Strix sees Dekhan fall, his eyes moving from the drow to Sildar's bow to the ring on his own hand.
"Pig****!"he spits, realising he's going to have to step into the breach.
Can I occupy the same square as Dekhan's fallen corpse unconscious form? If yes, move to stand over D. If no.... I guess I have to push past Dekhan and then the Drow to the square north of her, assuming that since Krol can't reach me through the wall that it protects me from an Opportunity Attack? Oh wait, will Krol get an AoO as I move from the doorway past the Drow? Crap, I'll have push through the drow to the far side of her, putting me in melee range of both her and the bugbear.... I hope someone has something awesome in the bag because at AC 17 with no tricks left up my sleeve I'm not going to last long against these two! So that's 2 squares of difficult terrain, so for giggles I'll dive prone to get through her and get back to my feet, which should eat up all my movement.
He dives through the Drow's legs, swinging his staff up in a crippling wedgie as he goes,(Attack: 13 Damage: 11) then windmilling his legs around to propel himself back to his feet, and if she happens to get in the way, too bad! (Bonus unarmed Attack: 21 Damage: 7).
Strix can stand over Dekhan's unconscious body; he's not moving so I wouldn't say it's difficult terrain even, unless the rules specify that it is.
I've been reading up on moving through other creatures' space; specifically, you can only move through a hostile creature's space if you're two sizes large or smaller: https://www.sageadvice.eu/2016/04/04/rules-of-moving-through-another-creatures-space/. So Strix can't move through the drow. Moving diagonally through the door is debatable - I feel that since I'm allowing attacks on the diagonal (the bugbear on Dekhan) I should allow movement too. But King Grol will definitely get an Opportunity Attack if Strix moves to the square above the drow - he's moving out of attack range and the bugbear can see him, so.... let me know what you want to do.
I'll resolve Scupper's attack once I know Strix's position, as it will affect sneak attack.
Incantis is lost in the din of combat, barely registering as his first blast takes out Klarg's pet and second misses. All he knows is that this is a moment of flux, whereupon the stars' wills reign.
((Dekhan fell after Incantis' second turn, correct?))
Strix, your second attack does damage; the drow is being to look hurt.
Scupper, with Strix standing protectively above Dekhan and in range of King Grol, the old bugbear's eye is on defending in case of the surprise attack from the shifter. Your arrow sneaks through.
Would you like to describe how you kill King Grol of the Cragmaw Tribe and Cragmaw Keep?
Varinth, seeing no way through and remembering the windows to be tiny, curses and heads back to the room. His plan, such as it is, is to crawl on his hands and knees through the legs of the combatants to the dwarfs. When he gets there though he sees the fallen Dekhan and immediately rushes to his side, coincidentally on his hands and knees, and administers whatever help he can.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Incantis snaps back to reality, seeing Dekhan on the ground stabilized by Vaz. He rushes over, a telepathic song emanating into all present's minds as the half elf's healing word begins to resonate through the paladin's chest, curing his wounds. He then stands, focusing his mind in on the drow and casting vicious mockery"Where to now, cursed of my kind? Your king is dead, and you're in a bind."

Vicious Mockery (nonlethal in applicable & possible): DC13 wis, 4
Scupper tries to intimidate the drow into standing down.
I've known yer kind dark elf. Piracy amd slavery comes easy (if not in the light of day). But stupid and self-sacrificing, you aren't. Don't die on someone else's say so. Yer spider god would say it's weak and pointless.
Dekhan is down (sorry), so please make a death saving throw.
Scupper, you can see a jewel which appears to glow very faintly, set into an amulet around the drow's neck.
Varinth, the windows you've seen have been slits for arrows, not something a person could fit through.
Scupper and Strix are up.
Scupper still wants the king down and takes another shot
Attack: 21 Damage: 4 sneak attack if he's next to one of us 6

Non-lethal but very painful damage is the intent.

Welcome back! Yes, Incantis and Vyerith have the same initiative, so normally that would mean the PC goes before the NPC.
((drat, thought an enemy was difficult terrain. I guess I'm the Hodor standing over Dekhan))

D: Sildar
Sildar tries to shoot the drow, with little care about not killing, and his arrow hits.
Attack: 19 Damage: 7
E: KIng Grol is dead, in a manner as yet unspecified.
Round Three:
A: Incantis and Varinth
B: Vyerith
C: Dekhan, Strix and Scupper
D: Sildar
Incantis and Varinth are up. The only remaining enemy is the drow.

"tickles!" Strix giggles as Vaz fiddles around at his ankles. He tries not to think about how low the ceiling is if Dekhan were to stand up suddenly

Varinth, you very quickly are able to stabilise Dekhan and move him into the recovery position; he is no longer in danger of imminent death.
Incantis is up.
Getting tired o' you feckers with all the ego amd muscle but barely two thoughts te rub together te keep yer head warm.
As the arrow is loosed, Scupper shouts
Oi! Big fella!
King Grol turns just in time to put an arrow in his eye.
Hehe stupid gobshite.

Can you try editing the text in the post and then saving? That should sort out the missing dice rolls.
