Suddenly Wensa’s face scrunches up. She leans over the map to the point she is basically crawling on it. It seams as though she is looking for something. After a bit she turns abruptly to the wizard. “Chad miss something. Chad not tell goblins where deck is. Chad know where deck is?!?”
In addition, Jallmur will work on his halfling accent. He tries it out on Chadwick, and uses any paste he can find as makeup. Deception : 7

(OOC: I didn't know how to type in this accent, but it is supposed to be a higher pitched Christopher Walken on SNL as Hook)
After "mastering his accent", he will experiment with the Bag of Holding.
There are no sails. The masts have been removed to accomidate for the balloon and it's rigging. The helm still has all the working parts like a normal ship would. Except there seems to be an added control panel with a few buttons and a lever. Chad will show you how to control the ship while in the air. “The disguise may not be a bad idea dear boy. Some of these may not be smash and grab jobs. Talking your way in might be easier and draw less heat.” Chad looks over your disguise. “Looks good, but you may want to practice a bit more if you’re going to fool some of the townsfolk.”
Chad has put the ship on autopilot and joined the goblins in the lower quarters. ”To tell you the trust, I don’t know where the deck is. Yet! I am working on that. I will get you the location of the deck when I know. I will communicate with you with the sending stones.” Chad shows the goblins his sending stone. “I do know it is in the sea ward of the city.” Chad points out the sea ward in the north west corner of the city. “You get the other magic items while I work on getting you a location of the deck. Once you have the deck, you have to get out of the city.” Chad points out three points of exit from the city.
“As far as your escape, there are three possible options. The first would be to charter a ship in the dock ward. It's going to cost you and you better be rather persuasive. Sea captains are not known for their manners or haste to leave port.
The second is through a hole in the city wall. The issue with that is the hole in the wall is in the City of the Dead. As the name implies, the city is filled with undead guardians. It will be a fight to get through.
The third involves a cart. One you're going to have to steal and a fast one would be best. After the operation starts, the city gates are going to be locked down. Now, this doesn't mean you can't break through, but you best be moving quickly if you're going to do so. The north gate is wider than the south gate. I would assume exiting through the north would be easiest to get through.
You do not have to decide now and you may come up with your own plan to escape, but none are going to be easy.”

Skeekbad goes over to pat Wensa on the shoulder to comfort her, and then starts patting her pockets to make sure Wensa didn't steal anything, and then starts wrestling Wensa thinking she might have stolen something. After the dust that literally comes flying out of Skeekbad's clothing settles, Skeekbad's divining bones have spilled all over Wensa and Skeek bad shakes her ceremonial spear over her.
The bones says Wensa knows city, the bones says smart, wise, sneaky goblins follow Wensa, say goblins finding treasure!
"Starting with easy seems best. Let's rry a couple and then change if we need. It's like when I cast a spell, I'm never sure what's going to happen." At that moment Charlotte emerges from his jacket and tries attack his ear.

After that Skeekbad gives her speech Wensa feels a bit guilty and embarrassed and tries to get the attention away from her. "Jallmur think Jallmur can win fight for cloak and ring?"

The drink glows slightly in the dim light quarters. Chad raises his glass and waits for the goblins to follow suit. "To the best group of sneaky stabbers I could pull together in a short amount of time. May misfortune follow you the rest of your life, and never catch up! Cheers." Chad throws his drink back and swallows it all in one go.
Everyone make a constitution save (DC 12 or you have disadvantage on your next dex save)
"Everyone better get a little rest in. Soon we will be in Waterdeep. Pack up your belongings and make sure you know where your feather fall pack is." Chad retires to his quarters for the rest of the evening. It is about 8 pm now.

About 6 hours later, everyone on board hears a bell ringing from the helm of the ship. This brings you to the deck of the ship where Chad is manning the helm. The moon lights the deck of the ship. "We're approaching Waterdeep now in about 15 minutes. Grab your feather fall packs and strap in. What district of the city do you wish to drop into?" Chad begins to crank on a lever. A small section of the side wall near one of the cannons begins to lower. Chad continues cranking on the lever. A plank begins to extend from the side of the ship where the wall lowered and a small red light illuminates on the wall next to the plank. "Normally this is reserved for sky pirate filth, but today it is for you all! This is where our paths separate. Do good work, don't die and get back as soon as possible. After you jump, you're going to want to pull the red cord on the side of your packs or you won't survive the fall." You're not jumping yet.

After Chad's rousing speech and the strange blue drink which she can't decide if she likes, Skeekbad says
"And also with you..."
And then looks puzzled at the words that just came out of her mouth.

Its late at night so any ward you all would like to go would be fine. I'm going to allow you to be dropped into any ward without penalty or threat of attack.
With that Wensa runs down to collect her gear. She finishes bucking the large pack as she joins the others back on deck. A look of determination on her face.
Gizzmo has all of his gear packed and the feather fall pack. He made a small parachute for Charlotte just in case. He carefully puts her in a pocket. She's starting to like him more. She only bites him twice.

Jallmur quickly grabs all of his things and shoves them into his bag of holding. He also investigates his feather fall pack to find the red cord. He is fascinated by the red light that comes on when the plank extends and tries to eat it.
