Dekhan, the goblin takes a slash across its torso and yelps loudly in pain.
This sound is enough to wake 1 of the sleeping goblins near Incantis and Scupper (though this won't come into effect until after Scupper has taken his turn, as he's in the same initiative group).
Ideally it's a noise originating at either Dekhan or Incantis's location, it is the exact negative of the noise the next stabbed goblin makes which should muffle the sound a little.
8 performance since it's a feat of imagination rather than recreation.
Scupper stabs at Goblin 8. (The goblin is unconscious and incapacitated so the attack has advantage - please roll another d20)

H: Goblins 11 and 12
The two goblins are so shocked at the loud man entering their space, they fire at him with their shortbows (with disadvantage):
Attack: 20 Damage: 4
Attack: 15 Damage: 7
The first gets a lucky hit on Dekhan, slamming into his leg. The second arrow hits his shield. Strix, you fire off your minor illusion but it doesn't seem to make much difference; the noise of the arrow hitting the shield is still audible, though it's not clear yet what effect that's had.
I: Incantis is up. G8 is alive or dead, depending on Scupper's advantage roll. G9 was awakened by the sounds of Dekhan's battle but is prone. G10 is prone, unconscious and therefore also incapacitated.
Incantis' Hex spell sucks shadows out of the air into the sleeping goblin as his dagger strikes, ending its life (using attack rolls from here). Goblin 10 dies, silently and swiftly.
That was Incantis' main action, but he still has a bonus action and movement.
Incantis turns and faces the one remaining goblin, who is lying on his bed looking up in alarm.
Round Two:
A: Goblins 1, 2, 3 and 4 (unaware) B: Varinth C: Goblins 9 (prone) - Goblins 8 and 10 are dead. D: Goblins 5, 6 and 7 (unaware) E: Sildar F: Chef (unaware) G: Strix, Scupper and Dekhan H: Goblins 11 and 12 (in combat with Dekhan) I: Incantis
A: Goblins 1, 2, 3 and 4 (unaware)
The merry dance of abuse, insults, minor assaults and laughter continues unabated in the banquet hall. Though the chef is getting increasingly agitated, as yet none of his minions are attempting to leave the area. The cookpot animations are also keeping going.
Hearing that the action has started, Varinth steps up onto the mound of rubble and aims his splayed fingers into the hall, hoping to get as many gobo's as possible.

Varinth, the goblins nearest to you don't notice you climbing up onto the mound of stone and dirt, but one of those running around near the chef does. Startled, he hesitates, and just before he's able to screech the warning, a blast of flame bursts from your hands, hitting Goblins 1, 6 and 7.
G1 DEX save: 20 G6 DEX save: 14 G7 DEX save: 3
Goblin 1 takes 11 damage and is burned to a crisp instantly. Goblin 6 takes 5 damage, and though the effect is less dramatic, he also falls to the ground, dead. Goblin 7, slightly hardier, has a horrific burn all down one side of his body, but is still alive.
Varinth, as you dodge away, Goblin 5 and Goblin 7 make feeble attempts to punch you with their fists, as they have no weapons drawn, but fail.
C: Goblins 9 (prone) - Goblins 8 and 10 are dead.
Goblin 9 stands, draws his scimitar, and lashes out at Scupper:
Attack: 11 Damage: 4
Scupper, you bring your hand up instinctively to protect your face, and it slashes across the back. This goblin too is now screaming a warning, though it is hardly needed.
D: Goblins 5 and 7 (Goblin 6 is dead)
The two goblins clamber up the pile of rubble in pursuit of the fire mage that killed their fellows, but come first across Strix, so they aim their attacks at him:
Attack: 6 Damage: 6 Attack: 16 Damage: 3
They lose their footing on the rubble, almost toppling over themselves. Their attacks are comical, and come nowhere near hitting.
E: Sildar
Seeing the battle has begun, Sildar steps forward and thrusts his longsword at the already wounded Goblin 7, hoping to finish him off:
Attack: 8 Damage: 7 Attack: 11 Damage: 4
This time, the goblin's erratic movements work in his favour, as Sildar is unable to make the blows land.
F: Chef
The chef drops his wooden spoon, grabs his shortbow, and screams something in goblin, probably not very nice, as he attempts to shoot Sildar who is the most obvious target at the moment:
Attack: 12 Damage: 8
The arrow hits his shoulder and sticks; Sildar grimaces and pulls it out, revealing a serious wound, but Sildar is a hardy warrior and looks undaunted.
Strix, you stab Goblin 7 through the chest with your spear and withdraw cleanly, letting the body slump gently to the ground. Goblin 7 is dead. Your unarmed strike on Goblin 5 is less successful, and it dodges out of reach of your attack.
Dekhan’s eyes flash as he swings Talon down in a flashing arc at the goblin in front of him. Attack: 18 Damage: 6

(just checking - is Strix not in the init order because he's maintaining the hidey hidey?)
Strix, Shifter Shadow Monk in Lost Mines of Phandelver ¦ Sihegiall Human Soulknife Rogue in In Search of Molly McGuffin
Nope, just a typo. Had Incantis twice. Corrected now.
Strix readies himself to create a minor illusion.
