Mattias goes to his pack, leaving it in the corner, but slinging his quiver and longbow over his shoulder. Passing the officers table he nods at them and waves to Reginald as he exits through the doors into the heat of the afternoon sun.
Umuni follows the group, adjusting her goggles, so they can block the sun's radiant light."Okay, someone said about splitting to check both stores, are we doing that? If we have free time, we might as well stick together, I don't see why not."
Thardigord replies to Umuni's suggestion while strolling within Risingsun towards the nearest of the two stores mentioned by Theo along with his eager companions.
"Yer right, we're all here till tomorrow morning. No need to complicate things when shopping. Besides, I think yer the only one who knows how to make the vials and I dun' want to buy the ingredients knowing later I picked the wrong ones."

"It's the closest one, so that sounds better." Umuni stands by the side of the building's porch, looking over the immediate area around that buildign, before going through to follow the rest of the group on their way for their first destination.
So, as you all leave the headquarters of the Rough Riders the hot outside air outside is a drastic change from the cool air you got use to inside. The immediate area still has low traffic but you do notice that the shadows have started to get longer as the sun has begun its descent into the afternoon. It is early afternoon as you all make your way from the outskirts of the town into the more populate areas. On your way to the Grand Market Square you all notice that more people are starting to move about to finish their day. The civilians that you pass by stare at your group, particularly at Umuni, some stare in curiosity and others give more of a stink eye; the GoR keep a particular eye on your group as you all pass through. After about 45 minutes you all manage to reach the edge of the Grand Market Square, which is more of a L shape than an actual square. You all walk in in the shorter and narrower section of the market. The Grand Market Square, despite the heat and time of day, is fairly busy. There are various stalls scattered about that you can see, the owners shouting out trying to get the attention of passerby's to buy their goods. There is the faint ringing sound of a hammer hitting metal, the smell of fresh baked and cooked goods fill the air, and just an overall din of noise from people talking and haggling prices. Farther up the market, past the stalls and where the market bends to the left, is a raised medium sized stage that is used for public announcements, entertainment, and public displays of criminal punishment; there is also a public notice board stationed in front of the stage. From where you all are at, it appears that this section is used mostly for mobile stalls, there are buildings that line the edge of the market but they appear to be houses.

While they walk Nadarr notices the looks the half-orc is earning and winces slightly. “That will take some getting used to, I suppose,” he mutters under his breath. Among the noticable onlookers are several members of the GoR, and Nadarr raises his arm in salute. He looks among the faces, trying to see if he recognizes any of his former squad mates.
Thardigord takes a deep breath of the smell of freshly baked pastries and cooked goods passing through the air of this bustling market. The dwarf then notices the immediate rumblings of his stomach and remembers he only drank cold ale for lunch.
"Ye know what they say, ye can't work with an empty stomach. Might as well eat something while they're fresh and hot."
Thardigord decided to take a good look at the food offered by the stalls while asking his fellow common folk the directions to The Curium.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Mattias gives the crowds around the stalls a wide berth, positioning himself by the noticeboard, perusing it quickly. Turning back to look into market, he tries to pick out the others in the group, and keep an eye on them.
Tarkin enters the market with the group. He casually peruses the goods of various stalls. He isn't really looking for anything in particular but he is just seeing if something catches his eye. Tarkin makes sure to keep his distance from the GoR. He notices Nadarr saluting one and makes a mental note to ask him about his time serving. He see's Thardigord making a hasty and determined beeline for the food vendors and thinks to himself "Dwarves are driven by honor, ale and food... not necessarily in that order" Tarkin chuckles to himself and keeps moving around the stalls. What does catch Tarkin's eye is a pretty woman attending one of the stalls. He approaches, dips into a bow, removing his hat in a sweeping motion "Good day M'Lady. I'm new in the area and I am looking for a curious little shop called the Curium." Tarkin puts his hands over his heart "You my dear could save me from having to walk up and down the market seeking this information, not that I would mind walking past your beautiful face countless times. It would be the only joy I would receive this day while doing such a menial task. Would you be so kind as to point me in the right direction."

Umuni shrugs feeling the stares, she did get used to it, even if they feel more annoying each time.
She holds in place, waiting for the members who decided to stop to gather info to come back, frustrated with it because it would only be more time getting stares from all sorts of different people.
[Nadarr] The members of the GoR that you salute to, salute you back. As you look around at the guards, you don't see anyone from your former squad.
[Thardigord] You walk up to one of the food stalls and see a male human standing behind the stall. He is an older gentleman with leathery tanned skin and weathered wrinkles on his face. On one end of the stall there is a stack of circular flat thin bread, next to that is a metal spike that is sticking up with a hunk of roasted meat on it. Hanging from the top of the stall are bunches of dried thin red and green peppers and on the other end of the stall are a few small crates filled with eggs, cooked beans, and onions. He sees you approach his stall and with a warm smile, that makes his wrinkles smile, he says with a somewhat high pitch and shaky voice, "Well, 'ello there Master Dwarf. Would you like a burrito? Only five copper pieces. The best five copper you'll spend today."
[Mattias] It's not hard to weave your way through the groups of people and you easily make it to the noticeboard. At a quick glance you see nailed up there a handful of wanted posters asking for different things, some have pictures drawn on them and others don't, there are a few public notices, and you even spot a posting for the Rough Riders. So, as you look around you manage to spot Nadarr off to the side keeping a watchful eye out and saluting members of the GoR that pass through on their patrols. You see Thardigord walking up to one of the less busy food stalls and also spot Tarkin walking up to another stall and giving an exaggerated bow to the stall owner. You also see Umuni passively standing where you all entered the market, along with two children that are cautiously approaching Umuni.
[Tarkin] As you approach the lady at the stall, you notice that she is human and is about in her early twenties. She's about to welcome you to her stall but is taken aback by your bowing and a faint, but noticeable blush creeps up onto her cheeks at your complementing words; and says a little shyly, "Ah... Um... You're lookin' for The Curium? I-its just 'round the corner on the left, just a little ways past the blacksmith." As she's answering your question, you notice that she is selling various trinkets made from turquoise and copper.
[Umuni] So, you're standing at the edge of the market watching your companions head off in different directions. Two of them head off to the stalls, one makes his way to the noticeboard, and the third is still close by watching the crowed and the guards. As this is all going on you see two children, a boy and a girl that are about five and six, cautiously approaching in your direction and they stop about ten feet away from you. The boy points at you and turns his head to the girl, who is kinda hiding behind him, and says a bit boisterously, "See, see! I told you I saw one in town, and you said I was lyin'." The little girl grabs onto the boy's clothes and gives them a small tug saying in a quieter tone, "Alright, I see you wasn't lyin', now lets get back for we get into trouble."
"Hello to you too, elderly man. Could you fix this hungry dwarf for two portions of that meaty goodness? Only had ale for lunch and I could use something filling."
Knowing that he had no copper coins, Thardigord grabs a gold coin from his purse and hands it to the old vendor.

The old man snatches up Thardigord's gold coin fairly quickly and hands over the change of nine silver coins. "Two meaty burritos comin' up!" He says as he builds up a small fire underneath the iron counter and slaps down two of the flat bread. He takes a out a carving knife, quickly sharpens it, and slices off several chunks of the meat; rolling them onto the bread. Off to the side of the burritos being prepared he cracks two of the eggs onto the iron counter and they begin to sizzle as they cook. He dices up some onions and takes a good scoop of beans; adding them to the cooking eggs that he starts to scramble up. "Do want em spicy, mild or cold?" He asks Thardigord.
