Gimdir, you recognize some of the weeds growing in the alley that you deposited Jasuri in as Ryath. You also remember that Ryath is a root that your mother used to feed to you when you were injured as a child. After feeding some to Jasuri, you successfully stabilize him. Jasuri, you gain 4 hit points, but fall unconscious once again.
"Ye god be watching out for ye. Be sleeping it off now. Be not minding me..." Gimdir steps a bit further into the alleyway and takes out his rage at a wall for almost being run over by those lizard riders.
Once the giant lizards and crowd have moved on, Henry comes out of his hiding spot trying to find where his group has scattered to. To whoever he finds first, he says, "Now that's what I can a Thundering Lizard! I think we found out destination." he says with the same manic grin as earlier, before he lets out a crackling laugh at his own joke.
(Batting it doesn’t sound right with a 4 in strength... how about...)
Jerico successfully launches himself past the dinosaur and ducks out of the way of it. Hey! You stop it! Do you know who you are messing with? After seeing the downed man, he smirks. You’ve got to be nimble for everything. Say, oaf, you know your medicine, don’t you? I used to be a doctor.
Say, oaf, you know your medicine, don’t you? I used to be a doctor.
After Gimdir is spent beating his fists on a nearby wall, he is able to respond with a little bit more humour, "Sure thing doctor fool. And I be a king! This one's god be watching out for him. These alley weeds be looking like something I be recognizing and it be working on him. Divine intervention or pure luck. But! I be knowing how to care for an injured kobold, " Gimdir wiggles his battleaxe around in it's frog, "so you be in good hands!"
Scamper, hesitant to ask for help from her party members who all seem unnecessarily hostile, tries to drag Jasuri behind the party by holding on to one of his arms, but it takes a lot of effort (he's about twice her height, and with equipment almost 5 times her weight). She starts looking around for something to roll him onto, so that she can more easily drag him through the streets.
She's tempted to wander and marvel at all of the strange colorful and new things all around her, but she keeps herself focused by setting her jaw and trying to keep up with the wizard mammal.
As you stop to tend to the unconscious Cleric, you see another figure laying on the ground ahead of you. It appears that you were not the only ones caught up in the race. The fallen bystander is wearing a robe featuring an image of a monstrous eye and is clutching his left side.
Walking over to the stranger, you see that he is an elderly gentleman and was roughed-up pretty badly by the lizards. While you heal him, he thanks you:
"Thank you very much, kind fellow." As he stands up and brushes himself off, he gives you a confused look. "You aren't from around here, are you? So tell me, what are you doing in Chult? I haven't seen someone of your ilk for a very long time."
"I know of the Thundering Lizard, yes. I do not know if that is the place you would want to go for a good night's sleep, but it is a very good place to find a guide. Follow this road to the Market Ward. Once you are there, you will know where to find the tavern. Just go towards the loudest noise." He pauses. "I hope you don't mind my asking, but I think I am correct in assuming that you plan to venture into the jungle? What are you seeking there?"
Gimdir looks at Jasuri, unceremoniously dumped back in the middle of the road by the kobold. Leaning over to pick up Jasuri, he says to the unconscious cleric, "When you be waking up, be checking your pockets for ye things. That kobold be having its hands all over you."
