Gnash, you find a fence post with a large amount of tall grass you can hide the chest in. You set the chest at the base of the post, and move the grass to kind of obscure it some. Then you pull out a knife and mark the top of the post so you can find it later.
Drack you identify someone within range that has drifted a little away from a group of 5, if you’d like you can make an attack roll.
Hansel, it’s hard to differentiate between survivors and attackers, you are not really confident enough of their alliance to call anyone over to you.
The woodman with you starts saying, “we need to get to the keep, any survivors would be there. There is no way this rabble could take it in a day”
Drack from hiding looks at the separated figure and lifts his had slightly and clenches his fist slowly. (Chill touch) Attack: 13 Damage: 4 As he clenches his fist a ghostly hand forms in front of the figure and attempts to move around his throat with necrotic energy. hoping that if it lands his throat would be so effected that he would not be able to cry out.
As Hansel and Gnash creep closer, you both see a lone soldier, forgotten by his comrades, eyes bulging as he’s trying to claw a skeletal hand off his throat. And then the hand is gone
I’ll need a perception roll from Hansel and Draconovich, and a stealth roll from Gnash.

Oops, forgot that would be at disadvantage due to heavy armor.

Gripping his weapon and shield Gnash seems satisfied by the hiding place of the chest.
"Let's move closer carefully and see what we find. "
Hansel keeps his hand on his sword and nods. "Agreed, let's move closer."

Gnash moves forward and raises his axe ready to strike the man down. He will do so if the man tries to call for help.
Readied Attack: 22 Damage: 7
"Call out and you die" he says in a menacing voice and a vicious snarl.
Gnash, go ahead and roll intimidation as well
