Inside the Inn: Diadochi carries the small goblin in, causing another round of screams from the townspeople inside. The barkeep, with his fear turning to annoyance, begins to try and keep the people inside calm. But now with two Goblins, and a bunch of outsiders, there's definitely some tension in the air. The face and skull of the Goblin that Lafetha touches as her spell is cast begins to turn. It's eyes opening and rolling forward instead of the wonky directions they happened to be in while out cold. For the first time, you can tell that these two goblins are more stone colored. Blue-grey in skin, with natural looking cracks. You're guessing they would excel at hiding along the mountain. The clothing they wear more of a leather hide armor than protection from the cold.
It lets out a high pitch screech, which again upsets the townsfolk, which in turn freaks the goblin out even more. This back and forth going on a bit longer than necessary before Sim gets the Goblin to focus. The others in the room aren't able to exactly hear what's going on, but between Sim trying to coax information from it, and Lafetha pulling on the ropes every few moments when deemed necessary, you are able to get some information by being nice to the creature.
Goblin Information:
It tells you that it's here on a mission to kill as many townspeople as possible. Why? Because it's leader, a new Goblin (boss? King? The word doesn't translate) who's "Made of Magic," told the raiders to do so. So the others can "do the mission." The exact details of whatever the plan, it's either hiding because it's afraid of the boss or it doesn't know. (Intimidate or Insight to figure that part out)
Yaalin: You head off to the sounds of combat, but do find it a little disorienting as the sounds echo through the streets and alleyways as you head further into the clusters of homes. You help two kids get back inside, and manage to give reassuring nods to a few homes that appear to be mostly safe. Behind you on some roofs, heading in the direction that you were, are a group of Goblins. You're unable to quite make out exactly how many through the smoke that's wafting in the town. As you come around a corner, you see a fight breaking out on the street. One goblin lays dead on the ground, next to two other townsfolk. One Goblin is hacking at a door, and is mostly through by this point. Behind the door, a spear point keeps jutting out as whoever lives inside is trying to defend. Standing beside the hacking goblin, is one wielding a shield full of arrows - giving cover to it's friend. While it seems potshots are being taken from others who live across the street. Shutters on homes pulled open just enough to act as arrow slit. From the look of it, you do not believe the townsfolk will finish off the Hacking or Shield Goblin before they make it into that home. The shield Goblin is about 30 feet away, but the angle you would come at, you would have disadvantage on a melee attack on the Hacking Goblin / shooting it would be difficult as well.
Abigail: You sit there a moment longer. Watching, waiting. The wolf eventually turns it's ears away. Glancing around, it's still fairly dark. But there are a few other low crates and wagons that were holding items for the festival scattered about. You dart over to one. No sounds from the wolf or it's rider. They seem to be continuing a impatient patrol, moving back and forth. Out of the corner of your eye, you notice some more movement. Heading over to another hiding spot you peer out to get a better look. Three more Goblins, two carrying crowbars most likely stolen from someone's house, and a tattooed Goblin carrying a staff.
It's in that moment that one, what you thought was a body reaching out to you. Grabbing at your clothing. "You... you're not... Goblin... help.... help me please.." Glancing back out into the darkness you see the Wolf Rider turn in your direction, before shouting to the three newcomers that entered your sight lines and were heading to the statue. The tattooed Goblin circles it's staff around, a fire bolt streaking from the bottom of it and striking the towns person near you in the face. The body going limp as the skin cracks and burns off from the impact. You glance back, it's about 80 feet to the blood raven at this point. The Wolf Rider is barely 30, and the trio is 45 feet from you.
What do you all do?
(I will now be needing initiative rolls again as time slows down back into turns)

Diadochi looks around the room, "Where's Abigail?" His eyes go wide "And Yaalin!" He places the unconscious Goblin on the bar and uses his move action to go back out into the street looking for Yaalin.

Lafetha looks at Sim, "Other objectives? Great, I wonder what that is supposed to mean? Well, I'm fresh out of cures to wake the other globin that Diadochi brought in. Do what you will with this one. Might I suggest you cut off his head for the gold. I'm going to head towards the statue to see what's going on out there."
Yaalin: You see the Goblin's continuing their defense and attack. One acting as a shield, the other chopping away at the door. The Goblin takes a large whack at the door, splintering off another section of wood. Two more good wacks and the door would no longer be a barrier. But, you step up and strike over the shield bearing Goblin and smack his friend, hard. Blood rushing from its nose and face instantly swelling. It's eyes rattled in his head; seriously injured but not dead. The villagers in the nearby home fire another set of arrows, but are blocked by the Goblin with the shield.
Diadochi: You move out into the courtyard and head back in the direction you last saw Yaalin. Returning that familiar route near the homes. As you take a turn, you run into another band of three Goblins. Two of them spot you quite quickly, tapping the third. They move closer, getting ready to engage.
Abigail & Lafetha: Lafetha, you head into the dark. You spot Abigail, and take a quick look around. Before you can call out to her, you hear something being shouted in Goblin. And then Abigail tail and begins to scamper away, and fast. Passing you and ending up 10 feet behind you. Moments later, a wolf with a Goblin riding it pass by and pass you. (You get a free melee attack on either the wolf OR the goblin as a attack of opportunity.) (Assuming the Goblin or Wolf live from the AOC...) The rider follows Abigail, catching up without much effort. Bringing it's blade across her back (7 slashing)
Sim: The villagers are roused by Diadochi's yelling at them. The lot of them being totally smashed from the party did not help. "He's right! LESH GOOOOO!" they begin to clamor over to the door. Flooding all around you. "GET GOBLINS. FILL THEM WITH WATER. FIGHT THE FIRE!" While the Goblin looks around with growing concern, it doesn’t reveal anything new. You do believe it to be telling you the truth in that it doesn’t know anything else regarding their plan.

Drunk Villagers: "GET THEM!" The drunken villagers of the Blood Raven tavern rush over to the two Goblins, swinging whatever they happen to have on hand after Diadochi convinced them to get involved. The Wolf-Rider sees Abigail dart off at a speed it was not quite expecting. Raising a brow before turning to the one that just lashed a bunch of thorns at it.
