Sayre, as the arrow comes back down you are able to position yourself in a way under it that it drops straight back into your quiver... ready to be drawn again as you ready your next shot.
***Mo hasn't grabbed the guy yet lol, still waiting for actions from Thimbol and novak first. Also, I will use that perception roll of yours next turn alongside your action if you want***
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
There wasn't much Thimbol felt he could do to contribute as a whole to the group. The largest of the assassins was asleep, while the bloodied elf was foolish enough to stand toe to toe with a goliath.
That left the smallest assassin, who was much like himself as they tried to run away, but if Thimbol had any luck remaining they wouldn't leave without a good bye present from the former blood scale.
Aiming his short bow, Thimbol lets loose another arrow.
Yeah, if it is not clear, the largest one is sleeping, the medium one is badly hurt and fighting with Novek in the street, and the smallest one is running away while firing at you (he is slightly hurt currently).

"Woof! Your a feist one, aren't ya? Reminds me of that Bugbear Princess I had to rescue. Made the same mistake too." While the bloodscale pondered over the meaning of those words, Navek brings the hammer around again for the elf's gut. He still intended to knock him out. "Now stay down, ya hoodlum. I'm not gonna ask nicely a second time."He says if the blow lands this third time.

Navek delivers a heavy uppercut with his hammer, connecting directly with the stomach of the Bloodscale and sending him somersaulting into the air before landing on his hard face with a sickening thud, his legs still stuck hanging in the air as blood pools around his face on the ground
*** Spoiler alert... he is dead**
Thimbol fires his crossbow at the fleeing Bloodscale Kobold, landing a critical hit on this right shoulder (7 damage) causing him to drop his heavy crossbow as he continues to flee down the road.
Mo quickly moves to grab the sleeping lizardfolk and drag him back towards the crowd asking for a rope to secure the assassin.
(the big one is a lizard folk, the dead medium one was an elf, and the small one still fleeing is a kobold... I wouldn't be suprised if I got them mixed up somewhere..) *Still waiting on Lorarila.*

(I think I am going to roll for Lorarila so we can keep moving)
Lorarila will stretch out her bloodsoaked arm and fire a fire bolt at the kobold that wounded her so badly
Attack: 18 Damage: 4
The back of The kobold will ignite for a moment as the spell hits hard, but he keeps running in the distance

round 3

combat can be over if you want to let him escape but with Sayre's perception roll you can see another bloodscale on a horse holding another 3 houses by the reigns wayyyy down the at the end of the road... It looked like he was supposed to help them with their getaway...

***Does Mo want to search his body before hauling him and looking for rope? Also, literally everyone but Mo has 50 feet of rope... just saying***
**i'll check later, Somebody toss me a roppee!**
OOC: I've impressed myself...thanks Wreckzors!!
Sayre holds up her 50 feet of hempen rope to the Goliath and whistles as she keeps a keen eye out for more bandits from the stage!

OOC: farther than 150ft? Cuz if not she's going to try, if it's farther I'll even chance disadvantage!!
Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
I would say the kobold is right at 90ft and the horseman is about 120
