OOC: I'm going to stay with RAW and say ranged attacked cannot be non-lethal (for future reference). Um ... actually, I'm going to make an addendum. If you would like to make a non-lethal ranged attack, you must attack at disadvantage, basically ruling that to make a ranged attack non-lethal, it takes much more skill, and so the shot is at disadvantage. Your post already misses, so there's no need to roll again, but, again, for future reference. Depending on the spell, I might could be persuaded to do the same.
The (blue) hobgoblin turns to look at Vondal as the dwarf fires his arrow and dances out of the way at the last minute.
Adrom slams his hammer down onto the arm of the distracted (yellow) hobgoblin, causing it to grunt in pain.
Round 6: Purple (injured, asleep), Green, Zander (lookin spooky), Yellow (injured), Karl (raging), Nif, Blue (injured), Vondal, Adrom
The (green) hobgoblin swings once again at Karl. (longsword attack: 10, damage: 2 slashing damage) But the dwarf is able to sidestep the attack with ease.
While the (blue) hobgoblin is once again able to dodge Zander's spectral sword, the (yellow) hobgoblin drops its sword and clutches its ears as its bell tolls again. It drops to its knees, its face contorted in silent agony. Finally, the creature collapses and stops breathing.
Nif looks around, embarrassed with his accident, hoping no one has noticed. Putting his frustration into his strikes, he hopes he can finally land some convincing blows.
Swinging his shortsword and then following it up with a stab from his dagger.

Nif puts his frustration into his strikes, and swings his shortsword with speed and accuracy. The (blue) hobgoblin cries out as the blade almost cleaves its arm in two. The blow turns the creature so that Nif's next attack bounces off its shield.
The (blue) hobgoblin is looking very battered. It retaliates against Nif with a swing of its own sword. (longsword attack: 15, damage: 6 slashing damage) The strike is enough to knock out the injured dwarf.
(@DDP: Eh, we only need one alive anyhow, but I'll keep that in mind for the future.)
"That is last breathe you draw for zhat one, friend." Vondal mutters as he calmly made ready to fire again. Another spark of good old stormfist fury dances along his arrow as dwarven eyes narrow upon a weak point. In a final breathe, the arrow and energy are set free on a deadly course for (blue)hobgoblin skull.
Bonus Action: Kinsei Shot - Ranged kinsei weapon attacks deal an additional 1d4 damage until end of turn.

Assuming that Green Hobgoblin goes down, Karl steps into M8 and swings at the Blue Hobgoblin (Attack: 8 Damage: 8). However as he swings (17) {OOC - result doesn't make sense for a raging barbrian} (4) the blood that has dripped down onto the handle from when he pulverised the Hobgoblin's kneepcap a turn or so back makes it slippery and Pacifier II flies off (5) behind him. Karl is able to arrest its momentum and the Warhammer only travels 1 foot behind him to end up in M8.

Perhaps you can send a bit of that mending magic of yours Nif's way, yah?" Vondal asks just before releasing a shot towards (blue)hobgoblin's neck. But at the last moment his vision sways and leg's nearly give out on him. Though he catches himself, the shot goes wide. "Foo-... Still losing too much blood. We need to end this." He half-mutters to himself while trying to readjust himself.

Adrom's warhammer slams into the side of the (blue) hobgoblin. The sound of many breaking bones cuts everyone's ears. The creature twists on its feet and falls away from the cleric, landing on its face, and not moving.

As the Hobgoblin turns and flees he yells "'ang on minute I ain't finished with you yet"as he takes off after the hobgoblin and launches himself at it (Grapple check = 12). Unfortunately the Hobgoblin is too fast and all Karl ends up with is a face full of dirt (OOC - N4 is a far as he could have got).

Zander holds up his hand, palm facing the hobgoblin. Black veins bulge on his skin for a moment, and a ripple of energy is sent toward the hobgoblin.
"GROVEL."
Each world is laced with power, and the hobgoblin suddenly feels compelled to do exactly what Zander has commanded it to do(DC 15).
At the same time, Zander's weapon bears down upon the hobgoblin, slashing at it if it can get close enough.
