Maxwell rushes ahead, swinging his blade at the goblin as he cleanly decapitates it. The goblin's head flies several feet away, a toothy and vicious grin still on its face. (Goblin #2: defeated. 10 damage.)
Melody heads over to the damsel, going over to straddle her and interrogate her. The damsel isn't helpless right now, so it will be a contested grapple check to pin her down. The damsel does, however, have disadvantage right now. Melody's Athletics check:13 Damsel's Acrobatics check:2
Melody lands atop the damsel, placing her dagger to the damsel's mouth, who begins breathing heavily, too scared to move.
The goblins, seeing that their numbers were halved in a matter of second, begin to flee. They drop their remaining spears and run off in a panic (60 feet away).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
In the event I was in melee with one of the fleeing goblins, I will use my reaction for an attack of opportunity:
Long sword Attack: 6 Damage: 9
Giacomo will move the necessary distance to be able to pick up a spear (1 free interact with object) after dropping his long sword (free action). He will then throw it at the nearest goblin.
Spear throw Attack: 14 Damage: 8
Giacomo stands down from combat, disappointed by the anti-climax of the battle. He picks up his long sword and turns to Melody, "Fool woman. Your tactical decisions are not sound. If I ever see you hard pressed by a dangerous foe you ignored to satiate your blood lust, I will not intervene. Your demise will be an example for the rest of us to keep base emotions in check during battle."
Giacomo will walk away without waiting for a response, and begin carefully inspecting and cleaning his blades.
(Giacomo killed the goblin he moved up to last turn, but had enough movement to go to the next one. However, goblins can disengage as a bonus action, so wouldn't provoke as they flee.)
Giacomo hurls the claimed javelin at the goblins, but it lands short. He isn't used to the strange weighting of the poorly made spear.
As the battle ceases and the goblins make their escape, Melody continues to whisper to the Damsel, softening her tone. "Just talk and we'll be best friends. We'll even fix that hole in your tummy and take you home."
Finias seeing the Goblins begin to panic and flee opts not to attack any of them, instead, he is more concerned about his precious Melody and rushes to her side to ensure that she is alright. Seeing Melody with the damsel still held fast, a dagger to her throat the dwarf stops and cowers before his mistress and in the high-pitched whining voice of his calls out to her, "the battle is won my sweet delicate snapdragon, and I see you have captured a prisoner to question... a master-stroke of excellent strategic thinking my dear, bravo!" As Fineas looks closer he notices that his Melody has been injured and wails, "oh dear my delicate flower you are bleeding, why not turn the wench over to one of the others in our merry little band to look after while I help you to attend your wounds?"
Maxwell let's the Goblins flee, not feeling the need to waste energy chasing after them. Walking over to where the damsel is currently being held down by Melody. "With the fight now over might I suggest that we take her and leave before they come back in greater numbers. Might I also suggest you take Fineas' advice Melody and let one of us look after her while your toady looks after you." Looking at the damsel, Maxwell begins to wonder if she would make a good vessel for Cassandra. If she manages to live through these fools he would have to ask her tonight. Cassandra never did like coming out when the sun was up, preferring to whisper in his ear at night.

“Spirit. In every language in all the Realms, surface and Underdark, in every time and every place, the word has a ring of strength and determination. It is the hero's strength, the mother's resilience and the poor man's armor. It cannot be broken and it cannot be taken away.”
"I caught her. I'm claiming her." Melody states, matter-of-factly.
Turning her attention to Finias, she continues, but in Elvish, "You tend to the girl first, after she tells us what we want to know. We are at a disadvantage. Our new compatriots seem... intense."
Looking at the Damsel, Melody switches back to Common, "Answer my questions. I don't know what the boys have planned, but you have my word that I won't let any more harm come to you if you cooperate."
"Do you really believe that she's going to answer the one who shot her, even if she didn't see you do it you did yell out to the goblins that you were trying to help them." Kneeling beside the damsels head, "My apologizes for my.... companions actions but we do need som questions ask. You see, we are new here and seem to have lost are way. We were wondering, do you know where we currently are and if there are any towns or villages were close by?"

Logi and Larry attempt their spells, taking two of the goblins down between them. However, one does manage to get away...
The damsel seems to be staying very still, terrified for her life as Melody holds the blade to her face. Her breathing is shallow, as she is still bleeding from the crossbow bolt wound.
Giving Maxwell a sideways look, Melody rises up from the Damsel and places the dagger back into her garter. "Fine." She says quietly to Maxwell. As she steps one leg over the girl's form, Melody grips the end of the crossbow bolt and yanks it out. "This is mine..."
Melody strides over toward Finias, wiping the bolt tip off on the grass and other flora. Looking down at him with a pout, her voice soft, "I'm hurt. Stupid goblin. Get me a bandage or something, please? And get my crossbow. I, like, threw it. And put this away..." She jabs the blunt end of the bolt into his shoulder impatiently.
Sighing to himself, Maxwell places his hand over her wound and cast cure wounds. "I know we are lost in the wilderness right now Melody but can you not act like you belong in the there. As I suggested before, it might be best if we move somewhere else. This girl has lost a lot of blood and it may be some time before we can question her."

Finias groans in mock pain as the blunt end barely even touches his shoulder, and grovels before her, "yes, mistress," the dwarf proceeds to dig about for some a piece of cloth, having no real bandages, healing spells or the like, or medical knowledge he hands her an empty sack hoping that it will suffice before rushing to retrieve her crossbow and return to her just as quickly as he is able.
Giacomo ends the inspection of his blades, glances over and says as he pulls out a strip of leather to hone the edges, "If that devil woman has doomed her, then put her out of her misery. She was on foot; surely her camp, village or town is near enough we can track it from here."
Maxwell cures the wound on the damsel, the ripped tissue knitting back together thanks to the magic. While healed, she is still weak after the blood loss, breathing shallowly. "Th-thank you..." She manages to say to Maxwell
