Still recovering from the tackle itself, you barely see the blade coming before it casts black goop all over you, and while you try to wiggle so that the blow hits your armor, the blade makes impact with enough force to bruise your chest (you take 1 damage).

Lil
I will look over the scene of Agozur covered in the blood of the grimlock and see that not much harm has come to him, cast my eyes back down the path at what barrels down on us and raise my rapier in front of my face.
"You are a bad dog" and I move through the drying mud to make an attack on the death dog. Moving the rapier to my side like a miniature lance I race towards the death dog and make a lunge attack at its drooling face.
As you drive your rapier into the creatures shoulder, striking a very palpable blow, the head that snapped at your companion turns back and its teeth jar as it bit nothing but air (3+4), disoriented by movement as it whip its head back and forth. The second head of this creature--with its dirty, matted, dark brown fur--seems to squint its eyes in focus as you drive your rapier in and it lashes out, its mold-covered teeth digging into your forearm (atk: 14+4), and a searing pain shoots up your arm (1+2=3 damage).
[Lil please make a Constitution saving throw (d20+Con ST bonus)]
[Silv'ar you are stabilized by Alesandair, but you are currently unconscious for one hour or until you gain hit points back. Apologies.]
The grimlock that struck Silv'ar, remaining alone back by the corpse that the creatures had been feeding on, senses Mobya behind him. The creature swings his bone club around in a large circle as if winding up, the pointed bone shards swinging dangerously close, and then he brings the weapon forcing it down toward the dwarven druid (atk 6+5=11), but she is ready for the strike. Mobya, sensitive to the way the creatures muscles ripple and flex, manages to gauge and sidestep the strike. The bone shard hit the ground with such force that the club sinks a full handbreadth into the mud.
The other remaining Grim, now standing beside the death dog, strikes out at Lil (9+5=14). Lil stands significantly distracted by the two massive canine heads, taking a hit to his left shoulder where one of the bone shards pierces through his leather protection (1+3 blundgeoning and 2 piercing damage=6 total).
Lil, you shrink back from the mouth of the second head, not only from the pain of the bite but also from the generally disgusting state of it's teeth. In fact, you sense a bit of stomach acid churning into your throat, but you swallow it down and quickly wipe the saliva away from the wound, sensing that surely this thing must be diseased.

Trying to come to Lil's aid Agozur Will grasp his bow in his left hand and fire a right elbow into the creatures face from underneath it before attempting to get to his feet.
Mobya, go ahead a roll your damage--which weapon were you using again?. Also, if you are engaged in combat with a creature already, trying to step away will give them an attack of opportunity. Do you still want to disengage? I would be willing to say you tried to work yourself between this grim and the halfling as you swung your weapon.
...the grimlock or the death dog, Mcleod? [Also make a strength check to be sure you can get out from under the grimlock on your chest too. Finally, when you say disadvantage, are you saying on the attack because you are prone? or the disadvantage on the dex ST previously?]

The grimlock that is on top of me. I rolled with disadvantage because I was prone, wasn't sure if he was also prone of like sitting/kneeling on top of me.
So, he has been beheaded ;) , but his body is still on top of you.
With a 15 you can get the 260 pound/117 kilo (well more like 250/115 now that there is no top) off of you (that will take your movement or your action though), If you wanted to shoot your arrow from prone after moving the creature, you can keep the previous attack role though.
As I channel my divine powers and cast cure wounds on Silv'ar, a pinkish glow radiates from Alesataires hand and engulfs the body of the halfling completely healing all of his wounds. he regains a maximum of 11 hp due to my circle of mortality.
As I stand up from healing the halfling, my attention turns towards the enemy once again, if possible, I will do my best to put myself between the grim that struck him and any of my allies, because Alesandair always attempts to protect the life of his mortal allies.

If you want to do the dice roller by code, you have to remove the spaces and close the tag, but then you need to do a separate damage roll as well. Without spaces the following [ roll ]1d20[ /roll ]19, but you also may need to add the modifier after so 1d20+3 or whatever your modifiers are.
If you use a device, the dice roller doesn't show up on the blank Reply Post, so you need to switch your browser to desktop mode. Then you would then see the full toolbar with the dice roller at the end. You can then click that and switch to the combat mode and it will roll attack and damage with modifiers all at once. However, I don't use it on posts where I am putting a lot of text because if you save, but need to add something or edit something in the post, sometimes it twitches and rerolls.

Having side-stepped the grim’s blow, I strike his side with my weapon as hard as I can.

then, without looking back, I sprint over to Sil’var to try to protect the unconscious halfling who is in a very vulnerable state.

Yes, I’ll keep fighting the grim! I’m using my scimitar to strike him.
