The mages throw spells that take out clusters of orcs but there are too many and the orcs and second line of ogres slams into the front. Three sections of the line collapse as orcs and ogres escape into the second line killing a few mages. The second line holds and recovers pushing forward and filling in the broken line. The mages and archers unleash another volley of arrows and spells that tear through the crowded lines. You continue your approach from the east as the worg riders and cavalry to the south collide. The northern worg riders continue their flanking maneuver unimpeded as the back line of spearmen move forward to reinforce the northern and southern flanks.

Turning to the group Aryn says, "You Gaelin and Jinara, you may want to split up and help the north and south flanks." Aryn will then instruct Calypso to fly directly towards the cluster of commanders (Are we moving 160 feet on the griffons?) then with her action she'll release an arrow at whichever one she thinks is the leader.

Zinmaer would move in with the group toward the battle on his griffon and use the Bracelet of Change to Enlarge. He would close his eyes for a second and use Tranquility. (If anyone attacks Zin they have to make a DC 16 Wisdom save to hit. This spell ends after Zin makes an attack).
(Zinmaer is roughly 300 feet in the air and 300 feet away from the orc commanders. You'd probably do that next turn since your griffon would be unable to carry your enlarged body.)

If Mucor ends his turn within 150ft of the commanders, he will cast plant growth so that the area within a 200ft radius (hopefully most the enemy) end up in difficult terrain as he makes his way to the commanders.
(Updated previous post, Mucor will just use his wild shape to go spore crazy and cast plant growth if close enough.. otherwise he will just go spore crazy)

Ok. I assume the griffon gets its own action/movement AND is dashing for 160 ft putting us 140 ft away from the back line where the U-shaped group is on the map. Shifting the trajectory of DoomTail to gain a better angle, Jinara flicks his wrist and a red bead releases casting Fireball targeted to hit the entire U-shaped group. (DC17 DEX save. Fail and take 26 +5 = 31. Success takes 13 +5 = 18)

Gaelin will follow closely behind Aryn and get ready to cast Feather Fall as soon as she jumps from her griffon. He'll turn to Jinara and say, "If you take the south, I'll go north or vice versa." then turning to Valeera, he'll say, "Burn a path in the middle when you can but stay in the air. Your presence alone will aid morale for our allies."
(Can we say Gaelin inspired multiple people over the last three rounds and next round using his bonus action each time?) If so Gaelin will sing on the approach.

You watch as the secondary line separates and six groups of orcs and berserkers turn and rush to aid the commanders. Mucor releases a green beam of energy that slams into the ground vines quickly sprout up in the surrounding area. Valeera and Jinara begin their turns to the south flank and center as Gaelin follows tightly behind Aryn. Jinara looks back north and flings a fireball that incinerates two of the commanders but the others remain standing and roar up at the griffons. The two armies continue to fight. A few more mages go down as they release fireballs consuming clusters of orcs and a few ogres. Spearmen and orcs clash and slam into one another struggling to gain any ground. The worgs to the south collide with he cavalry and manage to slay a few more than they lose while the northern group or worg riders collides with the reinforced flank taking a few casualties. Your griffons continue their paths getting you directly over the commanders. (Mucor & Zinmaer-You can dismount quickly with a DC 15 dex save or use half your movement to dismount safely. If you fail the Dex save you lose half your movement.)
Mucor will attempt to dismount safely and move next to zinmaer, stumbling a bit but pushing his way back to the team before turning and directing his staff towards the east, where he would cast [/spell]cloudkill[/spell] on the leader and as many enemies surrounding the leader as possible as a fog of necrotic spores consume them before drifting eastward... Mucor would then send an additional cloud of spores around the leader.

As Mucor points his staff green energy begins to form then suddenly fizzles away as one of the orcs surrounding the Hobgoblin casts counterspell. Aryn's arrow sinks into the back of the drummer's skull and the orc falls lifeless to the ground. The Hobgoblin chokes as spores attack his lungs but grits through the pain looking around at the new foes and smiles as he flexes and you see fashioned around his hands are a fusion of bracer, gauntlet and shortswords. Three blades are set on each fist weapon and he charges forward towards Mucor and attacks. Two of the surrounding orcs cast spells throwing shards of ice at Zinmaer that explode and the three others rush in with their axes surrounding Mucor and Zinmaer.
