head.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Olen, finishes putting on the guards uniform. He rolls the guard over so he can get a good look at his face, before transforming into the guard.
"Right, well done everyone, especially you Kinnik, and you Copper, really well done."
"I think Vasha and I will be good here with our part..."
Guard A gives Vasha a questioning look, that asks, "We are good, right?"
Turning back to the other two, Guard A says,
"Right you two should head back around and get back in the air, just in case the rest of us screw up."
The Guard gives a wink and a smirk, before continuing,
"I suggest one of you bring the Skyraft, in case we need the extra seating space. If you think you could work it out, bringing an extra Soarsled as well, would make any getaway's easier."
"I will leave that up to you two, just remember, they have weapons scanning the sky, so try not to get dead."
Guard A gives Kinnik and Copper another wink, before he starts to search his clothes for any identification.
Investigation check to try and find identification, or some item with Guard A's name: 12
Vasha starts taking the various pieces of the guard's uniform with an air of disdain at every article. It all stank of...authority. "Yeah, get moving and we'll handle the ground work. Watch out for those ballista, though."

"And so you say these people caught up with you? Interesting indeed," the bald aristocrat muses a threat playing on his expression, "it would seem I brought the wrong crew, wouldn't you agree? I wonder what the Order will think of your performance here this day."

Kinnik maintains his disguise. It may come in handy again soon (and he can only do this once or twice). He melts into a dark corner near Copper and watches the other two.
"Damn you for makong me do this. Could've just worn the damn outfit and figured it out, but no," Vasha's form shifts and changes to match the uniform's former owner.
"Happy?" The man asks gruffly, "So am I part of the faceless club now or something?"

Cord hands Pol's identification to Vasha, as she finish's getting dressed.
Cord turns over the body of Pol, so Vasha can get a good look at it.
"How much detail do you need to see, for your spell? Make sure it looks as good as you can get."
"Also, does the spell change your voice? If not, maybe I should do more of the talking."
"A women's voice coming from a man's body, may give things away early."
Cord is watching Vasha to see the transformation.
