Glynquinal crunches back south through the crevasse, avoiding the beheaded nothic, stepping around the half-eaten remains of the unknown human man, between the dangling remains of the collapsed bridge, to the south end of the crevasse. The whole thing is unnaturally cold, but he can't see any cause.
Rock goes it alone back into the southeast passage. He carefully moves along, running his hands down the walls, looking critically at everything. When he reaches the very end and has about decided he's wasting his time, he spots something. He pushes against the wall and it moves a couple inches like a door beginning to open.
This room appears to be a large storage cellar, exactly the sort of thing one might expect to find beneath an old manor. The first thing you all notice is a large stone cistern occupies the western part of the room, whose walls are lined with kegs and barrels. A door directly across the room opens onto a five-foot-wide landing fifteen feet above the large cellar, with stone steps descending to the floor in two short flights. A second door stands beneath the stairs to the north. A third door is directly across the cistern.
Glynquinal will occupy T13 and try to open the door to the west.
To Gruxx, " Gruxx, can you take a look at the door to the east? It would not do for us to get caught in here by reinforcements with only one way out we know."
To Ian and Herr Doktor, "Gentlemen, come on in. This looks interesting."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Excellent work finding this secret room," the Herr Doktor Professor tells Rock as he also enters the room. He examines the cistern that occupies the western part of the room.

Gruxx approaches the door at T,13 and places his shoulder against it to hold it. While doing this he places his ear to listen for anything on the other side.
Rock opens the door at T13. He looks in and sees a short hallway (10 feet) that opens into a little bit larger space that could be a small room or another, larger hallway (viewing while staying in the cistern room).
Ian peers into the cistern. The rectangular reservoir is clean and filled with cold, fresh water. It is 10 feet deep with a rim 2 feet higher than the surrounding floor (so that the bottom of the cistern is eight feet below the floor). A waterproof satchel attached to a rope lies beside the south wall of the cistern. The outside of the satchel is wet and is lying in a puddle, while the interior is empty.
Ian finds the barrels contain salted pork and beef, flour, sugar, apples, and ale.
Despite Glynquinal's request that he check out the east door, Gruxx joins the elf at the west door. What he hears is muffled, but alarmed voices and some scuffling of boots on the stone floor.
Considering the unnatural cold of the crevasse, Glynquinal will head south to the opposite end of the crevasse to see if he can discover the source.

Glynquinal congratulates his friend, "Well done Rock! Now we are getting somewhere."
"Hey Glynn , Ian , Doc, Grux we got something here come take a look!"
Gruxx comes to Rock's call.
"Well look at that. I thought this was some ambush site to trap folks inside the hallway. Glad to know that's not the case!"
Glynquinal peering at Herr Doktor, and Ian, "Well gentlemen, what's our plan now?"
Gruxx steps through the hidden passage.
"Well I for one can't leave until I know what's hidden back here."
Glynquinal, curious himself steps through behind Gruxx unwilling him to face whatever is behind the entrance alone.

Glynquinal hearing the sounds nudges Gruxx, "You hear that too right? Someone's on the other side of this one. Let's go take a look."
Quietly getting the attention of the rest of the party, Glynquinal lets them know there is something of interest behind the door.
Opening the door, Glynquinal walks through.
Gruxx goes in directly behind Glynquinal.
