I'm interested... give me the weekend to create a character, most likely a Silver Flame theologian (maybe wizard, maybe cleric) trying to get into the ranks of the Argentum.
I have this concept in mind of Kayn'dar, an half-elf of drow ascendent sorcerer that has a storm dragonmark but she is not recognize by her family. Is this ok?
Okay! Feel free to request a certain feat, subclass or spell - its all homebrew from here!
Awesome! Eventually I will, as I'm thinking on turning my character into a Silver Pyromancer. I'll start as a Cleric of the Silver Flame, but I will multiclass into Wizard. I'm working in the background right now.
When the Last War was in its zenith, there was no shortage of brave individuals joining their towns' armies to defend their homes. Thrane was particularly torn apart during the war, as the towers of the Valiant and the Vigilant were fighting against each other instead of protecting the Kingdom of Galifar from outsiders. The Church of the Silver Flame has less than a century as the governing body of Thrane, and all-out war was the first challenge it had to face. Lavira Tagor was Keeper of the Flame, and she personally empowered the secretive Argentum in order to look for forgotten relics which magical powers could help the Church to not be defeated in the war. Two of her best agents were a married couple: Alestair and Avaliah Reinhardt, from Sigilstar. The couple were joined by two of their servants in many missions to acquire relics of the Church, becoming in fact renowned agents for the organization.
The year was 980 YK. The war tides didn't change enough, though, and one of their objectives went terribly wrong: both Reinhardts and their servants were slaughtered by Aundairian wizards when they discovered them trying to steal some scrolls from them. They left behind their 4-year-old son, Olivier. Tragedy had his home set in fire the same night their parents were being assassinated. A fellow agent of the Argentum, close friend of Avaliah, took the boy and raised him along his own, giving him a new family name: ir'Talar. Neighbors sworn to him the house was totally reduced to ashes, but somehow the boy survived.
Olivier grew in the shadow of his adoptive brother, Pentar ir'Talar. He showed his calling to service as a Knight of the Church since he learned how to speak, and Olivier refuged himself in stories about the Rainbow Serpent, spending his days inside the library. Once in a while, after finishing reading a book, he would enjoy setting its sheets into a small bonfire, breathing the smoke and enjoying the brief scorch of the ashes in his palms.
When he couldn't find anything new to read in his house, he started visiting the Monastery in Sigilstar. The high Priest there granted him access to the library just out of respect to both his birth and adoptive families. In time he spent more and more time during his teenage years in the Monastery, until he decided he would follow the ways of the Silver Flame. He didn't have the discipline for physical training his brother did, so he turned himself to D&D (Doctrine and Dogma) instead. The more he read his father's diaries, the more he wanted to be like someone who could have save him. When reaching 16 years old, he was sent as an apprentice to the war zone, where he helped the injured. He never ventures into real battle, though.
After the Mourning, he was deeply intrigued about the nature of the event. He was soon convinced the Silver Flame had decided to manifest itself into the world, punishing mortals for their greed. He managed to get the mission report that had his parents killed. As it turns out, they have been burnt alive. His own house had burnt to the ground the same night. It could have not been a coincidence: He was branded by fire in his soul and spirit.
Controlling fire in all its forms was the answer to not allow such a tragedy again. By divine intercession or arcane manipulation, fire would be his to control and dominate to his will.

Background:
Daughter of Ashaya d' Lyrander, a Dragonmark heir of the house. During one trip above the jungle south of Stormreach her air galleon was attacked and downed by drows. Those who survived the attack were taken as slaves to the Obsidian City. There Ashaya d'Lyrandar lived many years as a slave, but her dragonmark helped her to be spare of the hardest labor. Soon she entered the service of a drow wizard named Jhaamdath Khalazza. Ashaya didn't speak of the years she had passed at the drow city, but when she finally made her escape she was carrying a child, and a strange amulet, a silver trinket with a littel cristal sphere in the middle wich seems to have some grey swirling mist into it.
The Lyrander family was happy to recover their lost dragonmarked daughter, until they discovered she was pregnant. Upon the birth of Kayn'dar those who were scandalized, led by her cousin Rekty d'Lyrander, forced her to live in a remote outpost of the family. Everything seemed to be fine, though, for the young half-elf, as she was raised by her mom and a few loyal servants. Until she was 20 years old and the Dragonmark appeared on her left shoulder. Then, all of a sudden, everything changed. Some members of the family argued that was an abomination, and that she should dead. They attacked their house and her mother put her into their boat and made her flee. Since then, she has been kind of hiding, only using her abiliteis to earn enough to live and trying to hide from the assasins that her uncle has sent after her.

6th level - Warding Heat - As an action, you can create warmth and heat. Choose one point within 100ft which you can see. A warm light appears in that area and shines out bright light for 20 ft and dim for 30 more. All creatures in the light which you choose gain double hit points from rests and gains resistance to cold damage.
10th level - Pyrokinetic Generator - You generate heat and fire magic from your movement. After walking for two hours or engaging in strenous activity for 30 minutes, you gain a temporary spell slot which can be used as a 4th level spell slot - but for the sole purpose of casting a fire spell.
14th level - Firesoul - Your soul is made of fire. You gain resistance to fire damage and cold damage. You learn all possible fire spells for the level which you can cast. You also gain the ability to use your reaction to deal 1d10 fire damage to an enemy who casts a spell on you or makes an attack. You also can use your reaction to make yourself immune to fire damage and heal an amount of hp as you would normally take.
I think what happened is that they did 82 points, and then added the racial ASI for Half-elf. All Frandal needs to do is remove his Racial ASI's to Con, Wis, and Cha, because his point buy is correct.

Dragonmark of Storm it is of course! :) Great. In some minutes I will have her finished and sent. Sorry job is beign... a LOT OF lately and yesterady I was, literally, falling asleep.
Ok storm grants you these beenifts - least - gust of wind 2/day lesser - sleet storm 1/day OR storm sphere 2/day greater - thunderstorm (homebrew) 1/day. Also you gain lightning resistance and +1 to navigating, up to +3.
Well, yeah. An Eberron adventure. If you want to join, write up a character using the 82 point build (max is base+12), give a backstory based in eberron, choose an uncommon magic item and create a story for it. Once I get 4 people, it will commence.
I'm in, I will be on vacation this weekend though from Thursday-Sunday, but I will make a character right now. (I'm at work and don't ever do anything but D&D so it will be up within an hour or so. :) )
Edit: Because of weather we are canceling our getaway this weekend. :/
"...Debts must always be paid, sometimes in more than blood and gold. But this is Ordo Ursa," Ren places his hand on Erakas's chest, right where the Dragonborn's heart is. "Right here. And it always has been and always will be. Don't ever forget that. Because I won't."

Du spent most of his life learning what it was to be an outsider. Even growing up in the luxury he was shunned by his father's people. Has a half-breed, as a mistrusted young creature to be despised. He felt their anger and distrust and built on it. he secluded himself away, praying to whoever would hear his cries. he wanted to be more, to show that he was capable of reaching great heights. One night, when he was still a boy, something reached out and touched him. It filled him with flame touched rage and insatiable laughter. It was the Jesterlord of Fire, he who's name is not of sound but of burning desire. Over the years, Du honed his craft. It took him some time but eventually, he learned how to channel his patron's power, he even discovered he had the same carnal fires burning within him. As he got older he became more refined, more open to the world and more open to those in his family. He made a name for himself, for being steadfast in protecting his family as he was in keeping the natural order of the world. We all have a rank that we must file into, so why not just do it. When he became a man he told his father he wanted more in life and to find his own way. What he meant was that he just wanted some space, his father being the literal efreet lord that he was, sent him onto the martial plane of Eberron. Into Breland. In the middle of a god's damned war. That was 20 years ago. He can still recall the way the air here felt cold, even on the sunniest of days. How rain didn't quite burn him but made him uncomfortable. The smells here were unpleasant on the battlefield but enticing in an inn. This world became his. He fell in love once, only to find out that it too is something that is fleeting if you fall for another. Breland became a home he loved as well. He fought in the war for Breland, protecting caravans and practicing his craft.
When the war came to a halt with the Treaty of Thronehold he decided to retire with the money he made while serving the crown. Maybe find a nice place in Sharn to settle down and enjoy life. Maybe see some of the world and enjoy life. He wasn't trying to make his way anymore. He wasn't trying to impress anybody. He was who he was, the son of a fire lord, emblazed with the power of a being that would melt most people. He was a de Lave, Lord of Fire and Flame and soon master of the Art of Firedueling.
He traveled the world for some time, made his way to Thrane to study the Church they have up there. A little zealous for his liking, but respectable in their mission in keeping the world free from some evils. Seeing the Silver Flame in person was inspiring to Du, he never imagined such a flame. And the way it burned, it almost melted his soul. He traveled the edge of the Mournlands just to get a sense of what had transpired there. The rolling clouds that protected it's borders, the dead silence coming from the other side of those clouds...it was unnerving and something he would never do again if he could help it. While traveling along side of Old Cyre he found a felled Warforged, the creature was rusty and falling to tatters, but it did provide something useful. A beautiful shiny brooch; after getting it inspected he was told it was a Brooch of Shieling. something to protect him from other mages. (Resistance to force damage and immune to magic missiles.) He made his way back to Sharn, seeing enough of the sights of this world for now. He had other things to acquire about. Wines and fine food, dancing and the woman he would take home. Life was his for the taking, but he would much rather live it to the fullest instead of to the foolish.

You know the ProduceFlame cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Burning Hands spell once with this trait as a 1st-level spell, and you regain the ability to cast it this way when you finish a long rest. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Fey Presence: Starting at 1st level, your patron bestows upon you the ability to project the beguiling and fearsome presence of the fey. As an action, you can cause each creature in a 10-foot cube originating from you to make a Wisdom saving throw against your warlock spell save DC. The creatures that fail their saving throws are all charmed or frightened by you (your choice) until the end of your next turn. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Fire Genasi Warlock Pact of the Archfey (Spell Save DC 15, Spell Attack +7)
Reach to the Blaze
You know the Produce Flame cantrip.
Cantrips:
Eldritch Blast
True Strike
1st Level
Faerie Fire
Hellish Rebuke
Okay, here's my build. If you have any questions or comments let me know. :)
