Start with 3 gallons of water in water skins and 7 pounds of day 29 food.
Party makes 6 miles (203/216)
Water:
Jimjar: 2 gallons
Derendil: 1 gallon
Food:
Beegred: 2 doubled to 4 pounds
Eldeth: 8 pounds
Narstin: 8 pounds
Party starts with 3 gallons and finds 3 more. With Wolena gone, the party needs 10 gallons. Given the threat made by the demon, does Narstin use a spell slot to conjure water?
Party starts with 7 pounds of food and finds 20 more. Eating the day 29 food first, the party is left with 17 pounds of day 30 food.

Narstin has 3 spell slots left, so he'll go ahead and use the spell slot to make sure we have enough water. Leaves him 2 slots left if they have to fight more.

Burning a spell slot, everyone drinks their fill on day 30 and there is 6 gallons in water skins left.
You all have plenty of food to be able to move at a fast pace. However, a fast pace has penalties to perception checks. Given your worries regarding being chased by the demon, do you move at a fast pace, regular pace or try to stealth (slow pace)?
Given that it seems to be a creature of supernatural origins and not a mundane creature - I don't think there's a need for stealth - if it wants to track us or find us it probably can regardless of how sneaky we are.
IMHO it's going to take more than just covering our tracks and being quiet to avoid a demon chasing us.
Agreed, regular pace so we don’t have a Perception penalty.

Party drinks their fill. (Narstin may cast conjure water to fill water skins if he wishes). Party eats 10 lbs of day 29 food and throws the rest away, leaving them with 12 pounds of day 31 food.
The party travels at a normal pace, wary of what may be stalking them from behind. They continue to forage for food and water, navigate and watch for dangers, but none appear. Weary from the travel, the party settles down for another long rest.
Stool ejects its communication spores and excitedly informs everyone Neverlight Grove is really close. He can feel it. That raises the mood slightly, and the members wonder to themselves... being that close would mean fewer dangers?
It is not until the third shift, watched over by Eldeth and Rodolfo that an odd horrid loud droning sound suddenly starts nearby towards the ceiling. The noise wakes everyone...
At the start of every round, everyone rolls a DC 12 CON saving throw or fall unconscious for 10 minutes. A character becomes immune on a success or if the effect is removed.
Yup, sure is.

Rodolfo spends the short rest attuning to the new wand.
And if possible he would also like to use Arcane Recovery to recover a 2nd level spellslot.
If it's a class feature, it's your choice to use it or not. I'm not going to say no. Just let me know when you use stuff.

I will use the short rest to burn two hit dice

so I'm back to full health now.

Ouch... again.
passage is 10 feet wide this time, at least.
Again, this can be dangerous. I'll roll to make this legit, but please don't look until after battle.
Please provide a 'sleeping' order? Same as 2 abreast marching order? ie:
To write this opener, I need to know who is on watch and initiative order, so I'm going to preemptively roll initiative for everyone.
OMG... So sorry...
With a Perception of 18...the demon sees Tozer, Xilyrah (who move at the noise as they are awake) and Krizzibond (who rolled an 8 stealth).
