The party heads back to the inn, ready for a good night's sleep after the day's adventures. Toblen sees you enter and smiles. "Your rooms are ready for ya - the missus just finished making sure they were up to snuff. Good night," he says.
You all sleep peacefully through the night, waking just as the sun is rising.
((You are all level 3 now - let me know when you are done, so I can brief myself on any changes. What would the party like to do now?))
In the morning as we all gather at the Inn; Raya says to the group "Are we fighting these Redbrands head on?" cracking her knuckles. "If we're attacking the redbrands at their manor, I know where it's located."
"no Raya, this might be way too dangerous, we have been told by the child of the innkeeper that a friend of his, living close to the manor, by chance find a back entrance. I reckon we must visit his father's farm and talk to the kid: it can be true or just a kid joke... But we must find out"
Ajax - as you are finishing your breakfast, you feel a small tap on your knee underneath the table. Looking down, you spy Pip. He says in a whisper, "Carp's mother runs the farm - and you better be nice to her or she'll curse you!" He looks at you solemnly.
Everyone finishes up their breakfast and begins to head out the door. As you do, Toblen appears from the kitchen. "Wait!" he says hurriedly. He quickly makes his way over to the party, holding out a small bag. You hear a faint clinking sound. "Lord Sildar left this for you early this morning. Said he hoped it helped, but you owe Sister Garaela a favor," he says with a wry smile.
Ajax, you open the small bag and find inside 3 regular healing potions, along with a note from Sildar. The note reads: Got these from Sister Garaela, but you owe her a favor when you return. Good luck! ~ Sildar.
((Distribute the potions as you wish - just note them in your character sheet, whoever gets one.))
ooc: how shall we divide the potions? I guess they should go first to the ones who are in melee: so Mulligan, me (but I have a little of healing skills as paladin, so I don't mind if I don't get one) and another to Kyanite who is the only one without healing skills
Toblen hands over the bag and then says, "Oh! Sister Garaela is the local healer. You can find her at the shrine here. Good day to you!" he says as he waves and heads back into the kitchen.
Raya messages Ajax again. "I'm guessing we call it a night and continue to the Redbands mansion in the morning?"
Ajax replies to the message
"OK, let's go to sleep"
And he communicates it to the others
"looks like those redbrands got tired of us... Pity"
"let's get back to the inn"
Even if deep inside he is disappointed he could not kick asses of those foul and harassing foes...
Even if it is not a right feeling, he is getting a little more hot tempered
Ooc: I will get level3 oath of revenge

I picked up the Feinting Attack, Riposte, and Rally maneuvers for Battle Master.
Actually, now that we have healers, I might want to rethink Rally.
Done level 3
Occ about what we do today: IMHO we go to the farm where the child of the farmer is the friend of the innkeeper child

"Yeah, you might be right. If there's another way into the manor, that might be best. Ill follow your lead."
Raya finishes her breakfast as well, eager to leave.

ooc: let's open this small bag, then!
btw does any of us know this Sister Garaela?

"These Potion of Healing's will sure come in handy."
"Sister Garaela doesn't ring a bell." Looks towards Grace (if she's there) "Grace, are you familiar with a Garaela?"
"I think this is a better chance than ever to head over to the farm. Shall we get a move-on then?"
Ooc: agreed let's move to the farm

Agreed, the farm is definitely our best bet.
((I switched from Rally to Distracting Strike))
