After the fireball explodes you all hear Bastion shouting to move into the hallway so the door can be shut and wedges. Avan looks around the corner and sees a dead Ogre in splint armor on the left side the door. The one on the right side towards the exit is no longer there. Bastion and Dena and Arilynia all here a female voice on the other side of the door. "Well you do seem to be hardy but can you get out of here alive." The woman cackles with laughter and you hear the laughing fading away.
Blood still racing from the battle, Kixarn says "Can we everyone get out of here, I've not much left to use for any other thing."

“Can you tell me the difference between a witch and a wizard?" "Sure, a wizard is what they call you when they want to hire you, and a witch is what they call you when they're getting ready to run you out of town.” SunWolf replied ― Barbara Hambly, The Witches of Wenshar
"The entrance isn't far, we need to watch for further ambushes, but we're almost out. Help me get the deceased back up on the disc. We will not be leaving her behind. Lets heal the worst of the injuries and move on swiftly."
Uncorking a bottle from his pack, Bastion pours a bit of oil over the claw marks left by the skeletal figures, causing the metal to reform and close a bit.
Once everyone's ready to go, Bastion will retrieve the rod of lordly might from the door and get moving, taking the lead for now and setting a brisk pace.

And of course the repair spell rolls minimum... Really need to get a wand or three of that spell.
Katharina nods and looks back behind them. " You are correct. We need to leave as soon as possible. " She watches the direction they came from. She slings her bow and draws out her kukris again. Kat will guard their rear as they exit. All her senses will check for anyone approaching them again.
Bastion is quick to shake his head, "He could easily be drawing you into a trap, or have allies waiting to take advantage of drawing some of us off. Let's keep it simple, stick together and get out."
As the party begins to move with bastion in the lead followed by Rivoril they make it around the corner to only be ambushed by the Ogre. I will need a initiative roll from Bastion and Rivoril.
Bastion is not surprised by the attack, only that the ogre apparently decided to attack alone. Or did it... He calls out, "Ware the rear!" Even as he moves forward to strike at the giantkin.
Initiative 20 Base attack Attack: 22 Damage: 28 IF Bastion goes before the ogre or otherwise has room to make a charge, using battle leader's charge, add a +2 to hit and a +10 to damage on the preceding roll IF not, teleporting into a flanking position with Rivoril and then using Mountain Hammer Strike. Add 9 damage to the preceding roll. Either way, if in a flanking position, Rivoril and Bastion both enjoy a +2 bonus to damage.
The Ogre smiles as Bastion misses him with his attack. He swings back at Bastion but misses as Rivoril fires a arrow that misses. Bastion Ogre then Rivoril for initiative.
The ogre is staggered a bit by Bastions blow but it swings back at bastion but misses him. Rivoril misses as well. I will need spot and listen checks for those in the rear.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Though furthest from the rear and mostly focused on the fight ahead, as well as not falling into the pit, Avan may hear a disturbance if it's loud enough and the jackal will smell an out-of-place scent.

Who is following Bastion? Marching order and who is bringing up the rear?
Dena casts cause light wounds on katherina three times. This gives her 3 hit points.
"One dead, the other gone!" Avan thought the other one must be here, but if not...
He mounts up on the jackal, burning fur as his right hand grabs it while emitting a flame.

Keeping his head down, away from the dungeon ceiling, he briskly walks the jackal up to the pit trap, checking if the ogre has fallen in.
"Should I go ahead and chase him down?"
I can't remember if we deactivated the trap and if its safe to cross now?
Whether or not I chase him down, I could use the Wand of Cure Light Wounds back for a couple heals while riding.
The trap pit is still open and easy to see the ogre is not down there
Bastion is quick to shake his head, "He could easily be drawing you into a trap, or have allies waiting to take advantage of drawing some of us off. Let's keep it simple, stick together and get out."
Rivoril, keen to help the others out springs into action. Using his 'ever-burning' torch to help illuminate the way.
