From the heightened feeling of anxiety he receives through the empathic link, Kixarn knows his familiar has spotted something. Calling the red-eyed raven back, he rides cautiously towards the center still until he can once again talk to the bird in Infernal. "What did you see, Korvo?" With words distorted by his beak, the raven answers the question "Battle. Men with throw-sticks attack hole in big house." "Okay, let's go see which side we need to help."
Riding towards the location of battle, Kixarn ties up his horse out of sight and slowly moves until he can see some of the combatants. Dagger in hand, he tries to discern if the ones he seeks are in or out of the cave.

Rivoril, attacks again with composite bow, at the Troll firing off a couple of rounds. (I recall that KN ruled out that we had earlier run out of the oil, and rags, unless the Teens,or townsfolk have some?)
Bastion hits the troll hard again for 40 damage as Avan bites it for 4 more. The Jackal misses as does Rivoril. Arilynia hits with one of her shots for 4 damage as the cleric comes in and bashes the troll for some damage knocking it down. The troll is down but not out at this time.
The teens see a figure approaching and are unsure if they should shoot this new intruder or not as one of them calls out for him to stop. Arilynia and Rivoril will hear the Teens calling for a stranger to halt.
Kixarn you tie your horse up and walk towards where your familiar saw the fighting take place. As you near the fighting and see some boys with bows you will also see a couple others a male and a femal closer to the opening firing bows into the opening. You hear the boys with bows yell at you to stop as they turn to face you with bows.
Still unaware of the approaching wizard, Bastion moves to stand over the fallen troll and stabs downward, into the chest. He keeps doing this repeatedly. Calling out, he says, "Bring fire, or it will just get back up when I stop."
Using a coup de grace each round until regeneration is ceased, killing it for good. Minimum damage is greater than the troll's regeneration rate, so there's no point in rolling damage. If I recall correctly, the troll would only be subject to the fort save vs death if my weapon bypasses its regeneration, which it does not.
Seeing the drawn bows pointed pointedly in his direction, he whispers to Korvo to hide behind his head and he stops. Looking at what he can see around him, he tries to determine friend from fiend. Just in case, he keeps his spells high in mind, ready to defend himself.

The teens lower their Bows and say, "Yeah we just dropped a couple trolls in the cave. They are asking for fire if you have any oil or fire available". They indicate the cave like opening that you can see is a big hole in the outer walls of the main building.
"Yes, I do have some firestarter." Still wary of the possible reception, Kixarn passes the teens nervously and approaches the cave opening. Unslinging his backpack and pulling out a flask of oil, he calls out with a bit of a quaver in his voice "Hello, in the cave! Your guards told me you needed oil to burn some trolls?"

After passing the teens you will see ahead just outside of the cave two Half elves with bows looking into the cave. Upon hearing you say you have fire they will turn to you. Rivoril and Arilynia feel free to add in your actions or reactions to the new comer. Describe yourselves too.
"Greetings, stranger have you come to help I'm Rivoril," Says a silvery haired, rather heavy set build Elf, brandishing a composite short bow. He lowers it in front of the stranger, but still cautious.
An ugly and large Dire Jackal with bony protrusions looks at the newcomer, sniffing from afar, then turns to the man-sized bat, which looks equally ugly. The bat opens its mouth, Avan tries echolocating anything invisible in the area, then takes off, flying out of the cave. Avan doesn't initially trust this man, and fears bandits have used a second exit to come around. He flies around, 20 feet above the ground, smelling and echolocating for anything unfamiliar or out of place.
When Kixarn rounds the corner, he sees a tall man in heavy plate tinged a dark purple. At least that's what he looks like at first. Then it becomes apparent that the metal plates are a part of this being's body, and what is glimpsed underneath are flexible 'muscles' of enchanted wood. A trio of heavily armed trolls are lying on the ground. Two are scorched. The third has apparently been brought down, but no more sources of fire are present. The construct is rhythmically stabbing down with a massive curving blade, repeatedly reopening a wound in the last troll's chest as the creature's body tries healing it.
The stranger sees a Mithril breast plated, thin framed with red hair half elf Ranger with piercing blue eyes look at him. He sees she is holding a longbow but also has several other weapons hanging from her waist and shoulder and wonders how she does so. She says, " Hello there stranger, I am known as Arilynia. The fire you have will be a great help with the Troll. There maybe more so lets not use all you have for we have used up all the town had.." She then turns once again to the Troll in the cave and to see his reaction to the stranger as we prepare to shoot the fire at him.
Standing nervously at the top of the rise, Kixarn is a bevy of unusual features. Silver hair, obviously red hue eyes against a green shaded skin, the small nubs of horns peeking out from his hair are the least of them. His cloak pulled protectively around his slim form, he holds out a marked flask to Rivoril. "Ummm yes, well, I'm Kixarn, or Kix. I heard there were undead in these areas and also that you..." He breaks off as the overly large jackal and man-bat emerge from the gloom, stepping back with obvious fear. Fumbling with his component pouch he gets ready to cast a spell until the apparition flies off. "What was THAT??!?" he asks, his eyes wide as they follow the shifter into the field.
Approaching with caution into the cave where a rhythmic, metallic sound, he encounters the next member - a far too well armed ranger, bristling with weapons and battle gear that would equip a small army band. After introductions, he repeats "Ah, yes, happy to help. Kixarn - Kix. I've a few firestarter stuffs, so it's good." Moving past her with care for the terrain, he adds "Did you also deal with undeads, here? I was told there were here."
Moments later, as he moves further towards the group, he sees the automaton, it's unnaturally perfect strikes ringing through the cavern. "Uh, I guess this is what needs the oil? Do you, uh, want me to pour it into the wound or on the body, or what?" He opens the flask and waits, eyes darting around at the unexpected makeup of the group.

As Kixarn enters the cave towards the dead trolls he will see that caltrops have been strewn around the entrance and that a female in armor has cleared a path through the caltrops so one may pass without hindrance to where the warforged is still stabbing the last troll.
Rivoril, takes the marked flask from Kixarn, then proceeds through the cleared path through to the last troll. He hands it over to the warforged to finish the job on the last troll with fire.
A bit taken aback by Rivoril's forwardness as he grabs the flask, Kixarn waits nervously for the results, still unsure of this situation and the people in it.
