Still, you think a moment longer. Mind drifting. Wandering. The statue in Rest. What they thought to be a symbol of the mountain. Yet the stone was different, a worn down statue of Jeshur. The Trickster. Arms out stretched. Welcoming those to it's fold. The same style of statue here. The one that asked what you were searching for. It too a faceless creature. Like the same being that you saw in that vision. No face until it's smile came along. A possibly representation of Jeshur. The God of Tricks. The God of the Homeless. God of the Lost. You don't know if it's meant to be a trick upon it's own acolyte. If it's a trick on you. Your many eyes blink a few times, before you again notice Diadochi-der trying to get your attention. And make sure you're ok.
Sim realizing this info on the ritual should be destroyed if they get the time for now moves on to the Metal Door they skipped earlier. And motions for the rest to follow.
The Hn'ti, still by Diadochi and Yaalin, poke a few spears down into the tunnels. Checking them out and trying to clear them. They don't seem to find anything - continuing on their search.
Abigail, Sim (and Lafetha?) notice the Hn'ti hearing towards the office area. Slow and steady. They took take notice of the office, beginning to carefully check it out as you skitter past.
It takes a few minutes to arrive at the metal doors. With no real way of opening them directly, due to your size, there is a bit of room to slide underneath them. Coming inside is a long chamber. Unlike upstairs which was set up as a barracks, this is some sort of containment and living area.
The room is... full... goblins seemingly everywhere. Gear and equipment hangs on one of the walls; shields, crude blades, a handful of arrows. A symbol of the Iron Queen and the Faith is carved into the far wall; about a dozen of so goblins around it seemingly in prayer. Many of the goblins appear to be weakened, coughing and lethargic. Similar to the others that Abigail freed earlier. Some seem to be spry, as if unaffected by what happened. Crawling along, there are a few in some cages. Others are sleeping on some of the hammocks that line the walls are a few hobgoblins. Snoring away as the room itself is rather loud.
Passing phrases of some people concerned that 'their journey to the great beyond has not happened yet.' Others seeming to have a bit of relief.
Abigail, you skitter about. Crawling up and down the walls. There's a few interesting shiny bits of art near the iconography of the Faith. If you had hands, they'd be perfect to take and sell. But something else catches your eye. Sitting on the edge of one of the sleeping hobgoblins bed is a crude key.
The doors themselves do appear to be locked. The lock is fairly average, although without your tools it'll be difficult (disadvantage on the roll), having to push pins into place with your new long, thin, spider legs.
Lafetha follows Sim and Abigail into the room with the metal door. Looking at Abigail, she points out the key on the bed while jumping hoping that Abigail will get the hint.
Diadochi, you've been sitting by the spider you believe to be Yaalin for the better part of an hour. The Hn'ti came into these chambers, and left. Abigail, Lafetha, and Sim have all left.
Glancing around, you're beginning to notice a faint amount of smoke beginning to creep into the chamber you've been in.

Confused. A few of the goblins in the cages watch this happen. They begin to make a few sounds. Tapping and clicking their tongues, like someone trying to get a stray cat's attention. A few talk to each other in hushed tones. Sim, as you know Goblin, you hear a handful of those in the cages who notice you say a few words. "This must be the spirit of the mountain." "The Elder said to have faith and not sway."
The key is... odd to drag with spiders legs. One of the younger ones in the cage reaching out. It's hand outstretched. You don't think your spider body has the physical strength to actually pick up and turn the key into the crude locks of the cages they're being kept in. But... the goblins inside find it rather easy.
"Good little spider. Now... be very quiet. We've got to sneak over to that door, and turn the locks."
The caged goblins begin to head out. Those who can move, doing so. Beginning to head over to the door, while a few move to try and grab some of the simple weapons and shields off the walls. One begins to unlock the other cages, while a few move over towards the rest of the goblins. As if to make their presence known.
The moment they're spotted, some of the conversations begin to pick up. The Goblins debating with eachother. Something about if Shale's God was so powerful and wise, how is everyone still here and not on the divine journey? Others saying there can be no conversion, as whatever was suppose to happen has stopped, so they do not need to be locked up anymore.
As one of them undoes the locks to the main door and pushes them open, the smell of smoke begins to waft inside. A few of the goblins begin to panic, knowing how bad fires in a cave can be.
Abigail, Lafetha, and Sim. What do you do before this horde of goblins begins to charge out of the room? (Try to stealth in a corner? Acrobatics onto someone's clothes? Athletics to run ahead of them and not get crushed?)

Only being able to see in 30 feet in any direction before the darkness takes over, you're unable to figure out where the smoke is coming from. The long gone aphid (it not having stuck around for an hour) is nowhere to be seen. But you ball up Yaalin, sticking her on to your back and beginning to move to see where the smoke may be coming from.
Skuttling around, you see the light source. The secret office that you found the elder in has been set ablaze. The desk, books, drawing, chests... all of it having caught fire. Heavy smoke seeming to be mixed with some kind of magical energy as it wafts into the air. Small arcs of lightning easily visible jumping from the flames.
Glancing a bit further down, you hear the sounds of a large metal door opening. And some goblin voices.
Lafetha jumps and hops. Clinging on to one of the goblins for dear life. Sim attempts the same thing, but gets flicked off by a passing hand. In a stroke of ingenuity, he shoots some of the spider's silk out. Attaching to another person. Abigail grabs ahold of one of the fleeing Goblins, but only a bit of the fabric on the outside. Constantly being whipped about.
Diadochi, with Yaalin on his back, begins to head over to the door. Thinking himself safely in a corner.
The Goblins begin to shout and argue with each other. Discussing articles of religion, who's to lead, and what they should do next. A few begin to punch one another, the hobgoblins beginning to take some sort of control of the situation where suddenly the flames of the Hn'ti can be seen.

In the frantic running, some of the Goblins that have weapons begin to fight the Hn'ti in area two. You all find yourselves in (area 3), right beside the escape tunnels that the goblins seem to be heading for (area 4). Diadochi, as the goblins continue to run and move, you get kicked. Sent flying into a wall with a bit of a crack and crunch.

Abigail, the goblin you're riding turns and decides to head over to the combat. Rushing into the combat. As he does so, he moves and shifts his clothing. Sending you flying into the wall and skipping down it with force.

Yaalin, you're now on the ground, seeing two of your spider friends being tossed about and knocked out.
Lafetha and Sim, you're still on some Goblins who will be exiting very soon. But you see two other spiders crash into the walls and seem to go down.
