Anax you do spot another wire a further 20 feet from the last but something about it seems....off. It's too slack to be holding any tension that would spring a trap. You examine it and find it connected to nothing, just strung from one wall to the other. The walls in here are compacted dirt and stone, this passage is high enough for Anax to stand straight but is fairly thin. You have to walk single file threw here. Especially the Dire wolf.
Dicaeus you wait outside the Pins and Needles, no sign of your companions anywhere.

"I think this one has been triggered." Anax will look around to see if there is any sign of a triggered trap. That includes searching the floor for any hidden pits that their quarry may have fallen into. He'll use his shield to dig around the area to check for certain.
"At least one of you should press on ahead, this may be fruitless." He grumbles as he heaves his shield back and forth.

Carrus nods, and moves slowly forward as Anax remains behind digging with his shield. He won't go too far, though, only around sixty feet, checking for traps, or any indication that others have passed this way: Perception19
As Carrus steps past you Anax the ground beneath you both falls way as two trap doors fall and slam against worked stone. Both of you make a Dexterity saving throw.

You are right Mojake, I'd say you just step out of the way as soon as the trap door falls way. Carrus does fall but with the quick reflexes of both Anax and Carrus. They both reach for each other and manage to get a firm grip, stopping Carrus from falling into this hole.
Carrus you look down into the dark below and with what little bit of Sunlight peeking in to this passage you can make out a pair of eyes looking up at you.

Good catch, Carrus says to Anax as he steadies himself. He draws his longsword, and will ready an attack, to be triggered if anything hostile comes into melee range. He speaks softly, trusting CyWolf's hearing to pick it up: Come, look down here. I see something. Then down the hole, a little more loudly: Who's there? Identify yourself.
Carrus you hear a barely audible call for help creep up from the darkness below. The voice sounds dried out and weak. Cybele as you peer down into the hole, 15 feet down; you see a young woman with her back against the left wall. A bone is sticking out of her right leg. Beside her you see another person, yet this one is not moving. A middle-aged male that appears to have landed on his neck and died on impact.
While you darkvision cant really make out details, you do see the woman has similar features to Carrus.

Carrus sheathes his sword, lays his torch carefully against the side of the passage, grabs the rope from his pack and offers the end to Cybele to tie round her waist while he finds a good footing. Maybe an ambushhe says, looking around warily as he prepares to lower the druid into the pit. Perception26
Carrus there is no one in sight as you lower Cybele down into the pit. Cybele as you come closer to the woman, you can very clearly see she is in alot of pain and hurt very badly. Covered in dried blood and dirt, she has torn a piece of fabric from her top and tied it tight just above the broken bone. The bone is protruding from her thigh and it looks bad, really bad. The wound looks infected and she is barely conscious. She looks like she has been here for well over a week, Her lips are dried and cracked from dehydration.

Cybele will carefully tip some water from her flask into the woman's mouth, supporting the back of her head. "My name is Cybele, I'm a priestess of Artemis. The good news is, I'm a healer who's been granted a bit of healing magic from the Gods - and you will live through this injury if I have anything to say about it. The bad news is, I have to set this bone and it's going to hurt like Hades." She'll smile encouragingly, "But you're a strong woman to have lived this long, and compared to what you've already been through, this will be nothing."
Saying a quick prayer to the Goddess, Cybele will use her medical training to put the bone back in place.
Medicine check: 19 + 2 for Guidance
If the bone is back it it's proper place after that, she will cast Cure Wounds to seal the wound and (hopefully) burn out any infection. Without magic, the leg would almost certainly be lost, but hopefully the woman will recover and keep the limb.
If the woman is still conscious after that, Cybele would ask, "Might I know your name? You look very much like my friend Carrus."
If she's not conscious- then Cybele would turn to Carrus and ask, "Is this your sister? The folk in the market said she was in town just yesterday, but this woman has been down here for longer then that."
Cybele, this is a bad break. The bone has snapped in half and has punctured muscle and flesh, you are right in saying this is going to hurt. You place on hand above the break and another below it. Taking a breath you push and pull at the same time, forcing the broken bone back into place. She screams in agony, tears roll down her cheeks as she just feels blistering amounts of pain. Yet with the bone set you quickly heal the wound Cybele and her screams fade. She is breathing heavy, still conscious but just barely. Her eyes are glazed over and she looks like she could black out at any moment. "T-thank....you." She manages to say before she falls over on the ground, out cold.
Carrus, this is Cari. Her voice confirms it, you know the way she sounds and this is without a doubt, your Sister.

Cari? Carrus calls down into the hole, not too loud, but loud enough to be heard, he hopes. Cari, can you hear me? If there is no response: She's unconscious? Was she alone?
Carrus will suggest to Cybele that she tie the rope to Cari and he will pull her up while Anax keeps watch; he's still worried this might be an ambush. He'll also suggest they bring up the dead body, when Cybele tells him about that, and then Cybele herself. Finally, he'll use Lay on Hands to heal Cari 20 HP and attempt to wake her.

Anax Perception check: 18
Anax you get a feeling that you are being watched but you cannot see or hear anyone. Just a creeping suspicion that there is a set of eyes watching you and Carrus.
You easily pull Cari up out of the hole Carrus, this is your sister. Shoulder length brown hair, Sun-kissed skin and fair complexion. Your Lay on Hands actually burns away the remaining infection on the wound. It is lucky that you and Cybele found her, If not for the magic you both possess; She would have lost the leg.
Her eyes stir and flicker open, she is still dehydrated and starving but no longer suffering immense amounts of pain. "C-Carrus?" She looks up at you and tears once more begin to flow from her eyes, She grabs and holds you in a tight embrace. She is shaking and her grip is weak.
Yes, it's me. Carrus holds his sister for a while, then gives her a little water from a waterskin. He also helps Cybele out of the pit, if needed. We need to get Cari out. Out of this place. He looks around, even more warily than before. I'm going to pick you up. Don't worry, Cari. We'll get you out. He picks his sister up, and with the others, returns to the outside, stepping over the tripwire.
Unless interrupted, of course.
