As the performance turns more and more into a piecemealed debacle, Grishkar drifts toward the fore of the bar near the stage. With hands folded into his prodigious sleeves, he begins tapping an engraved alms coin and mumbles under the excited/terrified din of the patrons, "Jeremiah...Jeremiah come to. You've got a debt to fulfill and I'm willing to pardon a few more days." With the slightest whiff of air, a ghostly form appears before the priest. Though invisible to the populace, he appears to be a spectral man bound by chains of the same coins wrapped around the priest's wrist.
"There you are," Grishkar beams as warmly as a snake can, "I've seen such wonderful performances before, and I must say this one is quite skilled." The impatience of the ghostly figure is readily apparent, but his patron seems apathetic, "Anyway, it seems something may be amiss, one of our friends has gone as put his own twist on the act. Be a dear and see if she's alright. And if you happen to see Klox, let him know to stop screwing around." With a dismissive wave, Jeremiah skulks off in his ghostly, disembodied form.

The crowd roars with laughter at Klox as he puts on one of the best performances yet. Izola, who might usually grow angry with the situation, loosens up her usual stuffiness with an approving smile. She casually slips away from the blades and acts as Klox's assistant in pain. Her face exaggerates expressions of glee and delight every time Klox harms himself. Truly, everyone had enjoyed a spectacle for the ages.
Grishkar's imprisoned ghost nods solemnly as he backs away and heads toward the stage. None can see him, though at just the right angle, diamonds seem to shimmer on stage. It looks over Izola momentarily before heading backstage.
Klox's set crescendoed to a glorious end as the goblin and Giggles were covered in blood and bruises. As he bows with Izola, the curtain suddenly closes. The audience stands and claps, hooting and hollering, though Klox et al aren't able to see it.
"Thank you, sir goblin," Izola smiles down on Klox genuinely. "I have no idea what happened, but I may have died in such an unceremonious way. Might I ask your name?"

Klox turns to the blood witch, wiping off a stray glob of sanguine vitae from his cheek with his sleeve. "Klox is name and merriment is game!" The diminutive demon at his side emits a slight chortle sound mixed with grinding glass. "...And this is Giggles! Best friend Klox could make!" The goblin bows a bit, wrapping the spiked chain around his hand and giving it a slight tug. "Klox lucky to be at show! Never work with skilled blood witch before! Way more fun than current job of finding lost rich girl."
Blix manages to turn to a frightful waitress. It looks like she may not have enjoyed the show as much as the others as her deathly pale, human face reveals. "Er, yes, that goblin was a great l-laugh." She seems scared of offending Rakdos folk.
"Adventuring? How dreadful," Izola consoles Klox with a gentle shoulder grip. Blood from her arm drips onto Klox, though he is covered in her blood anyway. Truly, they painted the night red. "Thank you, thank you. How may I help you?"
At that moment, Grishkar is noticed by the goblin and blood witch. He has overheard their conversation. Izola offers the priest a tentative smile, "Ahh, the pain of debt. Truly, that is the height of torture. Come to collect, dear fellow?"

Not seeing the gobbo, Rukorm wades through the crowd to Blix and the Doc, who hadn't disappeared. "There was gobbo listening in on Grishkar and the barkeep. He looked like he knew something 'bout our missing person, but that bloody witch made me lose him," he gruffly whispers as his giant hands land on the shoulders of his comrades.
"Please, squeeze harder." Blix says calmly as he feels the big hand rest upon his shoulder. He turns. "So we find gobber we gets bigger chance of finding lady yes?" He looks up at the big minotaur towering above him.

Roya spies a goblin slipping out the front door. There are other goblins present here, but they all seem quite jolly and not like what was described.
