Pops glances with relief at the broken manacles on his freed arms. "Bracelets, fine," he mutters.
"Thank you, Halia," he tells her earnestly. "There may be Redbrands after me - I don't know if I lost them. Do you have a blade I can borrow? And a back door? They stole my weapons and my purse. I'll promise you Glasstaff's head."

Silva, seeing Thug 1 approach her, slings her short bow. She draws her quarterstaff and swings at Thug one: Attack: 12 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.. After swinging Silva start looking for a means of escape to the south to meetup with wherever Pops hid.
(Edit: guess it didn't like that attack/dmg roll - dmg should be 1d6: 2 )

Sorry all. I got sick and felt like not doing much other than sleep these last few days.
Silva's jabs her staff into the stomach of the Redbrand. He gasps as the air is knocked out of him. Silva, you do see that Pops ran south. You assume that you could find him if you headed toward the Lionshield Coster.
Initiative:
Silva - 22
Grum - 18
Redbrands - 15
Archer 1 - Silva
Archer 2 - readied
Thug 1 - 6 - Silva
Thug 2 - grappled Petros
Thug 3 - Pops
Pops- 8
Petros - 7
Glasstaff - 5 - 8
Group 2 is up!
Thug 1 will swing a sword at Silva. Attack: 22 Damage: 1
Archer 1 readies another bolt and holds his shot for the moment.
Archer 2 will turn and take a shot at Petros, trying to free the grappled Redbrand. (Petros, you'll have =2 AC for the cover) Attack: 19 Damage: 7
Thug 2 is grappled.
Thug 3 will make it toward the area Pops disappeared. He will look around trying to find Pops tracks. 11 He can't seem to pick up the track so he turns 4 to begin running back north.
Pops gratefully accepts Halia's shortsword. He peers through the window, and seeing the coast clear, he gives a nod to Halia and exits the Miner's exchange.
Keeping a very careful watch for any redbrands, town officials, or other obvious threats, Pops sprints northeast behind the woodworker's shop and spies northwest toward the town green to survey the situation.
- Is he in obvious danger of being spotted if he heads north from behind the woodworker's shop in the general direction of the Townmaster's hall?
- Are there any easy, obvious opportunities (unmonitored turned backs in the square or the like) for backstabbing one of these clowns?
- Is there anyone coming or going from the Townmaster's hall? Where is everyone? Who can Pops see from where he is?
(Question: Grum was trying to keep in as much cover as possible behind the corner of the building, whilst still firing the arrow at Glasstaff. How much of a benefit would he gain from that? I only just noticed the archer's readied action firing at Grum above.)

Probably not, though there is a Redbrand close by. I'd need a stealth check.
I'd say trying to sneak up on someone in an open area would be hard to pull off.
Where you currently are after leaving Lionshield Coster is on the south side of the building. Moving to the west, you could see no one around the Townmaster's hall. To the north, you'd be able to see archer 2.
Petros will disengage with Thug 2 and give him a good shove before continuing his escape north toward Sister Garaele's home.
The bard slips the manacle chain off the neck of the Redbrand before giving him a quick kick and running off. You'd be able to make it to the door there.
(Question: Grum was trying to keep in as much cover as possible behind the corner of the building, whilst still firing the arrow at Glasstaff. How much of a benefit would he gain from that? I only just noticed the archer's readied action firing at Grum above.)
You'd have a +2 bonus to AC for 1/2 cover while you moved out to take a shot.

Pops
(Just in case it's still my turn, here's my next plan:) Pops will stealth his way back into the Townmaster's Hall. If it's vacant, as he suspects everyone is in the square, he hopes to find his gear - or at least a shortbow.

Group 4 is up!
Petros and Silva, since you are the only ones in the area and not behind cover, you see a misty sheen where Glasstaff once was. He is now gone from where he once stood.
Grum puts his head out around the corner of the building again, and seeing the wizard is no longer anywhere to be seen, despite being stood out in the open mere moments ago, Grum roars in frustration, "COWARD!" He scans for a new target, and sees the archer who hit him moments ago. But as he draws his bow, he sees Petros kick the thug away from himself and make a run for it. In an attempt to give Petros a helping hand in getting away, Grum switches target to Thug 2 and releases his arrow.
Seeing Glassstaff disappear, Silva gives an intense stare to Thug 1 and snarls "You're boss has fled... and now's your chance to escape too if you're smart. Now flee or suffer my wrath!"
Intimidation: 6
Silva will hold her action - If Thug 1 doesn't flee she'll attack Attack: 11 Damage: 6
If Thug 1 does flee Silva will run South towards the Lionsheild Coster

Grum's arrow flies wide as the Redbrand is pushed. It cuts into the foliage beyond the fight.
6 The Redbrand does not seem to care that Glasstaff has left. He gives you a shove back before you swing your blade at him. Your sword hits his armor and bounces off.

Thug 1 continues to battle Silva. Attack: 20 Damage: 7"It's not going to end that easy for you!"
Having no more of Petros, thug 2 dashes toward Grum.
Thug 3 enters back into the plaza and make his way toward the archers. "The old man ran away. You all should too!"Dodge

Pops
Warily entering the Townmaster's Hall, Pops checks to see if it vacant. Assuming it is, Pops will look for his bow and gear... and anything else he can quickly locate that may be of use in the immediate combat (or just has some obvious value!) He'll quickly rifle through any closets, desks, chests, drawers, or other easy hiding spots.
