Mo is limp and unconscious. The Crocodile died while chewing on him and never spat him out. Mo is alive for now, just unconscious and he was caught in the mouth of the crocodile. Also, to clear up death saves.. you roll u till you get three saves or failures. A 1 get you an automatic 2 fails and so does someone hitting you. A 20 brings you to life with 1 HP which happened and it has now restarted. Mo will keep making death saves untill dead or he stabilizes on his own unless someone wants to try to stabilize him
You are able work together to pull Mo from the bloody water, the carcass of the crocodile being pulled along by a few teeth that were still embedded in the goliath. Navek starts trying to stop the bleeding...

The goliath looks a little better but he is still not stable.
It takes a few moments, but Navek gets the bleeding to stop and Mo's breathing to even out. "There. So long as there are no other surprises." He breathes a sigh of relief. "What you guys think? Camp here till he recovers? Or load up what we can onto the horses?" He glances back to the tower. "Still got check that out too.. According to 'ol Smoke. Cretin's been attacking his shipments. Ain't no telling what's he got."He rubs a bloody hand over his head. Noticing after, Navek grimaces then rolls his eyes.
"We need to see to the troll too. Make sure we get the head, and burn the rest 'fore it recovers.. if it recovers."
loot = Troll skull with 4 large intact tusks (plus any other parts of the troll you think someone may want) and 3 crocodiles (Navek was asked to provide animal parts I believe to the tanner working with slag)
"I can handle the burning, don't check anything alone. He was a stupid Troll but I don't trust anything here. So gather the crocodiles, and Troll parts and we can look in the lair in a minute." Goes to the Troll corpse remains and starts spreading fire over it, especially the severed neck.
After asking and finding out about the horses hidden place, Navek works on getting Mo situated on the sled. "Mr. Thimbol? Mind if we make use of that bag for crocs? Don't know about the troll head, but I can carry that easily enough."He considers crocs as winston finally manages to get one on shore before rushing off to get the other other. As Navek goes to help the now blooded pupper, he goes on to say, "Shouldn't take more than half an hour with some help. Maybe even less!"

Navek finishes pulling the crocodiles to shore before beginning work on a sled to drag behind the horses. The large goliath has no problem pulling the creatures from the blood soaked muddy water. (Navek roll me a survival check with advantage assuming someone will help you to make the sled)
Lorarila begins torching the corpse of the troll, engulfing the carcass in flames only moments after Thimbol finishes collecting some of its blood in a few vials that were included in his poisoners kit. While Lorarila works to keep the troll ablaze, Sayre sinks her black blade into the body a few times. Each times she does the body seems to wither a shrink a bit around the wound as though any remaining bits of life clinging to the body were being sucked out of it. As she does, the tiefling can hear in her mind. "Ahhhh... you impress me with young one... I can feel the power of your victory flowing through me... and so you too shall feel the power..."As the voice fades, Sayre can feel a strange power surge through her arm for a moment. the veins in her hand and arm raise and throb for only a second and an incredible feeling overwhelms her for but an instant... Once the instant passes, A feeling of endless power, pleasure, and potential seems to retreat back into the sword.

Unless I never mentioned it, and in which it's back at the house. But Mo is on the sled that Navek purchased for his last foray.
Navek constructed an extra one for the crocs and trollskull to be pulled by his draft horse, while Mo's horse drags him along with a little guidance. Gonna be slow going either way.
"What? No--huh.." Navek shakes off his confusion, and finishes working on the sled. "Eh. Wouldn't 'ave worked out right, anyhow. Winston. Go help Thimbol."Navek commands the pouch before turning to Sayre. "Give'm a minute? Next time we come this way, it'll be straight on through to Swifthammers."
As Thimbol makes his way through the large gate, the first thing he notices is the stench of rotting flesh. Piles of bones, scraps of clothing, and torn apart armor litter the floor piled high against the wall leaving only a path about the width of a cart free of debris to allow access to the bridge. To the left is a narrow decrepit stone staircase that takes Thimbold up to the scecond story of the gatehouse. Up here thimbol notices a number of arrow slits that allow him a good view of the path leading to the bridge as well as the length of the bridge on the other side of the room. The second story smells slightly better than the first... there are fewer remains laying around up here and there is a large pile of tattered clothes that appear to have been being used as bedding. Thimbol notices a few chests laying around the room, a few crates, and a small pile of various weapons of different qualities.
Lorarila stays outside keeping watch, especially wary of the water. "Should zap it but I don't want to touch it. I hope everyone hurries up, I don't want to be here anymore then I have to be."

With Mo stabilized and the threats removed, Thimbol would see to harvesting some blood from the troll.

Thimbol did not say he was being stealthy I don't think so she sees thimbol standing in the middle of second story of the gatehouse.

Navek is able to get the crocodials and Mo secured property to the sled while Lorarila stays back with him watching for potential threats.
(so are you guys stuffing the crates and chests into the bag of holding and leaving, leaving without opening or picking up anything?)
