Nadrael quietly moves into the room past Wilnor, keeping a careful watch for traps as she goes. She detects no traps in the immediate area, though she hears the same quiet voices as Wilnor.

Continuing to keep a sharp eye out, she creeps forward until she reaches the end of the wall into the room. She carefully peeks around the edge of the wall, a sees 2 hobgoblins about 40 feet away heading in her direction, the source of the whispers, though they don't appear to have seen her yet. The closer one is wearing half plate armor and wielding a greatsword, with a javelin strapped to his back. The further one is carrying a longbow, though he also has a longsword hanging at his belt and a shield strapped to his back. Besides the hobgoblins, several more pits dot the floor of the room where stone has been cut away, and in the far corner Nadrael sees an altar, stained with what appears to be blood.
Everyone roll intiative!
(While neither of the hobgoblins spot Nadrael, they DID hear Sam yell down the hall, so they know someone is around and are already heading that direction to investigate. Since Nadrael DID roll well enough on the stealth to avoid being spotted, I'll give you each one more round before initiative actually starts. Essentially a surprise round, though right now only nadrael knows for sure there's enemies nearby. Wilnor has heard the voices, but doesn't know for sure who they're from. No one else has even heard that much.)
Hobgoblins are C and H. Players are all using the firs tletter of your character name. Gray squares are where the holes have been cut in the floor. each is a 5x5x5 hole, and requires an extra 5 feet of movement to climb into or out of. Bottom right red square with the A is the altar. Ignore the Blue square, I just forgot to deselect the cell before I took a screenshot :P.
This is my estimate of where everyone would be right now. Sam said he moved back to the corner to yell down the hall. Wilnor moved to the arch to look through (Though now that I think of it, W should actually be 5 feet down. The door isn't actually 10 feet thick, so Wilnor would actually start at W4, not W3). Mathias said he was following "way behind", so put him a little ways back down the corridor from Wilnor. Rufus said he was walking besides mathias, and Valafar said he was staying in the back of the group.
Note for movement, for diagonal movement I'll be using the alternating 5'/10' rule. So first diagonal movement costs 5', second one costs 10', third costs 5' again, fourth is 10' again, etc.
Nadrael will use the turn to move back to to the group, using a hand gesture to indicate anyone approaching her should back up to the archway as she retraces her steps. Once passing through the arch, she'll briefly relay what she saw, in quiet words...
"Two hobgobs, 50ft away, well armed, one with a bow, coming towards us. Split either side of this doorway and we'll ambush them. Pass the word for Sam to get back here... Quietly!"
((Assuming Sam won't hear Nadrael's comments directly due to distance & volume.))
(Sam's far enough away that to talk loud enough for him to hear, the Hobgoblins would hear as well. Valefar can move 60 feet with a dash, so ends 10 feet away from sam, at E3)
((Just an afterthought that I had, I can make an illusion of a halfling in W2 to try and draw the hobgobs near. Could have used an action for it in that turn, but only thought about it after posting. Same and Valafar won't be into melee range this turn, so I think we are best holding until the hobs have moved closer to the doors - which will take this turn and next if they aren't dashing - and can get everyone involved in one turn. ))
Rufus ducks into cover on the other side of the door from Mattias (U3). A pistol comes sliding out of his sleeve from a small, spring loaded device and into his waiting hand. He takes a deep breath before steadying himself, ready to shoot at hobgoblins should they enter his range (60 feet).
Sam will dash back to the group (total of 60 movement). Once regrouped he will stand ready with his great axe over his right shoulder ready to swing down into an enemy's head.
(Going to run alternating intiative instead of strict. So Sam, Rufus, Nadrael, and Mathias may all go in any order sine they had higher initiative than the hobgoblins,t hen the hobgoblins will go, then the whole party can go in any order, then hobgoblins, etc.
I'll say the archway gives half cover to Wilnor and Nadrael using it for such)
