Necros  starts to wonder around  locking for anthing of value

Zennas will observe the key in an attempt to make out what it may unlock. I will also try the door again with my tools.

**** it I'm going to find something heavy and smash the door handle off. 

(Lae) The parlor door opens to an outside balcony. You can still see the mysterious mists surrounding the property.

(Necros) I need a bit more specific about where u are looking (room or something).

(Zennas) The lock still does not open. (If you are going to smash it, roll attack. You do notice a slight dent from where Lae hit it earlier.)

 Have at you blasted locked door from hell!

Also I wanted to inspect the key Zander gave me.

Investigate 11 

Lae looks out into the mists.. they suddenly give him an idea and he hurries back down the stairs and out the front door. He walks the perimeter of the house looking for any windows, or doors that could lead down into the basement from the outside of the house.

investigation: 15

(Zennas) Definitely a hit, please roll damage. The key is made of iron and appears to be the size that would fit in a door lock.

(Lae) The only windows and doors you see are at ground level or higher. There is not even anything resembling a storm or wine cellar door.

Damage 4 

The handle breaks off the door and proceeds to hang off the lock, which is hanging from the handle of the other door. Inside, you find a heavy crossbow, a light crossbow, a hand crossbow, and 20 bolts for each weapon.

Zander was about to head upstairs when he saw Lae bound down the stairs, so he heads down as well. He goes back to the door with the lock that Zennas was trying to pcik, and sees he smashed it off.

Worked you magic, I see? Where'd Lae go?

Lae renters the house just as Zander starts to inquire after him.

”I went up to the third floor.. there’s nothing but a balcony, some furniture, and dust up there. Looking off the balcony made me think there might be a way into the basement from the outside.. but I didn’t find anything. Nice find in that cabinet though Zennas.”

 I will take the light crossbow and matching bolts. 

"The lock and I had a disagreement it appears.  The good news is that I found a hand crossbow, heavy crossbow, and 20 bolts for each. Taking bids now!" 

Lae shrugs, “I have proficiency with martial weapons thanks to my military training.”

I will look for anthing to dowith magic or books

In which room? There is a library, but you would have to find it (although one of your party has been there or I wouldn't be telling you this lol).

Necros starts  locking up starts looking up stairs  (looking for the library) 

After searching a bit because you decided not to ask the 2 people who have been searching the house, you manage to find the library on the 2nd floor. (Description is somewhere above lol.) Once you enter, roll investigation.

Investigation is 14 i did not think i was near any one

(Sounds like everyone had ended up back in the main hall on the bottom floor, so you probably were lol. There are still a few unexplored doors on the third floor.) As you examine the bookshelves in the library, you see a red-covered book with no title on the spine. Your curiosity piqued, you pull the book to find out what it's about, but instead, the bookshelf turns out to be a secret door which opens when you pull the book.

This secret room contains bookshelves packed with tomes describing fiend-summoning rituals and the necromantic rituals of a cult called the Priests of Osybus.

A heavy wooden chest with clawed iron feet stands against the south wall, its lid half-closed. Sticking out of the chest is a skeleton in leather armor. Clutched in the skeleton's right hand is a letter.

Necros  yells "everybody  get your asses up here in the library." Necros  reays Eldridge blast 

(Roll perception for the chest. The books will take an hr of arcana to check.)
