Jury saves the Pale Elf from suffocating and begins relieving him from his belongings. His pale blue, adorned robes feel cold to the touch, and his heavy fur coat seems tattered upon closer look. The boots could probably still be used but none of his underclothes are pristine. It would seem this Eladrin has been here for a very long time. In better shape, Jury find a quiver containing 18 arrows, an elven-made longsword, a silver hairband used to keep the Pale Elf's long, blueish and silky locks out of his eyes during battle and a curious silver ring inlaid with broken shards of sapphire. Jury's attunement to the arcane is enough for him to realize that the ring is magical.
The warforged casts a Bless on everyone except Charles, and Verdict sneaks into Jury right after that. Jury momentarily "turns off" after that (his tiny green stand-by LED blinking periodically).
The Pale Elf breaths air again, but is still incapacitated.
26. Charles - diseased (counter: 4); 22. Drago - under the effects of Potion of Water Breathing (counter: 592) and Blink (counter: 14); 20. Grixx - under the effects of Oil of Slipperiness (i.e. Freedom of Movement), also Raging (counter: 3) and diseased (counter: 7 - suppressed); 19. Lair 16. Jury - concentrating on and affected by Bless (counter: 10), suffering aftereffects of Haste (counter: 1); 15. Pale Elf - unconscious, incapacitated, and prone (and naked!); 12. Aboleth
(NOTE: This is a good time to say that there is no "(counter: 0)". The initiative tracker is always displayed as of the beginning of that round, while the counters tick down on the relevant turns. This means that a counter of 1 signifies the last round before the effect ends.)
(@Grx: I'll count your after-stabs at the dead Aboleth as an attack for the purposes of maintaining Rage for now, but unless something else happens, your rage is about to end.)

Drago flies over to the pale elf and looks at the captive. "It would be in our best interest to blind fold this creature. They have resources we can't imagine." Drago takes his dagger and cuts an appropriate strand from the tattered coat and very carefully puts a blind fold over the elf's eyes tied around his skull. "I'm hoping that without being able to see, his access to magic might be more limited." With Drago's bonus action he orders his beautiful flying sword to move towards the pale elf (AF, -1) (Blink: 20 - and Drago vanishes)
26. Charles - diseased (counter: 3); 22. Drago - under the effects of Potion of Water Breathing (counter: 591), Blink (counter: 13) and Bless (counter: 9); 20. Grixx - under the effects of Oil of Slipperiness (i.e. Freedom of Movement) and Bless (counter: 9), also diseased - suppressed (counter: 6); 19. Lair 16. Jury - concentrating on and affected by Bless (counter: 9 - also for Verdict); 15. Pale Elf - unconscious, incapacitated, and prone (counter: 7); 12. Aboleth

==Drago=Elf=Cleric/Sorcerer==
Drago appears back at the same spot he vanished from moments before. He speaks to Jury as if he can hear him, not sure that he can "I understand you have plans for this elf but I'm not sure what they are exactly? Can you explain what you have in mind a little better for me?" Drago is ready to cast Toll the Dead if the elf is able to threaten them in any way. Blink roll: 14 and Drago remains in the current plane of existence.
With the Aboleth on land on not reacting Grixx is confident that it is safe to leave it. He will not dash but he will use all his movement to move as close to the group as he can.
The shining barbarian raises his sword in the air while walking.
"By TEMPUS! What a battle. Wish the blade was fed more but I believe Tempus will be pleased. What you got a live one there? Looks like it's done for."
"A valid point. However, due to the nature of the trials, direct conflict -- I anticipate, may not be always the best means of progress. As was proven in this encounter."He states abruptly as the smoke billowing from him finally thins to wisps, and then to nothing altogether. "Unfortunately. Even if one of us possessed the means to Speak with Dead, we are less likely to receive the appropriate answers, or deliver appropriate motivations." Jury adds as tone shifts to the more sinister for a moment.
Without further preamble, Jury straddles the elf by the abdominal region, and tries to place hand over his eyes. "Be ready. If they should prove too resistant. You are authorized to use lethal force... Not that you required such motivations." At that, if the elf wasn't already stirring before, it certainly will when he starts shaking him by the top of his face to wake up after dropping his full two-hundred pounds on him. He makes a point of keep his hand clasp down there, to make difficult for the elf to pull of the blinds.
"Awaken, Fey one. We, the Jury, find you guilty of several crimes. Answer our queries, and you /may/ receive a reduced punishment. Drago. Translate."
Action: Wake-up the prisoner!

The Pale Elf wakes up with a loud gasp, as if breathing air for the first time after being revived from drowning. Not being able to see and feeling Jury's weight, it instinctively grabs Jury hands, trying to pull them out of his face. It is not saying anything, but grunting instead. He doesn't seem to understand completely what is going on. Jury is easily overpowering the Eladrin, so none of this constitutes enough of a threat for either Drago or Charles to attack. Grixx's rage subsides.
After a few seconds of this, he tires himself out. You can all tell he is within inches of his life. For now he is still not speaking, but that's probably on account of being exhausted.
Charles will walk up, kneel down and put the end of the pistol against the elf's temple and will say, in Elvish, "We won't harm you if you don't attack us. I promise. How long have you been down here?"
Jury eyes finally go from red to their neutral yellow as the Eladrin speaks to them for the first time. Though he doesn't ease up the pressure on his face, Jury at least rose enough so that his full weight no longer suffocated the poor creature. "Then you were enthralled then. As I had begun to suspect. Nevertheless, this does not fully absolve you of the charges." Jury states coldly.
"Query One: What is your designation?" "Query Two: What are you?" "Query Three: Are you aware or capable of providing a cure to my... companions current predicament?" "Query Four: And while enthralled were you self-aware enough to have examined this area for any unique and patterned markers? " "Query Five: Do you wish to terminated to be reborn?"
He asks each in succession, and only paused long enough to hear a brief answer before moving on to the next unless stopped by the others.

There's a moments pause in which Jury makes an imperceptible glance to Drago. Then, the lights in his eyes appear to dim as he sets them back upon the Eladrin. "Rule Two: The best blessings often come in the form of words of Guidance.... In that spirit, you will be granted further room to speak. Know, however, that the Jury stand by its earlier conviction. Continued hostility will not end well for you. And no further mercy tended. Comply."On that note, Jury gets up off the Eladrin, but makes the mental request for Verdict to make sure he has the hatch sealed until further notice.
The Eladrin doesn't particularly feel very talkative, after all, he is incredibly hurt: "You ask too many questions. Suffice it to say that I am your future. It may not be an Aboleth, but something will keep you here forever. Trials? That's a joke! I would describe it as an eternal struggle, a type of limbo. I hope you like the Daylight effect on the grassy room. That is likely to be the last type of sun light you will ever see..."
The Eladrin lies motion less on the floor, regardless of no longer being pinned down by Jury: "Now go. Leave me be in my sorrow."

Charles will move to AH-1 (I believe that is a close as I can get without dashing).
He will use the same ready action (trigger of waking up and harming someone or try to get away)

"Come on big guy"
Grixx continues to drag the Aboleth toward AK,2
Strength: 28
Charles moves and prepares to shoot.
Drago blindfolds, moves his floating sword, and vanishes.
Grixx moves a few more feet with the Aboleth (using all his movement with that roll).
(Jury is still up.)
Jury continues to let out steam, literally.
The Pale Elf snoozes.

Jury needs to roll either a persuasion or intimidation check, depending on what tone he is taking.
