You see a decently sized city with you'd say probably about 50,000 people live on the island but its mainly sustained by trade like many a places in this land.

Raithen pulls the collars of his coat around his neck and begins walking. It's a long faded traveling coat, weathered brown in color. The rest of his get-up is made up of simple traveling clothes. Each of them are well worn here or there from his travels. Raithen himself stands about 5 feet, 10 inches tall. Rusty brown hair and cool green eyes compliment his easy-going temperament, unless he's angry. When he's angry he can be difficult, even for himself.
He shrugs, seeing one of his fellow passengers skipping down the road to the city. To each their own, I imagine, he thinks to himself. He continues toward the city.

For those going into the city as you get into the more populated city you see nice gardens, an area to buy and sell supplies and some more smaller shops.

"Hold ya horses! A bit rude not waiting for the one thing cooking all the food!"
A 6-foot-6 Warforged (Chef) comes barreling down the road behind the party with a backpack slung over one shoulder, a shield on his back and a Warhammer in one of his hands. He picks up the Mess Kit that had just flown out of his backpack, then straightens his white cooking apron and white chef's hat.
"What a lovely city...and a market! Let's see if we can get some information from one of the shopkeepers."
Chef goes running straight into the nearest shop, unaware whether Raithen, Jonathan or Tarun are behind him.
"Ah hello sir, welcome to the Shambling smiths, see anything you like." He says as you see a few shields, some maps of the area more or less just adventuring esc materials

Chef peers around the shop, eyeing a few things in which he may be interested. He initially reaches for one of the maps, but turns back to the shopkeep to first get some information.
"Well you see, my companions and I are new to Lantira, stumbling off the boat into this quaint town of yours...Ontira, is it? What can you tell us about the area and its population? And do you happen to know of any good restaurants?"
"I mean not much to say pretty medium city, we do have loads of trading in the area, for restaurants, give me one sec." He says as he looks below his desk and writes a little note on the desk with the names of restaurants and shows you them on the map. "here's where they are if you would want to check them out."
The note says The Triscut Tavern, and Soubway. "You could always get there faster with one of my great maps of the city." He says with a smile as he hands you the note

Chef's white crystalline eyes begin to emit a light blue glow.
"Ahh. In fact, I do believe I'm familiar with this name 'Soubway,' he says."I hear they always eat fresh there."
Chef takes the note and the map off the desk, folds them both into small squares, then holds them up to the shopkeeper's face.
"Since my friends and I are new, how about a show of good faith? Give us this map for free, and we'll purchase one other item in your shop." Persuasion: 14

Raithen
Catching up, hearing the last bit, Raithen’s interest is piqued. “A tavern?” He looks to the maps. “I’ll take one, please.” Looking at the Warforged, he adds, “free of charge as well.” Persuasion: 8

Meanwhile back on the street, Jonathan looks for a poster advertising a pit fight, or boxing ring. Or even an actual place hosting one. He spends a little while asking around too.
"I can give you a map for free but you say Magical Items, well I may have something interesting for you." He goes into a small backroom for a minute and comes out with a map, a pen and a cup. "This cup is an purify any liquid." He then takes some murky looking liquid pours it in and it turns so clear it could have been from the mountains. "Back up" he says as he hops over the desk and presses the button on the pen as it turns into a longsword. "And this map writes itself and changes based on wherever you are, What would you like. Johnathan you hear of a small warehouse that's more unofficial but that its pretty hard to get to since you have to prove yourself to them

"Not much just say your in a cave per say, turns into the map of that cave and writes as you explore it and once you come out of said cave its back to how it was before, and you may name it whatever you like." He says happy to see how interested in it you are. "Would you and your friend like anything else?"

Chef takes his backpack off and sets it on the ground, rolls up the Magical Map and puts it into his backpack. As he picks his backpack up and throws it over his right shoulder, he looks back up at the shopkeeper.
"As intriguing as your other items may be, the fact of the matter is I already have a weapon, and unfortunately, I have no particular need of sustenance."
He raises his Warhammer a bit, then points to his metallic Warforged faceplate.
"But we greatly appreciate this map, as well as the free maps of Ontira and the information you gave us. Before we leave...what was your name again? And can you quickly tell us which way we have to go to get to this 'Triscut Tavern?'"

"Off to the tavern, I suppose?"
Chef sees Jonathan wandering about the street, interacting with the locals.
"Oi, Jonathan!" Chef says, walking up to Jonathan. "Raithen and I might head over to the local tavern to inquire more about this town. AND WE GOT MAPS! What about you? What you been up to?"
