Scupper, hearing the noise, would move due south to have eye-line through the doorways, and seeing skeleton 4, ready his bow with a sneak attack shot to go off the second it reaches within 5 feet of his ally, Dekhan.
Incantis also moves into position, and with a clear view of the room, fires an Eldritch Blast at Skeleton 4:

Skeletons 1, 2 and 3 make it to the door and attack Dekhan.
Before they can strike, Scupper's arrow flies through the air, past Dekhan's head, and strikes Skeleton 2 through the chest, felling it instantly.

Skeletons 9, 10, 11 and 12 also moves towards the doorway. There is a strange raspy noise that accompanies them; it sounds as though they are all moaning, or they would be if they had the appropriate vocal organs. Instead, it just sounds like the wind whistling through an empty tunnel, plus the accompanying sound of bones knocking together.

Varinth, the cone of fire shoots forwards from your hands. Dekhan and Strix, you have to dodge sideways a little, but manage to avoid the flame; some of the effect is lost as the flames collides with the wall in front of you, but several skeletons are caught in the blast:
All the skeletons take some fire damage, though none as much as you'd hoped.
That's an interesting one to make work, at least following RAW. I'd be interested to hear if anyone else would have ruled it differently - though I'm not going to change it now.
Varinth then does the slowest and most awkward combat roll away from the action. It's a little hard to watch. He has to dash back for his staff so the purpose of it was somewhat moot.
He calls out over the cacophony of clanking bones.

Strix is just about able to reach Skeleton 1 round the door, but it's a stretch; your first blow misses but the second unarmed attack connects. As the creature was already badly wounded, this is enough to finish it off.
Incantis shoots a blast of eldritch energy in a straight line, attempting to hit Skeleton 12:
Attack: 12 Damage: 7
It's a powerful blast, but it goes wide and hits the back wall of the room instead. Incantis then dodges out of the way of Scupper's arrows.
Skeleton 3 makes another attack on Dekhan, a rusty shortsword slicing down towards his forearm:
Attack: 7 Damage: 7
But it misses, defeated this time by the doorframe.
One of the skeletons notices the small spider and lashes out with its short sword as an Opportunity Attack:
Attack: 17 Damage: 7
It hits, but this spider is made of strong stuff, and the blow is not enough to kill it. It moves onto the room wall above the door frame, and unleashes Varinth's magical Dragon's Breath attack: 11 fire damage.
Dekhan will move 15 feet so that he’s just outside and blocking the door, the ready an action to attack the first skeleton that comes in range.

But without success. The other skeletons crowd around behind them, grasping and not-quite-moaning, seemingly unable to reach a target.
