The black puff of smoke swirls and becomes darker in shade - true black in color. It becomes a substance that is not quite solid, gas, liquid or plasma - it transcends matter entirely and the beauty of it fills the heart of the Izzets watching that have studied mana for quite some time.
The black mana is absorbed by the gate just as quickly as it is formed. Satisfied, the warped wooden pikes withdraw into the earth allowing you access to a small yard. There is, again, a door, a garage door, and a single window for the building.
The door and garage door are essentially side-by-side in front of you while the window is perpendicular to the doors.

Roya walks toward the window, determined to catch wind of what may be inside. As she walks, her foot lands flatly in what could only be described as dung. It's consistency, it's smell, and overall SQUISHY sound reveals these simple facts to her. In short, it's quite disgusting and likely not within Roya's wheelhouse of expertise. She gags as she realizes she stepped ankle deep but shortly stops recalling herself and where she was. After a moment of silence, she distinctly hears the sound of rustling from within the building. Quickly, she ducks under the window, but not before peering in for the briefest of moments.
Hiding beneath the windowsill, Roya breathes in deeply. The few seconds she had with the window revealed a bit of information to her. Namely that this building had what seemed to be regular crates stacked upon each other. The crates were neither decayed or destroyed, which could only mean they were still in fine condition - indeed, there were people using this building as a warehouse of sorts.
Frustratingly, the boxes were stacked high enough that it was hard to see past them at all. From her vantage, it would seem like the building was filled with crates such as these.
Klox tiptoes quietly, but comically up to the door and places a large floppy goblin ear against it to see if he can hear any goings on inside.
Stealth: 22

The goblin's movement reflects the perfect marriage of silence and comedy - an unlikely duo in the hearts of those who dared not walk the path of Rakdos. With his quiet steps, he mimicked Roya's disgusted face with his own as he pressed his ear to the door. He, too, heard shuffling from within. Hard to say how many feetsies he heard, but Klox is confident its more than one pair. Maybe one to ten pairs, wait, no, one to five pairs - no! Maybe ---- ???
In short, it was definitely more than one, but possibly less than ten.

Grishkar leaned against the entrance, entirely bored with the feeble attempts at espionage, "Jeremiah, please let me know if you see anything." Grishkar holds up a coin which floats away in Jeremiah's unseen hand. A minute later, it floats back and presents the edge to the master.

Rukorm sighs and rubs his nose at the foul scent as he stands still before the massive garage door. The bull had thought it wise to move as little as possible as his comrades attempted to eavesdrop. He was most certainly not known for being stealthy, especially in his hefty factory armor. Nonetheless, he kept his hammer and shield at the ready, prepared to charge into combat if needed.
If I had the time I would have Laszlo clean my boot, Roya thinks to herself. No way she could wear these to the lab...Ah, well. Just need to deal with the here and now.
She looks to the others and and shrugs in a what to you want to do kind of way. She creeps over to Rukorm. "Someone is in there," she whispers. "Do you think we should we draw them out or storm in?"
Blix sneaks over to Klox. On his way over he dips two of his fingers into the pile of dung and draws two stripes under his eyes with it. "War paint" He grins at Klox when he reaches him by the door.

Jeremiah, in order to gain the concentration required to relay such information, borrows some black mana from Grishkar, in turn making the debt exchange between them even out with this favor. He disappears into the building as the others wander around the yard or gather at the door. The priest audibly groans as Blix covers his face in feces. Best to stay away from that one he figures. Soon Jeremiah returns with the desired information...

Looking around to make sure everyone is ready, Klox begins to beat out a tune on the big warehouse door. It is a cleverly crafted tune meant to worm into the ear and spark madness in those who ear it.
Ring ring ring ring ring ring ring da goblin sings Ring ring ring ring ring ring ring da goblin sings I've got this feeling, so appealing For us to get together and sing. Sing!"
Whoever is inside can only take so much of Klox's petulant singing. "I'm going to kill this kid!" a masculine voice shout erupts from within. The goblin hears marching footsteps approaching the door, and jumps to a side (and runs off if so inclined). Soon the door bursts open revealing a humanoid of some kind. Hard to tell their appearance given the heavy robes and hood that obscure just about every inch of them. The observant of you (passive perception 15) can tell they have pale, human hands.
As soon as the man realizes there are no pranking children around it's too late. Roya unleashes her Cloud of Daggers centered on the man. The blades lash at him and cut at his robes.

The cloaked man shrieks as the daggers make mincemeat out of him, he falls to the ground in a bloody and not quite altogether heap of cloth and flesh.
(Why don't we try rolling for initiative and I'll try to resolve turns as they happen. Hopefully I don't have something dumb happen suddenly.)
