Flynn, you look around the bed chamber but its pretty bare, save for the trunk. It's not locked and opens right up on well oiled hinges. Inside you find some deep purple robes and other regalia, all looking like garb that would fit an average sized human. You don't find anything else around the bed chambers or the main one for that matter.
The shaft leading down with the rope ladder is dark itself, but you all can see some light at the bottom.
OOC: Wex, you would remember from your time in the camp, that the only human in the upper echelon would be the female human, "wearer of purple" Frulam Mondath.
Wex notes the robes. "Judging by the color of those robes, this would be the room of the leader, a woman named Frulam Mondath. We should be careful. Flynn, can you use your new shoes to crawl down the hole and peek out, upside down? They may expect someone to come out feet first."

Flynn, you forgo climbing down the rope ladder and use your new slippers to walk down the side of the shaft. As you near the bottom you slow down, slowly creeping to peek around the opening. You see that the light is dim in this area, the light sources coming from deeper in the room. A rather large room at that! This area is big! you notice that the air has gotten more humid as you made your way down. Its hard to make out but you see depictions of dragons on the walls. You make no notice of anyone in the room.
Wex listens carefully. "Dragons seems right, with this bunch. Do we go down, or go back to the entrance and try that other way? This way seems more... interesting. Which might be a reason to go the other way," he laughs ruefully.

So Flynn takes to the walls of the shaft to sneak down first, the others following behind down the rope ladder. Flynn you step out onto the ceiling of the new area and duck down into the shadow of a few stalactites, a rather strange feeling. You take a longer look around the room. This chamber has been enlarged and reshaped from its original form. The floor and three of the walls are smooth, and stalactites and stalagmites have been polished into gleaming columns. The flat walls of the chamber are decorated with shallow abstract carvings of dragons. Dragons’ tails coil into intricate patterns and knots that flow across the walls. The creature portrayed in the northwest corner stands out: a five-headed dragon, rising from an erupting volcano. Other dragons, which seem dwarfed by the five-headed monstrosity, flock to its side. A small, wooden chest with silver and mother-of-pearl inlays sits on the floor in the corner, in front of the monstrous dragon carving. The light seems to be coming from a couple of oil lamps set up near the center of the room.
Wex will slip to the side once he is down, surveying the room. He notes the lone chest just sitting out there. "That's not suspicious at all," he says in a low voice.

Sevrn will whisper: "Is it a way further into the keep or a room?"
If the latter Sevrn will stay back (preferrably with Mopham) and not enter the hole to serve as rearguard until the rest of the part is back out. Otherwise he will be last down the rope once he's gotten the 'all clear'.
OOC: is there a further exit from this room? If so Sevrn will take position at the doorway and guard the room.
