Watching the orbs fall to the table, Al will again channel his energy for guiding bolt through his amulet and into his orbs. attack- 13 damage - 8
As a pinkish-white energy begins to fill up his amulet, the light from it grows brighter and brighter..almost blinding, moving his hands in a circular motion like there's an invisible crystal ball in front of him, some of Alesandair's hair gets blown around from the waves of energy emitting from the crystal around his neck.
Bacon clapping Agozur's shoulder and shrugging off Lil's comment with his deep rough voice, "I know's I ain't be lookin' like much yet, but I gots my mind set. Merchant suggested it too, says Mud and I gots an earthy bouquet, though it took me a hot minute to figure out what he been saying. That gits me to m'point, Merchant done sent the half-sized and the other'un, ...Morn?...I think, he done sent them to get the wagon's and the beasties right sit'ated, said he had to check on a friend at sun's risin'. I think he wanted y'all to have these, said he'd be returnin' by lunch if y'all be disagreein' with this next part."
Bacon lays out 5 small burlap pouches, each jangling with a familiar clinking sound, "He done Mudmoo and me a kindness. Right forgivin' fur sure and fur certain. Well, he been watching ev'rone, them ins the robes, at yester-supper and be sayin' "dem eehlfs uh dem Speeres mite nuht be tekkin' to uh...und tem peybeys... ahl weehl." He was thinkin' that y'all might be needin' to take a diff'ernt road? said you's got him through to here, and Mud and me could stay on. Gave some extra for Blackbird and the babies," pointing at Wraeven. " he done said, a few bugbears ain't as much a problem for the "Speere-fuhlk" as he be callin'em, but them tusks o' yurs, and them cubs...."
Alesandair, as waves of energy move around you, they channel toward the orbs, but it ends up grounding out into the dull grey that used to be red, which then springs back to life, bouncing and radiating with its red glow. The young elf brushes his hair back out of his face where it had fallen, tossed about by your evocation.
Agozur will stop rubbing his newly sore shin with his other leg and extend a hand towards Bacon "Well it seems this is where our paths separate friend, it's been a pleasure." Pulling him in a little bit closer "Remember when your path gets tough it's just destiny testing your worth, don't give up and make sure you make something of yourself."
Nodding seriously, Bacon takes your hand, "Yessir....welp, best be getting back to Mud. We're gonna take that learnin' and get a rinse in." Smiling a yellow, slightly fanged smile to everyone else, "Thank you all kindly fur yer mercies, and my apologies again for the trouble." He'll stop by Crackle to grab a few loaves and a wheel of cheese, then head back toward the rooms.
"I believe we had been expecting to leave for the Spires this morning" Ayra suggests to Sorvas and the group, "so we can likely still depart early in the day, although our destination has changed. Perhaps you can tell us a little about what to expect for the journey so that we can ensure we are prepared."
"So this is a turn of events. It seems fate is at work." He sees that the Merchant's crew have been paid. "If our destiny is intertwined, It may be the cubs need to go to the place where Sorvas saw the mark, unless we come across this place Tempori first."
Mobya is a bit stunned after listening to Bacon’s news. She has been freed from her duties to the Merchant so unexpectedly, these plans to go to a new place have been made so quickly, and now the group is splitting...its all too much and too fast for her, disrupting her sense of stability and control. She knows she will be ok and ready to keep moving soon, but for now she just need a moment to calm her mind and re-focus.
Would you please mind the babies for a little while? I shall return shortly. She asks her companions at the table.
Mobya walks outside and sits beneath a tree a short distance away, leaning back on its cool trunk. She grabs a rock from the ground, closes her eyes, and starts moving the rock from hand to hand, as if polishing its rough edges, in a repetitive fashion. She ponders her present circumstances and what may be ahead of her in this impending trip.
Wisdom check: 3
[OC: apparently she’s so stressed there’s no wisdom to be gained from her meditation, just physical balance;-) ]
Agozur reaches for the rough burlap, turns it in his bluish green Firbolg hand, and dumps the contents on the table. They total 19, no wait it's 20, yes definitely 20 gold pieces.
As Mobya rests contemplatively by the tree turning the rock over and over, a soft voice enters the edge of her hearing, "rough and unexpected are often our beginnings, but who can predict the finished product," as Sprauchle slowly rolls around from the other side of the large trunk. He takes your hands and the stone, wrapping them in his own smooth, scaled fingers. You feel the rock warm and then cool. "This may yet give us comfort in time of need. Don't lose it, dear dwarf," He says as he releases your hands and pats them gently.

It is common to encounter Orcs along the way, also due to the rain there may be persistant fog. I have never encountered it but i have heard tales from others. The trip normally takes 5-6 days, but as a party it may go slower, so prepare accordingly. Sorvas then walks over to Crackle to discuss what he has available, and they move away from the group

So when do we plan to leave? Sorvas asks the group, but is looking at Ayra. I need to buy a few things from the shop here to prepare for this journey.

Ayra stands as Bacon prepares to leave. "I wish the best to you and your brother. Please thank the merchant for his generosity."
"I believe we had been expecting to leave for the Spires this morning" Ayra suggests to Sorvas and the group, "so we can likely still depart early in the day, although our destination has changed. When Bacon walks away I'd like to take and look into a pouch.
