As DORK bellows out the command, Voldrik winces a bit at how loud she shouts and turns to her "listen Golem, I wouldn't go telling Clarion what he can do and what he can't do, he gets a bit tetchy if you do that! Know what I mean!"
Voldrik turns back to Devin "can't say I am an expert on Giant hierachies and why they do what they do but if you say so."About now Zephyros and Lukian (if he wants) descend to the Ground Floor. The remaining five dwarves and a very flustered Beedo also reach the Ground Level at the same time.
Zepyros turns to the dwarves and bows, which means that his head is at least 15 feet above the dwarves, saying "my name is Zephyros of the House Alv-venn. What seems to be the issue? He listens carefully to Voldrik's explanation and then says "ahh that explains something my friends intimated might happen."He gives a sheepish smile and says "I think with this castle's ornamentation it is fairly unique so please advise any other teams out there that I am on your side." He then follows this up "a word to the wise if I may? I suggest you adopt a slightly more subtle approach because if you come across the Countess' castle I can assure it will not go as well for you as it has today."
"I'll keep that it mind Sir," Voldrik replies. "Now" as pulls out a bit of paper from his belt pouch and then ferrets around inside before emerging with a very short pencil "can one of just indicate that we visited and assessed this castle as not being a risk. Means we get paid you know?" He turns to Devin and Meiva and says "can I suggest you don't let the Gobbo's speak for you first next time, sends the wrong signal if you get my meaning."
D.O.R.K whips around almost immediately with eyes burning bright and steam visibly pouring from the side of her head. Though she steps up looking ready to speak, seeing the others come down gives her pause. SO, she waits patiently, but all the while staring daggers at Voldrik alongside an equally angry Vark, and a confused Beedo mimic the glares.
Sensing an opportunity to speak, she strides up before Voldrik... and bows briefly at the waist. "Prior Advice noted. Nevertheless, that is two, Sir Voldrik. I am a Designated Operative of the Red Knight. You may call me Dork, for short. Call me Golem a third time ever again, and I will seek recompense." She states, for once measuring her words carefully before affirming her point by jostling the axe currently hooked at her side.
Beedo lets an "Oooo~ Boss Lady's Maaaad~"some ten feet behind her and next to a tense Vark. "And zhere names be Beedo and Vark. Not simply Gobbos. Do not try to use zhem and past prejudice as your shameful excuse for so rudely invading another's home without even knocking, or declaring intent."She whips around and points to Devin. "And you! Wipe zat smirk off your face, Devin. Zhey are our allies, my acolytes, and they /will/ be treated with respect."

Sir Voldrik. I am a Designated Operative of the Red Knight. You may call me Dork, for short. Call me Golem a third time ever again, and I will seek recompense." DORK says.
"Gol..., sorry DORK, you did not introduce yourself so how else was I to know what to call you," Voldrik says. "As a servant of the Red Knight you have my respect, but my advice still stands, do not let your acolytes speak for you as people will invariably assume the worst!"
"...You could have requested it... Clarification. My name. You could have done so, as well as in regards to entry into this domicile." She replied, but her words came out sounding almost hollow and red light dims back into their usual neutral yellows. "Nevertheless, as previously stated, your words have been noted for future review. More than this I cannot promise. Now if you excuse me, I must patrol to ensure no other gaseous entities has made landing since yesterday." Unless stopped at that point, Dork motions for Beedo and Vark to fall in line as the trio made their way outside.

Not one for long conversations Torunn just watches from his position. When he thinks an agreement has been made, he calls out. "So if you guys are done being all sneaky, do you mind buggering off? I was in the middle of a very complicated process for my project until I was rudely interrupted by you all!" With that, a clearly frustrated Torunn turns and walks back to his temporary workshop.
Lukian does not descend. When it is clear Beedo is not in danger (by his descending and not being pursued), the elf holds his ground on the second floor, keeping an arrow nocked, but pointed at the floor, ready for any hostility above or below.
He turns to Devin and Meiva and says "can I suggest you don't let the Gobbo's speak for you first next time, sends the wrong signal if you get my meaning."
"She whips around and points to Devin. "And you! Wipe zat smirk off your face, Devin. Zhey are our allies, my acolytes, and they /will/ be treated with respect."
Devin continues to grin.
"And you may wish to get your acolytes in order and remind then of their place and that they don't speak for or represent this group. We've been commissioned by our god's. You picked these 2 up on your own. They are allies and I won't leave then hanging if they get in trouble. But they need to learn to keep their mouths shut and stay in their place. Their insulting and picking fights with everyone they meet is gonna get old fast. "

D.O.R.K stops in her tracks, and slowly looks back to Devin. "Their 'place'?" She lets the question linger there for a moment before turning back to the door. "I see... You are just as corrupted as the old men back home."The construct continues walking without another backwards glance, but now thoroughly confused goblins following in line.
If nothing extraordinary happens at least come next morning, no drills are called by either goblin or construct. Or rather, they abstain from calling the others, choosing instead to keep to themselves in further training their minds and bodies, if not experimenting with the viscosity of the cloud. Some means ranging from as ordinary as spilling water and cleaning out any remaining oil from Vark's broken flask to the goblins trying to make funny shapes in the clouds... using their piss.
"Corrupted how D? Because those that are learning and not in charge don't make the decisions or speak for the group? You have a funny notion of corruption then. You and I, and the other clerics in this group, we are equals. Your acolytes are not. They listen to you because you are in charge of them. Or did you decide to make them equal to you D? Do you follow their orders? "
She never says anything, nor did she look back. However, Beedo stops and even starts to turn back for another infamous tirade, only for Vark to grab him by the shoulder. "But--"Vark just shakes his head, eliciting a scowl from Beedo followed by his grumbling and continuing to follow after D.O.R.K.

The Dwarves Leave and the Journey continues - Day 3 & 4, Third Ten-day, Month of Eleasis
While the discussion between Devin and DORK and Meiva to a lesser extent is going on, the dwarves start to head towards the door. As Voldrik passes Devin he says "we're fine for healing thanks"he then bends his head a bit closer to Devin and mutters "hold your ground laddie, it may be painful now but it'll be be better in the long run I can assure you!" and with that they march out the door where Voldrik gives a piercing whistle. If anybody is watching they see a large silver dragon fly down from its perch on the aerie and the six dwarves each grasp a set of leathers mounted to its feet (two each on the front feet a single each on the rear). They strap themselves on and Voldrik yells out to Dragon, "right Clarion let's go find another?"
The castle continues to drift generally northwards for another day but late in the afternoon they find themselves surrounded by massive thunderclouds and heavy rain starts to fall. Late in the afternoon, as (1 - Beedo, 2 - Vark, 3-4 Devin, 5-6 DORK, & 7-8 Lukian) [8] Lukian happens to be on Elephant dung duty in the 50'x50'x50'x80' garden on the side of the cloud opposite the entrance, where Goelmogote has found himself a protected spot and has happily been eating all of Zephyros's strawberries, grapes and melons (fortunately none of which have fermented), spots in a break in the rain clouds about 10- 20 miles away what appears to be a huge stone bridge and marching across it he can just distinguish two very large figures surrounded by a crowd of smaller figures.
Next morning the rain has gone away, there are still large thunder clouds around suggesting more rain later in the day. As the party goes about their duties they find themselves passing over what appears to be good farm land, mainly ranches. In the distance they can just see what appears to be a large town. Zephyros who happens to be in deep discussion with (1-2 Devin / 3-4 Lukian) [1] Devin looks out the window "aahh that looks like Triboar ahead. My friends told me something momentous was going to happen in this town and that you, my other friends, will be involved. However, no point in scaring the horses so to speak."He walks over to the navigation orb and shortly thereafter, the party feels the castle slow and start to turn towards the east. Zephyros says to Devin who has come across with him "I'll put the castle down behind a row of hills about 10 miles away from the town."

Forgot to include this along the journey ...
One evening, Lukian approaches Meiva with one of the two sets of studded leather armor he's been working on. He holds it out to her. All traces of the runes praising Yan-C-Bin have been removed, as well as the feathers. As Lukian is not a leather worker, the armor is now fairly scuffed and worn looking from the effort he exerted to make it presentable, but it should still perform. "For you, my sister," he says privately. "I hope that it serves you well as you serve Silvanus." When she (assuming) takes it from him, he gives a slight bow, then leaves her alone as usual to return to his reading.
After the dwarves leave ...
Lukian finally relaxes after he is sure the dwarves and the dragon have left the cloud. He descends to the first floor, immediately appearing calm as usual. He waits patiently as Dork, the goblins, and Devin finish their exchange, then turns to Zephyros. "How would they have disabled your navigation orb, Uncle?" the elf asks the giant. "To fulfill our task, we may need to do such a thing ourselves. And are there really so many dangerous cloud giants that the Lords Alliance would send a roving party to engage them so forcefully? I have met three, and all of you have been highly cooperative. I have a hard time believing their words."
When he spots the creatures crossing the stone bridge ...
"My Lord Lathander, who are these that I see?" the elf prays, squinting at the procession.
Sometime after the Dwarves have left Lukian finally relaxes and turns to Zephyros. "How would they have disabled your navigation orb, Uncle?"the elf asks the giant."To fulfill our task, we may need to do such a thing ourselves. And are there really so many dangerous cloud giants that the Lords Alliance would send a roving party to engage them so forcefully? I have met three, and all of you have been highly cooperative. I have a hard time believing their words."
"Disabling the Navigation Orb is not difficult my young friend - all you have to do is smash it! But not having done it or had it done to me I do not know what would then happen?" In response to Lukian's second question he thinks for a bot and then continues "if you have had three good encounters with my race that is good because I am sorry to say about half of us are extremely self-interested and some of the cleverest and slyest of all the intelligent races!"
Whilst outside on elephant dung duty and marveling at the size of the fruit in the garden, grapes the size of apples, strawberries the size of grapefruit (pomelo), apples the size of pumpkins and pumpkins the size of wagons that Golemogote has spent the last ten days nappily eating his way through, squinting at the procession "My Lord Lathander, who are these that I see?" Lukian prays, .
Having called upon Lathander's assistance, Lukian finds that despite the distance (10 miles +) his eyesight is considerably enhanced. He is able to determine that two large figures are between 15' to 20' feet tall and probably, although he cannot be absolutely sure, Fire Giants. As to who, or what, is accompanying them, that is far more difficult for him to make out but he thinks they number between 10 and 12, half of whom seem to be mounted on some sort of giant bird like creature.
"Zeph, I can't thank you enough for all your help these past 10 days. These discussions have been great and I have really been able to work on my language skills speaking Giant with you. I think I have a better understanding of giants as well. I'm excited to see what happens here in Triboar."
As Zeph guides the castle in to land he'll begin to gather his gear together.
"Aslan! Where are you?" He calls.
The Tressym floats down from the second floor where it had gotten comfortable sleeping on Zeph's bed the last few days.
"C'mon Aslan. On the road again. We can't fly everywhere. "
Realizing what he just said he laughs.
"Well I suppose you can, but I can't. Besides we are here. Time to see what will happen here. Zeph says it will be big."
As the castle lands he'll head outside to see as much as he can as the castle descends.
By about lunchtime, Zephyros has found somewhere to land the castle behind a row of hills about 10 miles. It takes the party about an hour to entice Golemogote out of Zephyros' vegetable garden and back into harness as well as unload the cart from the castle.
