"And now some ol'fashioned payback!"Drazzim says, setting his eyes on Aravele. The dwarf moves closer to the mercenary {AA74} and adds: "You should have never left the Laughing Goblin!" Using his reach to its fullest, the dwarf warrior cuts through the air:
-> Glaive vs. Aravele: Attack: 25 Damage: 10 slashing.
Drazzim catches Aravele's forearm with the slash and she begins to bleed profusely. She does not look like she was made for close quarter combat, as her companion Keria was. The mercenary slumped forward, unconscious from blood loss but still alive (Aravele takes 16 slashing damage and is DEFEATED).
Drazzim then takes a deep breath (Second Wind), healing for 9 HP.
With Matthis and Elias now unconscious, Naru seemingly running away, and Aravele already being dealt with by Drazzim, the barbarian Graxx decides it is time to bring the fight to Grim himself. He tuck-and-rolls in between the sergeant and the new zombie and stands back up already swinging his blade. Grim is not surprised by the move and throws up a magical shield to block Graxx's attempt.
A few steps away, Praxx moves far from the incoming Black Fist guard and sends a few hurtful magical words towards Grim, but the sergeant isn't so easily provoked. Undeterred, the bard inspires another of his companions (Utar has a d6 Bardic Inspiration die).
Neya then delivers her own brand of vicious mockery and assumes a defensive stance.
(Grim is up next. Naru has an opportunity attack available against Praxx.)
Grim turns to Neya, stares at her for a moment, then grins toothily. "Cute."He whips around back to Graxx with a fury his eyes, aiming to bisecting him while the warrior of tempest remained off-balance. In the last few moments, the blade ignites again, though this time seeming of its own volition. "But I'm no fool!"If the blade makes contact, the same fire that scorches Graxx leaps onto Neya, scorching her as well. It is in that moment the looming presence in the back of Neya's mind laughs, amplifying any pain suffered by fire.
"For your defiance and lies, I think I'll relish letting Reaper get its due for once." He then moves to AD-74, wary and ready to catch a blow using armor and greatsword, but accepting the risks all the same for a less defensive maneuver. Despite any pain suffered, he sucks in a deep breathe, and lets out a mighty roar. It is pale imitation to a true dragon's bellow; but, as it rebounds off the wall and amplified further, the line blurs for a few moments. Fearful as she had been of the dead and injured Aravele was, the two would feel their spirits bolstered by it. "Matthis! Elias! Get up, you idiots! Or I'll have your hides myself!"
Action: Reaper's Touch vs Graxx: Attack: 20 Damage: 20 of magical slashing and fire damage.
If Graxx is hit, fire leaps to Neya, dealing 13 points of fire damage. Damage includes bonus from Hexblade's Curse.
Movement: To AD-74, provoking opportunity attacks from Neya, Graxx, Utar, and Undead-Shana.
Bonus Action: Grim solidifies his resolve (Second Wind) in a Rallying Roar, healing 8if damaged by Opportunity Attacks, as well as granting all allies{Naru, Aravele, Elias, Matthis} within 30ft able to hear or see him 4 Hp.
To DM:
He's using second wind regardless of being injuried, just to be clear.
(@all: Used the wrong modifier for that second wind. So used to never getting my fighters past level one. That is 7, not 4 Hp regained to Grim.)

Utar holds his attack as the Black Fist guard flees the room, not reading them as a threat, but takes the opportunity attack when presented against Grim.
Attack: 12 Damage: 10
The spectral warhammer follows suit.
Attack: 9 Damage: 6
As the flames from Grim's sword cover Graxx and Neya, Utar knows that it's now or never to end this encounter. Whispering a prayer to Torm, he swings and he hopes...
(Spending bardic inspiration on this one; feels like a Hail Mary pass... Plus 4 to attack)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(@Ori: As per the description of Green-Flame Blade, the flame needs to jump to another creature that is 5 feet away from the target of the initial attack. In this case, the only potential target for that jumping flame would be Undead-Shana. Also, since it is not targeting Neya, there is no extra damage from Hexblade's Curse in there. Finally, Rallying Cry heals up to 3 allies, not 4, so I'll drop Naru from your list since she is already conscious.)
Naru turns and jabs hes spear into a running gnome, (Praxx takes 3 piercing damage.)
Furious but seemingly enjoying the battle, Grim slashes at Graxx before he can fully compose himself. The heavy blade catches the barbarian on the shoulder (Graxx takes 10 slashing damage and 2 fire damage). Magical flames burst from the wound, licking Shana's hands (Undead-Shana takes 7 fire damage).
After the attack, Grim moves away from the main fight with little care (Shield dropped at the beginning of Grim's turn).
->Undead-Shana's attack of opportunity: Attack: 22 Damage: 7 bludgeoning.
All nearby combatants take their chance at swiping at Grim as he moves away. The sergeant's manages to avoid Ney's blow, but the other land successfully, denting his armor (Grim takes a 9 slashing damage, 7 bludgeoning damage, and 6 magical bludgeoning damage; total = 22 damage). Grim almost instantly negates some of those strikes by controlling his breathing (Grim heals for 7 HP), and then frightens his men back into the fight (Matthis, Elias, and Aravele each heal for 4 HP). Elias' crushed arm reshapes itself, Matthis' hanging foot reattaches magically, and Aravele's forearm re-stitches rapidly.
-> Praxx's Concentration check for Heroism {DC 10}: 3 - the spell drops, as do Utar's temporary hit points.

(@MB: That Bardic Inspiration die was perfect!)
Utar chases after Grim, as does his Spiritual Weapon. Both swing at the sergeant, but only the half-orc manages to hit as he feels inspired by his bard companion. Utar's magical mace produces another dent on the dragonbron's armor (Grim takes 10 magical bludgeoning damage).
Aravele, not even aware she was briefly out for the count, grabs her bow from the floor with one hand and two arrows with the other:
-> Longbow vs. Drazzim: Attack: 16Damage: 3 piercing.
-> Longbow vs. Drazzim: Attack: 19 Damage: 8 piercing.
One of the arrows slips away from the bowstring and lands on the ground harmlessly but the other finds its mark (Drazzim takes 5 piercing damage). Remembering what Drazzim did to Matthis when he tried to run from the dwarf, Aravele decides to stay where she is.
(@Lerus: Ah, I thought for some reason he had moved where Naru once was. Crap baskets. Uh... Unless Elias can make an unarmed attack as Opportunity Attack, he can't make one as he dropped his spear upon being rendered unconscious)

Elias swears as he takes up his spear, then alongside Matthis gets back to his feet. "Shana..." Matthis starts, staring sadly at her. Then he turns baleful eyes on Graxx. "Focus, Matty. They took one of ours. So let's take one of theres!" Elias mentions and gestures with his head over to the deep gnome. One grim-faced nod later, the two approach, and with spears in hand lay into Praxx.
"Naru! Give us a hand over here!" One of them shouts, startling the poor guard from her own panicked stupor. She looks back and forth between the exit and the duo, hesitates for a moment, then following a curse under her breathe she charges in on the gnome.
Movements: Elias spends 1/2 movement to get up, then goes to {AI-72}. Matthis spends 1/2 movement to get up, then goes to {AI-74}. Naru to {AJ-72}.

Seeing that Praxx is in danger, Neya turns and attacks Matthis with her sword, looking to hamstring him, and Elias, to knock him out. All while saying, "Your risk assessment needs work!"
Shortsword Attack: 23 Damage: 4 piercing on Matthis
Bonus Unarmed Attack: 21 Damage: 5 bludgeoning on Elias
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Elias, Matthis, and Naru regain their will to fight, this time without the not-so-subtle incentive from their sergeant. They gang up on Praxx, who manages to avoid one of the incoming spear attacks but not the other two. The gnome's gut gets two new openings, as the guards are going for the kill (Praxx takes a total of 7 piercing damage).
Neya jumps into the scuffle to protect Praxx. She succeeds, albeit a bit late. Both of Matthis' legs are cut at the tendons, such that he won't be standing up or walking anytime soon unless he undergoes some sort of magical healing. Elias gets a good ol'kick to the face, his body going limp even before he hits the ground (Matthis and Elias take 4 slashing damage and 5 bludgeoning damage, respectively, and are back to being unconscious and prone, but still alive).
In a fight of his own and with yet another arrow sticking out of his body, Drazzim sees that Aravele is still willing to fight. He shifts around his glaive and strikes at the mercenary with the heavy counterweight at the end of his weapon: "Stay down!"
Aravele is out for the count once more (Aravele takes 13 bludgeoning damage and, like her allies, goes straight back to being unconscious and prone, but still alive).

EDIT: Extra damage from Improved Critical: 6
Neya speaks in Draconic
"Quite a big blade... Poor thing looks like it hasn't seen much action in a while. I wonder if it's a metaphor for something?"
She then slows down her perception of time to prepare for more attacks coming her way (dodge).
