Jack misses, as he is still reeling from being hit by the 2 grave bolts.
Isk charges out of the magic darkness and strikes the leader for 23 damage. (Slight overkill, as it was already damaged badly.) The light in its undead eyes quickly fades, and the body slumps to the ground.
Trimyrai is able to see the other undead after the spell vanishes, and does first damage for 7 piercing.
(Froskan and Reverie to go.)

The leader undead is down. The other one has taken 11 damage, and is next to Jack and Iskander.
Everyone make a WIS save vs. DC 13, due to the fear spell. If you fail, you drop whatever you are holding, and are frightened (attack with disadvantage while you can see the undead, cannot move closer to the undead). You would have to take the Dash action to go out in the corridor, and can make another WIS save at the end of the round (out of eyesight of the undead).

The undead gets an opportunity attack on Jack. It uses Life Drain. Attack: 16 Damage: 7 Jack is hit for 7 damage as he joins Trim and Froskan in the outer corridor.
Round 3 player actions
Iskander and Reverie resist the Fear spell, but their attacks are shakier than usual, missing the mark.
Jack, Trimyrai, and Froskan are outside of the room. Fortunately that slab by the entrance (for privacy) blocks the view of the undead, or they would continue running. They are still affected by the Fear.
Round 3 undead action
The undead fires two Grave Bolts at Iskander. (Disadvantage due to being in melee range.)

Jack, Trimyrai, and Froskan are in the corridor outside the room. They are under the effect of the fear, and cannot move into the room. They can make another WIS save (DC 13) at the end of their round, to break the spell. (Let me know if there is anything you want to do, other than make another WIS save. Trim's "seeker" arrow will work in this situation.)
Iskander and Reverie are not affected by the spell, and can act/attack normally. (If Isk hits and the undead fails its concentration save, then Trim and Froskan would be able to act normally.)
