Tupoc squeezes and grabs a defenseless Mumed (who takes 18 magical bludgeoning damage). In doing so, the hybrid makes sure to squeeze the human's temple as to intensify his headache:
-> Mumed's CON saving throw vs. Stunning Strike {DC 19}: 19 - avoids stun-lock.
Tupoc then takes the cleric to the air, attempting to ring his bell one more time for good measure. Unfortunately, Mumed's Sanctuary functions properly this time and the punch bounces harmlessly from the faint shine surrounding his body. Undeterred, the monk flies as far as 80 feet up high before releasing his [Tooltip Not Found] on Mumed. The cleric falls quickly, and lands ungracefully (taking another 31 bludgeoning damage).
-> I'm rolling a d8 to emulate the unpredictable pathway of the fall (i.e. not necessarily straight down): 6 - Mumed falls a bit to the right, at {CC31}.
The fall is enough to bring Mumed back to earth (pun definitely intended). He is no longer stunned nor incapacitated, but is currently prone.
Struggling a bit with Graxx breathing down his neck but still able to find an opening now that Attorney is down for the count, Xavier points a finger at Nox. Without strumming his instrument this time, the bard simply says: "Down, boy!", disregarding the wizard's gender.
"So close, but it may not be enough." Yessaris mutters to himself while sizing up the battlefield. After taking a moment to signal his findings, a sharp whistles summons his horse to his side. "A minor miscalculation, Sparklegem, masking your illusion from sight. Or perhaps not?" Without waiting for a reply, Yessaris mounts up and holds the energy shield in hand high. "Activate Life Preservation Mode."
After flickering and shrinking from a blue tower shield barrier into a golden buckler of light, a thin, golden "mist" seems to jet out of half-hidden ports. Without missing a beat, the horse charges the two to a point. As the mist overlaps attorney, there are several sparks that shoot between the two until with a high-pitched screech of metal, the dragon rises once more. Unbidden by any spoken command, it gets up, eyes glinting with malicious intent in Sparklegem's direction, and yet moving to stand loosely behind the bard.
Movement(Y-Horse): To BQ-13(avoiding entering Milo's melee threat range).
Movement(Yessaris): 1/2 movement spent to mount Y-Horse at BQ-13.
Yessaris works in conjunction with Y-Horse/Defendant to prepare some healing artifices and deliver them to Attorney (who heals for 4 HP). The oozy horse then brings the yuan-ti as close to Sparklegem as it can {BX21}.
Barelly doing so but functioning once more, Attorney circles around Xavier {CE19}.
The defenseless Nox stands no chance (taking a combined 117 magical slashing damage, becoming unconscious and prone on top of already being incapacitated and stunned; she also needs to start rolling DEATH saving throws on her turn).
Seeing his opponent fall, Baern then moves to {CD18}.
Mumed raises (no longer prone) and finds himself a few feet away from his most immediate threat, Selrahc. The cleric first calls on some divine aid to help him Preserve (his own) Life (healing for 46 HP). Then, in an attempt to help his companions a bit, he upcasts Mass Healing Word.
-> Xavier and Sparklegem each heal for 24 HP.
-> Mumed heals for an additional 31 HP.
Mumed then moves to {CE28}.
(Nox is next up. Please roll a DEATH saving throw. Also, please roll a {DC19} CON saving throw.)
On the ground, Nox coughs, which shows she is still alive despite her precarious condition (DEATH saving throws = successes: 1, failures: 0).
The Illusory Dragon then pokes its head through the south wall for a brief moment. Much closer to the ground this time, it still aims its breath attack straight down in a calculated move. This causes the area of effect to be much smaller than before, but it still encompasses a few combatants.
-> INT saving throw {DC 19}:
Abe: 2
Attorney: 6
Baern: 3
Acid bursts in all directions within the area of effect. All within it are showered in the corrosive substance. Abe never sees what got him (Abe takes 22 acid damage and would become unconscious if not for Death Ward). A struggling Abe (1 HP) rises as a still recovering Attorney gets swallowed by the acid wave (Attorney takes 22 acid damage and is DEFEATED).
Baern is no luckier. The barbarian also momentarily disappears within the acidic burst (Baern takes 22 acid damage). Once he reappears, he makes sure to turn to Sparklegem and yell: "Hey, watch it!"
The Illusory Dragon then recoils its neck, disappearing behind the stone walls once again. Giggling in his safer position near the center of the room, Sparklegem then turns to see Yessaris right there behind him and atop a horse. He reacts as if jump-scared by a prank, then instinctively reacts by extending an arm and touching Y-Horse/Defendant:
-> Shocking Grasp vs. Y-Horse/Defendant: Attack: 17 Damage: 17 lightning.
Despite its quick movement, the oozy beast is hit by deadly lightning (Y-Horse/Defendant takes 17 lightning damage and is DEFEATED). The creature takes a few seconds to completely fade away, allowing Yessaris to dismount appropriately.
(@Superbad: Your Nat20 didn't register as a crit because of the Bless roll between the attack roll and the damage roll. I'll take the damage roll for the second attack to aid in the calculation of the crit on the third attack. That's not our typical approach, but I am doing that this time because the second attack doesn't go through Sanctuary, so that roll won't be used elsewhere in any way. Anyhow, the third attack is the only one that goes through, it crits, and the damage for it comes out to be 43, including Brutal Critical.)
Selrahc moves to {CD29}, ready to pummel Mumed. However, the cleric's holiness shines through and Selrahc hesitates for a few seconds. Recovering in time to at least swing his maul at the foe once, he finds Mumed incapable of defending against it (Mumed takes 43 magical bludgeoning damage).
The aasimar cleric goes down, no longer being able to count on a death ward (Abe takes 8 magical piercing damageand is now unconscious, incapacitated, prone, and continues to be restrained by Ensnaring Strike. He must begin rolling DEATH saving throws on his turn).
Milo then does a 180 and shoots a bolt at Yessaris, who is not too far away:
-> Hand Crossbow vs. Yassaris: Attack: 31 Damage: 43 magical piercing (includes Sneak Attack damage).
The piece of ammunition is well placed, hitting a clavicle dead-on (Yessaris takes 43 magical piercing damage).
-> Yessaris' concentration check for Aura of Vitality {DC 21}: 18 - the spell drops.
(Abe is next up. Please roll a DEATH saving throw. Also, please roll a d6 for me.)
Mechanically speaking, you learn the following about Milo. As assumed before, Yessaris shares all of this with the party. You should all feel free to use this information strategically (a limited metagaming license, if you will). It is OK to assume your characters fully understand the character features implied by the information below (e.g. Reliable Talent, Blindsense, Thieve's Reflexes, Naturally Stealthy, etc.):
Name: Milo Tealeaf; Race: Lightfoot Halfling; Class: Rogue - Thief; Level: 20; Successful insight checks against Milo: 1 (more info available with further successes; anyone may try as a reaction).
Taking advantage of his truesight and spotting Ingus beyond the walls, Tupoc tries to do the same but fails.
Meanwhile, Abe hits the floor with a groan. The magical vinesrestraining him tighten (Abe takes 6 piercing damage; DEATH saving throws = successes: 1, failures: 1).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
From beyond the walls, Ingus sets his Hunter's Mark on Graxx and fires two shots:
-> Pistol vs. Graxx: Attack: 17 Damage: 28 piercing.
-> Pistol vs. Graxx: Attack: 25 Damage: 32 piercing.
Edit: The attacks above are not supposed to have advantage because of Graxx's Elusive feature. Taking the first roll for each, the first attack roll becomes a 19 instead, but the second one remains a natural 20. No changes to damage.
The two bullets sink in, with the second one being particularly accurate. An organ may have been compromised (Graxx takes a combined 68 piercing damage).
NOTES: You now know more about your opponents so most of their preparations will show in the tracker above (check OOC chat). Some other enemies' preparations will remain unknown until you learn more about them. Yet some other won't even have a generic tab in the tracker above.

-> Nox becomes stunned and incapacitated.
-> Concentration on Banishment drops.
-> Baern reappears at the exact spot where he was last seen, ready for a fight.
Before turning back to face Graxx, Xavier then yells at Mumed: "Are you going to be the first one to go down?" (Bardic Inspiration).
(Yessaris is next up).
"So close, but it may not be enough." Yessaris mutters to himself while sizing up the battlefield. After taking a moment to signal his findings, a sharp whistles summons his horse to his side. (@Lerus: If Y. Horse can still use an action to Dash, then it shall move itself and Yessaris to BX-21 after above bonus action from Yessaris)

Action(Attorney-Default): Takes up defensive maneuvers .

Eager for battle, Baern moves to {CD12} and screams at Nox: "I'll banish you this time!"
-> Over-sized Greataxe vs. Nox: Attack: 28 Damage: 35 magical slashing.
-> Over-sized Greataxe vs. Nox: Attack: 27 Damage: 47 magical slashing.
-> Over-sized Greataxe vs. Nox: Attack: 32 Damage: 35 magical slashing.
(Graxx is up next).
Graxx sets his eyes once more on Xavier.
"It is time.", Graxx says to Xavier determined but almost sympathetically.
Graxx first strikes with his Rapier slashing down across Xavier.
Attack: 17 Damage: 8
Bless Roll: 1
Graxx then lifts his handcrossbow for his bonus action and sends the bolt at Xavier's chest.
Attack: 33 Damage: 16
Bless Roll: 4
Sneak Attack for First Attack To Hit: 26
Horse will Dodge
If the 18 doesn't hit with the Rapier and the Crossbow crit does hit then here is the double sneak attack damage:
Sneak Attack: 31
Xavier parries Graxx's rapier before responding to the rogue's sympathetic message: "Soon my friend... soon."
At first, the crossbow bolt comes as a bit of a surprise to the bard. Lucky for him, well, he's Lucky...
-> Xavier uses a Luck point to re-roll that Nat20: 30 - It's still a hit (for now), but it is no critical hit.
Xavier's calming response hits Graxx as being too honest (Cutting Words), further reducing the would-be perfect accuracy of the shot.
-> The attack roll receives a penalty of 9, for a final total of 19 (including Bless) - the attack misses.
G-Horse reduces its frame in fear.

Nox - Adult Oblex - The Trials

Here are the three Sanctuary Saves, in order, with the Bless rolls in parentheses next to it:7 (3) 13 (4) 19 (4)
Here are the three attacks, reckless with GWM:

REACTION:
Can Graxx see Ingus? If so would like to use Reaction to Uncanny Dodge that half 45 damage.
When an attacker that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to halve the attack’s damage against you.
