Having reached the door of Sister Garaele's home the focus of his fear morphs from the fear of being hung to fear of being shot in the back. Petros will try the door:
If he is able to open the door, he will enter Sister Garaele's home, closing the door behind him, and begin to search for anything that he might use as a weapon or anything that may free him from his shackles. Perception: 7.
If the door is locked Petros will let loose a volley of expletives aimed at whichever deity Sister Garaele holds in high regard "*!%&!", and dash toward the side of the house in search for cover from the archers and their arrows.
As he fumbles with the door Petros, he can't help but think of Glasstaff. Where did the wizard go?
Warily entering the Townmaster's Hall, Pops checks to see if it vacant. Assuming it is, Pops will look for his bow and gear... and anything else he can quickly locate that may be of use in the immediate combat (or just has some obvious value!) He'll quickly rifle through any closets, desks, chests, drawers, or other easy hiding spots.
Perception: 24
You're able to find your equipment in the open chest in the main room. A quick search of the desk nets you 4 gold.

As you burst through the door, you see a small writing desk in the front room. You close the door behind you as you make it inside. You search through the desk drawers but find nothing but quills, ink and parchment. There is another room attached to the front room through an open door. A bed rests in that room and as far as you can tell, not much more.
(Out of interest, how far away is Thug 2 to Grum?)
He's about 20 feet away from you at this point.
At this point, in the center of the town square, sleet begins crashing down into the worn dirt plaza. With loud thuds, dust clouds start to rise up as the downpour of sleet continues. With clear skies, everyone outside seeing this assumes this is Glasstaff's work.
Seeing the Thug charge towards him, Grum switches from his bow to his shortswords (I don't know how you rule switching weapons, but if I don't have time to stow the bow, I'll just drop it to the floor and come back for it later?) and will counter-charge the Thug, and swing with both swords.

Attack: 13 Damage: 8
Bonus Attack: 9 Damage: 5
Technically, you couldn't stow then draw on the same turn, so you can drop the bow (drop is a free action) and draw the sword.
Grum's first swing smacks against the studded leather armor of the Redbrand. The Redbrand dodges Grum's second swing. "You're going to try harder than that you ugly bastard!"
Silva attempts to strike her attacker but the Redbrand is able to deflect the blow with his leather bracers.

Archer 2 whistles to the rest of the Redbrands. They all will disengage of ready an attack. The ones away from the archer 2 begin moving back and look to be forming a formation.

Pops
(So all the Redbrands have disengaged and retreated to the center of the plaza, and getting into formation? Is that correct?) (Is the sleet still falling? Is it damage-causing? Or affecting visibility?) (Are Silva and Grum together, north of the townmaster's hall?)
(Assuming he can do all this in one turn:) Pops drops his new shortsword, pulls out his reclaimed short bow, exits the townmaster's hall, and using the corner of the building for cover, silently takes a shot at Archer 2:
Having found little of use, Petros will make his way back out into the street and will begin to head northeast, with the goal of making his way around behind the Stonehill Inn and back to the Townmaster's Hall.
(So all the Redbrands have disengaged and retreated to the center of the plaza, and getting into formation? Is that correct?) It appears that way. (Is the sleet still falling? Is it damage-causing? Or affecting visibility?) It is still falling. You assume is is not causing any damage. It's not affecting visibility, but he ground is becoming covered. (Are Silva and Grum together, north of the townmaster's hall?) Yes, but you wouldn't be able to see that.

Group 4 is up!
The sleet storm will begin to move toward the east where you all are and continue to cover the ground.
Seeing the thugs disengage and back off, and seeing Petros run around the back of the Stonehill Inn, Grum will run and pick his bow back up, and dash up around the east side of the Inn to regroup with Petros there.
"Petros, do you need weapons? I have my bow, if you want to borrow my swords?"
"I think it best you keep your swords, my friend. I need to find my lute, SledgeHammer. It is usually easy to find because of the chorus of angels that accompany it! You hear any angels of late?" On his next turn, Petros will continue on toward the Townmaster's Hall.
Pops says a bad word in Dwarvish. Peeking around the southwest side of the Townmaster's Hall, he takes another shot at Archer 2 (or whomever is the easiest target) with his short bow:

Petros
Petros pauses to take note of the positioning and movement of his foes, Perception:3. He will continue on his way to the Townmaster's Hall in search of his lute. If he is able to make it Petros will throw open the door in search for his equipment. Petros knows he is close. His top lip glistens with sweat, the calluses on the tips of each finger begin to itch, and his heart pulls at his ribcage with each staccato "thump". Sure signs of lute withdrawal...it's also where he keeps his cocaine.
Pops arrow flies through the storm and connects into a Redbrand. You can hear a scream from the other side of the storm. Petros continues his mad dash toward the townmasters hall. Bursting through the door, he finds that the lute he is searching for is on a stand next to Harbin's desk. It appears he may have been attempting to learn the ways of the bard. The lute seems to have an otherworldly glow as you pick up the instrument.
